To ensure the strength of the folded plate 716 and prevent the hanging tab 41 from falling off the folded plate 716, the second side plate 34 is provided with a groove 340 corresponding to the folded plate 716, and the end of the folded plate 716 is limited in the groove 340. During installation, the reflector 6, the light guide plate 5 and the optical film 4 are sequentially stacked on the back plate 8, the hanging lugs 41 of the optical module are sleeved on the folded plates 716 of the mounting plate 71, then the whole edges of the back plate 8, the reflector 6, the light guide plate 5 and the optical film 4 are embedded into the accommodating cavity 30 of the middle frame 3, and the folded plates 716 are limited in the grooves 340. In addition, in this embodiment, the optical film 4 is further provided with a film pressing strip 2 for pressing the optical film 4, and specifically, the film pressing strip 2 is disposed below the optical film 4.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the borderless lcd tv provided by the present invention, the borderless lcd tv further includes a liquid crystal glass 1, the liquid crystal glass 1 is mounted on a side of the optical film 4 opposite to the light guide plate 5, a flange 35 for limiting the liquid crystal glass 1 is disposed at a position of the middle frame 3 corresponding to the liquid crystal glass 1, and the liquid crystal glass 1 is mounted on the flange 35 through a double-sided foam glue 14.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the borderless lcd tv provided by the present invention, a heat sink 10 and an LED light bar are further disposed on the lower side of the back plate 8. In this embodiment, the heat sink 10 is attached to the outer side of the back plate 8 through the double-sided foam glue 14 and is tightly locked on the back plate 8 through the metal fixing plate 9, referring to fig. 10, the metal fixing plate 9 is provided with a stud 91, the positions of the back plate 8 and the heat sink 10 corresponding to the stud 91 are provided with a first through groove and a second through groove, the metal fixing plate 9 is attached to the inner side of the back plate 8, the stud 91 sequentially passes through the first through groove and the second through groove, and finally is locked through a screw; in addition, the metal fixing piece 9 further includes two screw holes 92, and the metal fixing piece 9 and the heat sink 10 are further locked by screws passing through the screw holes 92. The LED lamp strip is attached to the radiating fin 10 and is arranged opposite to the light incident side of the light guide plate 5, and the light emitted by the LED lamp is finally emitted to the liquid crystal glass 1 through the guidance of the light guide plate 5 and the treatment of the optical film 4.
Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the borderless lcd tv provided by the present invention, a surface frame 12 is further provided on the lower side of the heat sink 10, and the heat sink 10, the light reflecting plate 6, the light guiding plate 5, the optical film 4 and the liquid crystal glass 1 are all embedded in the surface frame 12, and the surface frame 12 is mounted on the lower side of the heat sink 10 through a surface frame adaptor 11.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the borderless liquid crystal television provided by the invention, the assembly process of the borderless liquid crystal television is as follows: firstly, buffer foam 13 is attached to the periphery of a back plate 8, then an installation plate 71 provided with an elastic piece 72 is attached to the inner side edge of the back plate 8 through double-sided foam glue 14, then a radiating fin 10 is attached to the outer side of the back plate 8 through double-sided foam glue 14, then the radiating fin 10 is tightly locked on the back plate 8 through a metal fixing piece 9, then an LED lamp strip is attached to the radiating fin 10, a reflecting plate 6, a light guide plate 5 and an optical film 4 are sequentially stacked on the inner side of the back plate 8, then the edges of the back plate 8, the reflecting plate 6, the light guide plate 5 and the optical film are embedded in a middle frame 3, a film pressing strip 2 is pressed, then an upper frame adapter 11 is clamped, then liquid crystal glass 1 is attached to a baffle of the middle frame 3 through double-sided foam glue, and finally a face frame 12 is locked on the radiating fin 10 through the face frame adapter 11, so that the installation of the whole borderless liquid crystal television is completed.

Claims (9)

1. The borderless liquid crystal television is characterized by comprising:
a back plate;
the middle frame is arranged around the peripheral edge of the backboard, the middle frame is provided with a containing cavity with an opening facing the side edge of the backboard, and the edge of the backboard is embedded into the containing cavity;
the mounting assembly is mounted at the edge of the backboard, and one end of the mounting assembly extends into the accommodating cavity and is connected with the middle frame;
the mounting assembly comprises a mounting plate mounted on the edge of the back plate and at least one elastic piece arranged on the mounting plate; the mounting plate is arranged on the inner side of the backboard;
the mounting plate is convexly provided with a positioning column, a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the positioning column, of the elastic piece, and the through hole is sleeved on the positioning column to form positioning; the end part of the positioning column is provided with a limiting edge used for limiting the elastic piece to axially move, a counter bore is arranged at the position of the through hole corresponding to the limiting edge, and the limiting edge is accommodated in the counter bore.
2. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 1 wherein one end of the elastic member extends into the receiving chamber and is connected to the center frame.
3. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 2 wherein one end of the elastic member has a protrusion, and a clip is disposed in the accommodating cavity at a position corresponding to the protrusion, and the clip is clipped into the protrusion to form a clipping connection.
4. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 3 wherein the projection has a first lead-in surface distal from the back plate and a first lead-out surface proximal to the back plate, the first lead-in surface being disposed parallel to the back plate, the first lead-out surface being disposed perpendicular to the back plate.
5. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 4 wherein the clip comprises a hook body mated with the protrusion, the hook body comprising a second lead-in surface disposed parallel to the first lead-in surface and a second lead-out surface disposed parallel to the first lead-out surface.
6. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 2 wherein the mounting plate is further provided with a vertical limit part for preventing the other end of the elastic member from tilting and a horizontal limit part for preventing the other end of the elastic member from moving horizontally.
7. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 2 further comprising a reflector plate disposed on the back plate, a light guide plate disposed on the reflector plate, and an optical film disposed on the light guide plate; the edges of the reflecting plate, the light guide plate and the optical film are embedded into the accommodating cavity.
8. The borderless liquid crystal television of claim 7 wherein a flap for limiting the optical film is provided on a side of the mounting plate facing the direction of the optical film, a hanger is provided on the optical film, and the hanger is sleeved on the flap to form a limit.
9. The borderless liquid crystal television of any of claims 1-8 wherein the back plate is a tempered glass plate.
