Abstract
An electronic product and an electronic product assembly. The invention discloses an electronic product which comprises an exciter, a charging circuit and a battery, wherein the exciter comprises a first vibration assembly and a second vibration assembly, the first vibration assembly comprises a first shell and a magnetic assembly, and the second vibration assembly comprises a coil assembly and a second shell. The coil assembly can provide interaction force between the coil assembly and the magnetic assembly, and the battery can be wirelessly charged under the electromagnetic action of external equipment and the coil assembly, so that the internal space and the cost of the electronic product are saved, and the assembly process of the electronic product is simplified.

Background
Under the popular big trend of full screen electronic product, screen sound production technique uses more and more extensively, and current screen sound production technique mainly relies on the exciter to accomplish, but traditional exciter generally adopts shell fragment structure, thereby utilizes resonance principle to drive the screen and produce the vibration and realize the sound production, has certain shake when the conversation and feels, can't realize good user experience.
In addition, wireless charging technology is mature day by day, but the coil of wireless charging technology occupies very big space in the cell-phone, and the coil of screen sound production exciter and the twin coil arrangement of wireless charging coil are not only the waste of electronic product inner space, the waste of cost more, have increased the assembly complexity of electronic product structure moreover.

An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic product having a simple assembly process.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic product comprising:
an exciter comprising a first vibratory assembly and a second vibratory assembly, the first vibratory assembly comprising a first housing and a magnetic assembly, the magnetic assembly disposed in the first housing; the second vibration assembly comprises a coil assembly and a second shell, and the coil assembly is arranged on one side of the second shell close to the magnetic assembly;
the coil assembly is configured to be communicated with an electric signal, and an interaction force is generated between the coil assembly and the magnetic assembly;
the coil assembly is connected to the battery through the charging circuit;
the coil assembly serves as a charging coil and is configured to be inductive with a wireless charging device.
Optionally, an opening on one side of the first housing forms a cavity, the magnetic assembly is disposed in the cavity, and an axis of the coil assembly is the same as a magnetizing direction of the magnetic assembly.
Optionally, the coil assembly further comprises a washer, the washer is arranged at one end of the magnetic assembly close to the coil assembly, and the washer penetrates into the middle of the coil assembly.
Optionally, the charging circuit includes a circuit board and a wire connecting the coil assembly and the battery.
Optionally, the electronic product further comprises a first surface and a second surface, the first surface is connected to the electronic product in a vibratable manner, and the second surface is a fixed surface;
the first housing is disposed on the first surface, and the second housing is disposed on the second surface.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses an electronic product including:
the exciter 100 comprises a first vibration component and a second vibration component, wherein the first vibration component comprises a first shell 1 and a magnetic component 2, and the magnetic component 2 is arranged in the first shell 1; the second vibration component comprises a coil component 3 and a second shell 4, wherein the coil component 3 is arranged on one side of the second shell 4 close to the magnetic component 2;
the coil component 3 is configured to be communicated with an electric signal to generate an interaction force with the magnetic component 2;
the coil assembly 3 is connected to the battery 7 through the charging circuit 6;
the coil assembly 3 serves as a charging coil and is configured to be inductive with a wireless charging device.
The exciter 100 of the electronic device adopts the magnetic component 2 to generate a magnetic field, an effective electromagnetic action is formed between the magnetic component 2 and the coil component 3, the mutual motion between the first vibration component and the second vibration component is further driven, and the exciter 100 is simple in structure and easy to assemble.
More importantly, the coil assembly 3 is connected with a battery 7 of the electronic product through the charging circuit 6, and the battery 7 can be charged wirelessly through the electromagnetic action of an external device and the coil assembly 3. The coil of the exciter and the coil of the wireless charging are combined, so that the space in the electronic product is saved, the cost is saved, and the assembly process of the structure of the electronic product is simplified.
Optionally, an opening at one side of the first housing 1 forms a cavity, the magnetic assembly 2 is disposed in the cavity, and an axis of the coil assembly 3 is the same as a magnetizing direction of the magnetic assembly 2.
The axis of the coil component 3 is the same as the magnetizing direction of the magnetic component 2, and the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic component 2 can completely penetrate through the coil component 3, so that the arrangement has the advantage that the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic component 2 are perpendicular to the radial direction of the coil component 3, so that sufficient interaction force can be generated between the coil component 3 and the magnetic component 2, and the vibration effect of the exciter is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the exciter 100 further includes a washer 5, the washer 5 is disposed at one end of the magnetic assembly 2 close to the coil assembly 3, and the washer 5 penetrates through the middle of the coil assembly 3.
The washer 5 is used as an important component for guiding the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic component 2 to the coil component 3, the position of the washer 5 directly influences the acting force effect between the magnetic component 2 and the coil component 3, the washer 5 penetrates through the middle of the coil component 3 so that the magnetic lines of force of the magnetic component 2 can be completely guided to the coil component 3 and can directly penetrate through the winding of the coil component 3, more effective interaction force is generated between the magnetic component 2 and the coil component 3, the vibration effect of the exciter 100 is improved, and better sound production quality is provided for the electronic product.
Optionally, the charging circuit 6 includes a circuit board and a lead wire connecting the coil assembly 3 and the battery 7. Because the long-term stable voltage and current during charging can not be guaranteed in wireless charging, and the damage of unstable voltage and current to the battery is great, so the setting of circuit board can play the stationary flow effect to the voltage and the current of wireless charging, improves the efficiency of wireless charging.
Optionally, the electronic product further comprises a first surface 200 and a second surface 300, the first surface 200 is connected to the electronic product in a vibratable manner, and the second surface 300 is a fixed surface; the first housing 1 is disposed on the first surface 200, and the second housing 4 is disposed on the second surface 300.
Specifically, when the electronic product produces sound, the coil assembly 3 fixedly connected with the second shell 4 is electrified, an electromagnetic interaction force is generated between the coil assembly 3 and the magnetic assembly 2, and the magnetic assembly 2 drives the first surface 200 to vibrate through the first shell 1, so as to produce sound outwards; in addition, the coil assembly 3 may also serve as a coil for charging the battery 7 of the electronic product.
Alternatively, the first housing 1 may be adhered to the surface of the first surface 200, or embedded inside the first surface 200, as long as sufficient connection strength can be ensured.
Optionally, the first surface 200 may be a screen of the electronic product, and the second surface 300 may be a middle frame or a PCB of the electronic product.
Optionally, the electronic product further comprises a first surface 200 and a second surface 300, the first surface 200 is connected to the electronic product in a vibratable manner, and the second surface 300 is a fixed surface; the second housing 4 is disposed on the first surface 200, and the first housing 1 is disposed on the second surface 300.
Specifically, when the electronic product produces sound, the coil assembly 3 fixedly connected with the second shell 4 is electrified, an electromagnetic interaction force is generated between the coil assembly 3 and the magnetic assembly 2, and the coil assembly 3 drives the first surface 200 to vibrate through the second shell 4, so as to produce sound outwards; in addition, the coil assembly 3 may also serve as a coil for charging the battery 7 of the electronic product.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the coil assembly 3, the charging circuit 6 and the battery 7 are all integrated on the second surface 300. The second surface 300 is used as a fixing surface of the electronic product, the coil assembly 3, the charging circuit 6 and the battery 7 are connected through more wires, and the coil assembly 3, the charging circuit 6 and the battery 7 are integrated on the second surface 300, so that the connection stability of the coil assembly 3, the charging circuit 6 and the battery 7 can be guaranteed.
Alternatively, the second housing 4 is connected to both ends of the periphery of the coil block 3 at opposite ends. The coil component 3 is fixedly connected to the inside of the electronic product through the second shell 4, and in order to simplify the connection structure and reduce the space occupied by the second shell 4, the second shell 4 is arranged at two opposite ends of the periphery of the coil component 3, so that the connection firmness is ensured and the occupation of the internal space of the electronic product is reduced.
Alternatively, the second housing 4 may be adhered to the surface of the second surface 300 or embedded inside the second surface 300, as long as sufficient connection strength can be ensured.
Optionally, the electronic product comprises one of a cell phone, a tablet computer, an e-book reader, an MP3 player, an MP4 player, a computer, a set-top box, a smart tv, and a wearable device.
The invention also discloses an electronic product assembly, which comprises a wireless charging device and the electronic product;
the wireless charging device comprises a wireless charging coil, the wireless charging coil generates electromagnetic induction with the coil assembly 3 of the electronic product after being electrified, and the coil assembly 3 completes charging of the battery 7.

Claims (9)
1. An electronic product, comprising:
an exciter (100), the exciter (100) comprising a first vibrating assembly and a second vibrating assembly, the first vibrating assembly comprising a first housing (1) and a magnetic assembly (2), the magnetic assembly (2) being disposed in the first housing (1); the second vibration assembly comprises a coil assembly (3) and a second shell (4), and the coil assembly (3) is arranged on one side, close to the magnetic assembly (2), of the second shell (4);
the coil component (3) is configured to be communicated with an electric signal to generate interaction force with the magnetic component (2);
a charging circuit (6) and a battery (7), the coil assembly (3) being connected to the battery (7) through the charging circuit (6);
the coil assembly (3) acts as a charging coil configured to be inductive with a wireless charging device.
2. An electronic product according to claim 1, wherein the first housing (1) is open at one side to form a cavity, the magnetic assembly (2) is disposed in the cavity, and the axis of the coil assembly (3) is the same as the magnetizing direction of the magnetic assembly (2).
3. An electronic product according to claim 1, further comprising a washer (5), wherein the washer (5) is disposed at one end of the magnetic component (2) close to the coil component (3), and the washer (5) penetrates into the middle of the coil component (3).
4. An electronic product according to claim 1, characterized in that the charging circuit (6) comprises a circuit board and leads connecting the coil assembly (3) and the battery (7).
5. An electronic product according to claim 1, further comprising a first surface (200) and a second surface (300), wherein the first surface (200) is attached to the electronic product in a vibratable manner, and the second surface (300) is a fixing surface;
the first housing (1) is disposed on the first surface (200), and the second housing (4) is disposed on the second surface (300).
6. An electronic product according to claim 1, further comprising a first surface (200) and a second surface (300), wherein the first surface (200) is attached to the electronic product in a vibratable manner, and the second surface (300) is a fixing surface;
the second housing (4) is disposed on the first surface (200), and the first housing (1) is disposed on the second surface (300).
7. An electronic product according to claim 5, characterized in that the coil assembly (3), the charging circuit (6) and the battery (7) are integrated on the second surface (300).
8. An electronic product according to claim 1, characterized in that the second housing (4) is connected to two ends of the periphery of the coil assembly (3) opposite to each other.
9. An electronic assembly, comprising:
a wireless charging device and an electronic product as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8;
the wireless charging device comprises a wireless charging coil, the wireless charging coil is configured to generate electromagnetic induction with a coil assembly (3) of the electronic product, and the coil assembly (3) charges the battery (7).
