本发明涉及电动车技术领域,具体是指一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机。
背景技术
电动车是采用电力驱动行驶的车辆总成,与以燃油发动机为动力源的车辆相比,电动车具有能耗低、污染小的优点,电动车通常采用轮毂电机驱动,轮毂电机的性能决定了电动车正常行驶和爬坡性能。轮毂电机的最大特点是将动力、传动和制动装置都整合到轮毂内,使车辆机械部分大大简化,减轻了电动汽车的重量,同时使电动汽车的设计更容易实现模块化和个性化。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,包括车轴、轮毂、定子铁心和车架,所述轮毂外表面上固定有防静电保护壳,所述轮毂固定于车轴的末端,所述轮毂内侧设有固定于车轴上的制动盘,所述制动盘一侧设有永磁体,所述制动盘圆周上均布有6个扇形通孔,两个扇形通孔之间有导磁材料制成的导磁肋,所述车轴通过轴承连接在车架上,所述定子铁心围在制动盘轴向两侧并且固定在车架上,相邻子定子铁心沿圆周方向相差40度,所述每个子定子铁心的内侧朝向制动盘的两面各带有一个电枢极,电枢极的侧面呈扇形,所述电枢极上绕有电枢绕组,所述电枢绕组所在的平面平行于制动盘,所述车架上位于没有子定子铁心的位置上固定有制动钳。
优选的,所述车轴涂有绝缘涂层。
优选的,所述定子铁心上设有励磁绕组。
优选的,所述励磁绕组绕六个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相同。
优选的,所述励磁绕组绕每个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,相邻励磁绕组绕向相反,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相反。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:各相绕组完全隔离,励磁绕组和电枢绕组隔离,短路电流不会引起故障的传播,提高了可靠性;电机绕组皆为集中式绕组,内阻小,效率高,励磁绕组和电磁绕组易于散热;实现了制动盘和轮毂电机转子铁心合二为一,减轻了重量,节省了空间;定子铁心导磁面积大,在同样饱和的磁密下,本申请的技术磁通量大,反电势高,电机功率大;依据开关磁阻电机原理工作,控制技术成熟。

结合附图,一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,包括车轴1、轮毂2、定子铁心3和车架4,所述轮毂2外表面上固定有防静电保护壳5,所述轮毂2固定于车轴1的末端,所述轮毂2内侧设有固定于车轴1上的制动盘6,所述制动盘6一侧设有永磁体7,所述制动盘6圆周上均布有6个扇形通孔,两个扇形通孔之间有导磁材料制成的导磁肋,所述车轴1通过轴承8连接在车架4上,所述定子铁心3围在制动盘6轴向两侧并且固定在车架4上,相邻子定子铁心3沿圆周方向相差40度,所述每个子定子铁心3的内侧朝向制动盘的两面各带有一个电枢极,电枢极的侧面呈扇形,所述电枢极上绕有电枢绕组9,所述电枢绕组9所在的平面平行于制动盘6,所述车架4上位于没有子定子铁心的位置上固定有制动钳10。

所述定子铁心3上设有励磁绕组11。
所述励磁绕组11绕六个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相同。
所述励磁绕组11绕每个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,相邻励磁绕组11绕向相反,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相反。
本发明的工作原理:由于本发明的电励磁磁极和电枢极在轴向上对齐,因此当制动盘能导磁的部分与电枢极对齐时,该电枢极匝链的磁阻最小、电枢绕组磁链最大;当制动盘的扇形通孔对齐电枢极时,该电枢极匝链的磁阻最大、电枢绕组磁链最小。当制动盘能导磁的部分逐渐靠近电枢极时,该相电枢绕组与励磁绕组的互感在增加;该相电枢绕组的自感也在增加。当制动盘能导磁的部分脱离电枢极时,该相电枢绕组与励磁绕组的互感在增加;该相电枢绕组的自感也在增加。本发明电机作为电动机运行时,给产生正的感应电动势的一相绕组通以正向电流,则该绕组可以产生正的转矩,使轮毂正转;给产生负的感应电动势的一相绕组通以正向电流,则该绕组可以产生负的转矩,使轮毂反转。

1.一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,其特征在于:包括车轴(1)、轮毂(2)、定子铁心(3)和车架(4),所述轮毂(2)外表面上固定有防静电保护壳(5),所述轮毂(2)固定于车轴(1)的末端,所述轮毂(2)内侧设有固定于车轴(1)上的制动盘(6),所述制动盘(6)一侧设有永磁体(7),所述制动盘(6)圆周上均布有6个扇形通孔,两个扇形通孔之间有导磁材料制成的导磁肋,所述车轴(1)通过轴承(8)连接在车架(4)上,所述定子铁心(3)围在制动盘(6)轴向两侧并且固定在车架(4)上,相邻子定子铁心(3)沿圆周方向相差40度,所述每个子定子铁心(3)的内侧朝向制动盘的两面各带有一个电枢极,电枢极的侧面呈扇形,所述电枢极上绕有电枢绕组(9),所述电枢绕组(9)所在的平面平行于制动盘(6),所述车架(4)上位于没有子定子铁心的位置上固定有制动钳(10)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述定子铁心(3)上设有励磁绕组(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述励磁绕组(11)绕六个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相同。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种电动车用带制动盘的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述励磁绕组(11)绕每个子定子铁心的轭部绕制,相邻励磁绕组(11)绕向相反,沿圆周方向相邻的电枢绕组绕向相反。
