Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides an incoming call volume adjusting method which can be applied to terminals such as mobile phones. The incoming call volume adjusting method can be realized through an application program, and the application program can be installed on terminals such as mobile phones.
Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a first procedure of an incoming call volume adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The incoming call volume adjusting method and the incoming call volume adjusting method are applied to the terminal.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the incoming call volume adjusting method may include the following steps:
s101, collecting current environment information in response to receiving an incoming call of a specified type;
s102, analyzing the collected environmental information;
and S103, adjusting the volume of the incoming call according to the analysis result.
Wherein the specified type of incoming call may be an incoming call of a video phone. Thus, in one particular implementation, collecting current context information in response to receiving an incoming call of a specified type may include: and collecting current environment information in response to receiving an incoming call of the video telephone.
The environment information may be status information of the terminal (for example, whether the terminal is moving), information of whether or not a person is around the terminal, and the like. In application, the acquisition of the current environment information can be supported by utilizing the hardware of the terminal.
In a specific implementation, the collecting current environment information may include: acquiring current image information by using a camera of a terminal; analyzing the collected environmental information, comprising: analyzing the collected image information; adjusting the volume of the incoming call according to the analysis result, comprising: and adjusting the volume of the incoming call according to the analysis result of the image information.
The image may be in the form of a picture or a video.
For example, when the mobile phone receives an incoming call of a video call, the shooting function of the camera of the mobile phone is immediately started to shoot a picture or a video. When taking a picture, a plurality of pictures can be taken continuously at set time intervals. It should be noted that when a camera of a mobile phone is used to take a picture or a video, the front camera or the rear camera of the mobile phone needs to be determined to be turned on according to the placement condition of the mobile phone. For example, when the screen of the mobile phone is placed upwards, the front camera of the mobile phone is turned on, and when the screen of the mobile phone is placed downwards, the rear camera of the mobile phone is turned on. Whether the screen of the mobile phone faces upwards or downwards can be determined by pictures shot by the camera, for example, in the daytime, the pictures shot by the camera are all black pictures all the time, and then the mobile phone can automatically switch the camera.
In a specific implementation process, analyzing the acquired image information may include: determining whether the terminal moves according to whether the image changes; determining whether a user of the terminal appears in the image according to the content of the image; adjusting the volume of the incoming call according to the analysis result of the image information, comprising: reducing the volume of the incoming call under the condition that the terminal is not moved and the user appears in the image; or, under the condition that the terminal is not moved and the user is not in the image, increasing the volume of the incoming call; or, under the condition that the terminal moves and the user does not appear in the image, the volume of the incoming call is turned to be mute; alternatively, in the case where the terminal moves and the user appears in the image, the volume of the incoming call is decreased.
For example, if the mobile phone takes several pictures, whether the mobile phone has moved can be determined according to whether the contents of the pictures change. If the mobile phone is still, the pictures taken by the mobile phone should be the same, i.e. the contents of the pictures are not changed. Therefore, when the picture content is not changed, it can be determined that the mobile phone has not moved. If the mobile phone moves, the pictures taken by the mobile phone should not be the same, that is, the contents of the pictures are changed. Therefore, when the picture content changes, the mobile phone can be determined to move.
For another example, if the mobile phone is shooting a video, it can be determined whether the mobile phone has moved according to whether the picture in the video changes. If the mobile phone is still, the picture of the video shot by the mobile phone should be still, that is, the picture in the video is not changed. Therefore, when there is no change in the picture in the video, it can be determined that the mobile phone has not moved. If the mobile phone moves, the picture of the video shot by the mobile phone should not be static, that is, the picture in the video changes. Therefore, when there is a change in the picture in the video, it can be determined that the mobile phone has moved.
For example, face recognition technology can be used to perform face recognition on a picture or video picture taken by a camera of a mobile phone. If the face information is recognized from the picture or the video picture, the user of the terminal is shown in the image, and if the face information is not recognized, the user of the terminal is not shown in the image.
If the user appears in the image or the terminal moves, it can be said that the user has already learned the incoming call. If the user is not present in the image and the terminal is not moving, it can be said that the user is not aware of the incoming call, for example, the user may be in a place far away from the terminal when the call is coming, and the ring tone of the incoming call reminder is not heard because of the far distance or the volume of the ring tone of the terminal is too small.
When the terminal does not move and the user appears in the image, the user can know the incoming call condition but does not want to answer the call temporarily, and the user does not need to continuously remind the user through a larger ring because the user knows the incoming call condition, so that the volume of the incoming call can be reduced, the sound interference caused by the ring to people around the terminal can be reduced, the power consumption of the terminal can be reduced, and the electric quantity of the terminal can be saved. For example, when a mobile phone calls, a user walks to the terminal to see the information of the caller and does not want to receive the call of the caller.
When the terminal does not move and does not appear in the image, the user can be understood that the user does not know the incoming call condition, and the user cannot hear the incoming call ringtone prompt of the terminal currently, so that the volume of the incoming call can be increased, the user far away can be effectively reminded of paying attention, and the user is prevented from missing the incoming call.
In the case where the terminal is moved and the user is not present in the image, the user's intention may be understood as not wanting to answer the call, and thus the volume of the incoming call may be muted at this time so as not to interfere with the user. For example, when a phone call comes, the user is moving with the phone, and the user is already aware of the call, but does not want to answer the call at this time.
When the terminal is moved and the user appears in the image, it can be understood that the user has already learned the incoming call and has seen the incoming call interface information, but the user does not want or is inconvenient to answer the call at this time, and thus the volume of the incoming call can be reduced at this time.
It should be noted that, when the volume of the incoming call is decreased, the volume may be decreased step by step, or the volume may be decreased to a set smaller volume value at a time. When the volume of the incoming call is increased, the volume can be gradually increased, or the volume can be increased to a set larger volume value at one time. For example, the volume is turned to a maximum value at once.
In a specific implementation process, in a case that the terminal moves and the user appears in the image, after the volume of the incoming call is reduced, the incoming call volume adjustment method may further include: in the case where the user appears in the image again, or in the case where an action of answering or rejecting the call occurs, the volume of the incoming call is turned to mute.
In the case that the terminal moves and the user appears in the image, it indicates that the user is aware of the incoming call but does not answer the call, and after taking the measure of reducing the incoming call volume, the user appears in the image again, indicating that the user still does not want to answer the call. When the terminal moves and the user appears in the image, the user is indicated to know the incoming call condition but does not answer the call, and after the measure of reducing the volume of the incoming call is taken, the user makes an answering or rejecting action, and the user is indicated to be about to process the incoming call. In both cases, it is not necessary to continuously remind the user of the incoming call through the ring tone, so that the volume of the incoming call can be adjusted to be silent, the power consumption of the terminal can be reduced, and the interference of the ring tone to surrounding people can be eliminated.
Therefore, according to the embodiment, the intention of the user can be intelligently understood according to the collected environment information, and on the basis, the incoming call volume can be intelligently and correspondingly adjusted, so that the user can be effectively reminded by automatically increasing the incoming call volume when the user cannot know the incoming call condition, the user is prevented from missing the incoming call, and the incoming call volume can be automatically reduced or adjusted to be silent when the user does not want to answer the call, so that unnecessary power consumption of the terminal is avoided, and the interference of the incoming call ringtone on surrounding people including the user is reduced or eliminated.
The incoming call volume adjusting method according to the embodiment of the present invention is further described below by way of examples.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a second procedure of an incoming call volume adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the incoming call volume adjusting method may include:
s201, a mobile phone receives an incoming call of a video telephone;
s202, the mobile phone automatically starts a camera to shoot a video;
s203, judging whether the video picture is static, if the video picture is static, executing S204, and if the video picture is not static, executing S207;

s207, judging whether the face information is recognized from the video picture, if so, executing S209, and if not, executing S208;
s208, turning the incoming call volume to mute, and ending;
s209, gradually reducing the volume of the incoming call;
s210, judging whether the face information is identified again from the video picture, if so, executing S211, and if not, executing S208;
s211, answering action occurs;
s212, the incoming call volume is turned to mute, and the process is finished.
According to the incoming call volume adjusting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the incoming call volume is adjusted by acquiring the environmental information during incoming call and according to the analysis result of the acquired environmental information, the intention of a user is intelligently understood, and on the basis, the adjusting requirement of the user on the incoming call volume is intelligently determined, so that the incoming call volume is correspondingly adjusted, the user can be effectively reminded by automatically increasing the incoming call volume when the user cannot know the incoming call condition, the user is prevented from missing the incoming call, the incoming call volume can be automatically reduced or adjusted to be silent when the user does not want to answer the call, unnecessary power consumption of the terminal is avoided, and the interference of incoming call ringtone on surrounding people including the user is reduced or eliminated, so that the intelligent degree of the terminal in the aspect of volume processing of incoming calls such as video telephones and the like is improved, and the use experience of the user is.
