As shown in fig. 2, the fixing member 20 includes a bottom plate 21, and a first side plate 22 and a second side plate 23 that are oppositely disposed, the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are both connected to opposite ends of the bottom plate 21, the fixing member 20 has a groove 201, an end of the optical film 30 protrudes out of a main body of the optical film 30, and an end of the optical film 30 is inserted into the groove 201. The bottom plate 21, the first side plate 22, and the second side plate 23 form a bottom wall and two opposite side walls of the groove 201.
The back plate 10 includes a horizontal arm 11 and a side arm 12 connected to the horizontal arm 11, the bottom plate 21 is fixedly connected to the horizontal arm 11, and the first side plate 22 is fixedly connected to the side arm 12, so as to enhance the stability of the fixing member 20. The conventional membrane fixing technology is that a back plate is turned over to form a hanging lug, a through hole or a groove is formed in the edge of a membrane, the membrane is hung on the back plate, and enough clearance needs to be reserved in the technology to prevent the membrane from being warped at high temperature. The embodiment of the invention improves the fixing mode of the membrane, and the membrane is bent and then inserted into the fixing piece to prevent light leakage and membrane falling-off.
Because the diaphragm body 31 of the optical diaphragm 30 is of a whole-surface structure and has no through hole or groove, the defect of poor light leakage of the diaphragm in the prior art can be eliminated, and the lug 32 and the diaphragm body 31 form an included angle of 90 degrees, so that the required space is small, and the optical diaphragm is suitable for a narrow-frame or frameless display module. The side arms 12 may maintain a planar design, thereby increasing the strength of the back plate 10.
In order to make the fixing member 20 have a good fixing effect, a self-locking structure may be added to the fixing member 20, so that after the lug 32 is inserted into the groove 201, the self-locking structure can fix all directions of the optical film 30, and prevent the optical film 30 from falling off.
Specifically, the fixing member 20 includes an elastic piece 24, the elastic piece 24 can play a role of automatically locking the lug 32, the elastic piece 24 is disposed in the groove 201, the elastic piece 24 is close to the second side plate 23, and the lug is interposed between the elastic piece 24 and the second side plate 23. The clearance between the elastic piece 24 and the second side plate 23 should be smaller than the film thickness of the lug 32, and when the lug 32 is inserted into the fixing member 20, a slight squeezing action occurs, and the elastic piece is deformed, so that the lug 32 is clamped between the elastic piece 24 and the second side plate 23.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the elastic sheet 24 includes a hook member 241, the hook of the hook member 241 is disposed toward the first side plate 22, when the optical film 30 is mounted, the lug 32 only contacts with the outer convex point of the hook member 241, so as to achieve a good fixing effect and facilitate the insertion of the lug 32, and the insertion process of the lug 32 is less hindered, so as to avoid damage to the lug 32.
The elastic sheet 24 is connected with the first side plate 22, the fixing member 20 is of an integrally formed structure, the fixing member 20 can be formed by bending stainless steel materials, the elastic sheet 24 is formed by bending the first side plate 22 vertically inwards and then bending the first side plate downwards to form the fixing member 20, the hook piece 241 of the fixing member 20 is suspended in the groove 201 and has a large degree of freedom, and the hook piece 241 can be rapidly deformed after being extruded to be matched with the lug 32 to be inserted into the groove 201.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the bottom end of the elastic piece 24 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 21, and the opposite end extends away from the bottom plate 21, when the lug 32 is not inserted, the elastic piece 24 is perpendicular to the bottom plate 21, and the hook member 241 is suspended above the bottom plate 21, so that the hook member 241 can be easily deformed when being pressed.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the diaphragm body 31 overlaps the second side plate 23, a surface of the second side plate 23 facing away from the bottom plate 21 is a concave surface, that is, the height of the center of the second side plate 23 is lower, and the heights of both ends are higher, so as to form a clamping groove 202, the length of the clamping groove 202 is the same as the length L2 of the lug 32, the length of the clamping groove 202 is smaller than the length L1 of the diaphragm body 31, the clamping groove 202 can further play a role in fixing the optical diaphragm 30, and when the optical diaphragm 30 is installed, the optical diaphragm 30 can better fit with the fixing member 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the optical film 30 includes a seam line 301, the seam line 301 is disposed at a connection position of the lug 32 and the film body 31 to facilitate bending of the lug 32 by 90 degrees, the seam line 301 is a plurality of connecting lines arranged at intervals, and the number of the connecting lines of the seam line 301 and the interval between the connecting lines are adjusted to ensure that the lug 32 is not broken while facilitating bending. The two lines of the riding-stitch lines 301 can be arranged, the two lines of the riding-stitch lines 301 are arranged in parallel and close to each other, and connecting lines in the two lines of the riding-stitch lines 301 can be arranged in a staggered mode and do not need to be arranged in an aligned mode, so that the risk of breakage of the connecting part of the lug 32 and the membrane body 31 is reduced.
When the optical film 30 is installed, the seam line 301 is clamped at the clamping groove 202, the lug 32 on one side of the seam line 301 is inserted between the second side plate 23 and the hook member 241, and the film body 31 on the other side is lapped on the second side plate 23.
Compared with the prior art, the width of the conventional diaphragm hanging lug is more than 5 mm, the hanging lug width of the lug 32 in the embodiment can be reduced to 2 mm, and the space required by diaphragm fixing can be greatly reduced.
The depth of the groove 201 is 5-10 mm, optical diaphragms with different sizes can be fixed, the optical diaphragm fixing device is suitable for different machine types, cost can be saved, assembling is convenient, and a special process is not needed.

10. The display module of claim 1, wherein the optical film comprises a seam line, the optical film being folded along the seam line to form the tab.
