The incoming call frequency of the embodiment is the incoming call frequency of the same incoming call information. If the frequency of receiving the same incoming call information by the terminal 102 in the preset time exceeds the preset frequency, it can be considered that the caller is in an emergency, and at this time, the terminal can switch the incoming call reminding mode to remind the user to answer the incoming call.
The present application further provides a terminal, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the terminal of the present application. The terminal 901 of this embodiment includes a transceiver 902 and a processor 903 coupled to the transceiver 902, where the processor 903 is configured to obtain a current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal 901 when the transceiver 902 receives an incoming call, the transceiver 902 is configured to send an incoming call message to a cloud (not shown) when the current incoming call reminding mode is a first mode, so that the cloud generates a control instruction when the incoming call message meets a preset condition, and receives the control instruction from the cloud, and the processor 903 switches the first mode to a second mode according to the control instruction.
Different from the prior art, the present embodiment can switch the current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal 901 based on the cloud, so that the incoming call reminding mode of the terminal 901 conforms to the current usage scenario of the terminal 901, and the user experience is improved.
The terminal 901 of this embodiment can implement the method of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here.
The terminal 901 of this embodiment may be a mobile phone, a tablet, an IPAD, a wearable device, and the like.
The present application further provides a device with a storage function, as shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the device with a storage function of the present application. The device 1001 with storage function of this embodiment is used to store the related data 1002 and the program data 1003 of the above embodiment, wherein the related data 1002 at least includes the above-mentioned no-move command and no-move mode, and the program data 1003 can be executed by the method of the above-mentioned method embodiment. The related data 1002 and the program data 1003 have been described in detail in the above method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The device 1001 with storage function in this embodiment may be, but is not limited to, a usb disk, an SD card, a PD optical drive, a removable hard disk, a high-capacity floppy drive, a flash memory, a multimedia memory card, a server, etc.
Different from the prior art, the method for incoming call control based on the cloud terminal is applied to the terminal, the terminal is connected with the cloud terminal, and the method comprises the following steps: when a terminal receives an incoming call, acquiring a current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal; when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, the incoming call information is sent to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information meets the preset conditions; and acquiring a control instruction from the cloud, and switching the first mode into the second mode according to the control instruction. By the method, the current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal can be switched based on the cloud, so that the incoming call reminding mode of the terminal accords with the current use scene of the terminal, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, if the above functions are implemented in the form of software functions and sold or used as a standalone product, the functions may be stored in a storage medium readable by a mobile terminal, that is, the present application also provides a storage device storing program data, which can be executed to implement the method of the above embodiments, the storage device may be, for example, a usb disk, an optical disk, a server, etc. That is, the present application may be embodied as a software product, which includes several instructions for causing an intelligent terminal to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A call control method based on a cloud is characterized by being applied to a terminal, wherein the terminal is connected with the cloud, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the terminal receives an incoming call, acquiring a current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal;
when the current incoming call reminding mode is a first mode, sending incoming call information to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information meets a preset condition;
and acquiring the control instruction from the cloud, and switching the first mode into a second mode according to the control instruction.
2. The incoming call control method according to claim 1, wherein the preset conditions at least include a first preset condition and a second preset condition, and when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, the step of sending an incoming call message to the cloud, so that the cloud generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call message meets the preset conditions includes:
when the current incoming call reminding mode is a silent mode or a vibration mode, the incoming call number of the incoming call information is sent to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a first control instruction when the first preset condition is judged to comprise the incoming call number;
the step of obtaining the control instruction from the cloud and switching the first mode to the second mode according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the first control instruction from the cloud, and switching the silent mode or the vibration mode into a ringing mode according to the first control instruction.

The incoming call control method according to claim 2, wherein when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, the step of sending incoming call information to the cloud so that the cloud generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information meets a preset condition comprises:
when the current incoming call reminding mode is a ringing mode, the incoming call number and ringing volume of the incoming call information are sent to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a second control instruction when the first preset condition is judged to comprise the incoming call number and the ringing volume;
the step of obtaining the control instruction from the cloud and switching the first mode to the second mode according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the second control instruction from the cloud, and increasing the ringing volume by a preset volume according to the second control instruction.

The incoming call control method according to claim 3, wherein when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, the step of sending incoming call information to the cloud so that the cloud generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information meets a preset condition comprises:
when the current incoming call reminding mode is a ringing mode or a vibration mode, the incoming call number of the incoming call information is sent to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a third control instruction when the second preset condition is judged to include the incoming call number;
the step of obtaining the control instruction from the cloud and switching the first mode to the second mode according to the control instruction comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the third control instruction from the cloud, and switching the ring mode or the vibration mode to an incoming call hang-up mode according to the third control instruction.
5. The incoming call control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the control instruction from the cloud and switching the first mode to the second mode according to the control instruction further comprises:
and starting a flash lamp of the terminal according to the control instruction.

The incoming call control method according to claim 1, wherein when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, sending incoming call information to the cloud, so that the cloud generates a control instruction when the incoming call information meets a preset condition, before the step of:
a sensor of the terminal acquires environmental information;
when the current incoming call reminding mode is a first mode, the step of sending incoming call information to the cloud end so that the cloud end generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information meets a preset condition comprises the following steps:
and when the current incoming call reminding mode is the first mode, sending incoming call information and the environment information to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates a control instruction when judging that the incoming call information accords with a fourth preset condition and the environment information accords with a fifth preset condition.
7. The incoming call control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the terminal sends incoming call information and incoming call response information to the cloud end, so that the cloud end generates an incoming call reminding strategy according to the incoming call information and the incoming call response information, and the cloud end updates the preset condition according to the incoming call reminding strategy;
the incoming call information at least comprises any one of an incoming call number, incoming call position information and incoming call time information, and the incoming call response information at least comprises incoming call answering information or incoming call hanging-up information.
8. The incoming call control method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of the terminal receiving an incoming call:
judging whether the terminal receives an incoming call response operation within preset time;
if the terminal does not receive the incoming call response operation within the preset time, acquiring the incoming call frequency of the terminal within the preset time;
and if the incoming call frequency is greater than the preset frequency, the step of acquiring the current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal is carried out.

A terminal is characterized by comprising a transceiver and a processor coupled with the transceiver, wherein the processor is used for acquiring a current incoming call reminding mode of the terminal when the transceiver receives an incoming call, the transceiver is used for sending incoming call information to a cloud terminal when the current incoming call reminding mode is a first mode, so that the cloud terminal generates a control instruction when the incoming call information meets a preset condition, the control instruction is received from the cloud terminal, and the processor switches the first mode into a second mode according to the control instruction.
10. An apparatus having a storage function, wherein the apparatus stores program data that can be executed to implement the method for preventing a false touch according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
