As display technology has advanced to a certain stage, consumers increasingly attach importance to the appearance of displays. In order to meet the requirement of aesthetic property, besides the color and material of the display, the frame is also a place where consumers pay more attention to, so that the frame width of the liquid crystal television is reduced to become a trend, and the frame-free direction is developed. In order to realize the frameless design, the black edge area of the panel needs to be reduced, namely the BM area needs to be reduced, for example, the original 7mm is changed into 5mm, and the traditional design for realizing the narrowing of the black edge area is to make various positioning structures, structural members and the like in the range of the black edge area as small and fine as possible.

In addition, referring to fig. 1, the diaphragm is located on the ear hanging structure of the middle frame, and since the contact area between the panel adhesive tape and the middle frame is reduced, light emitted by the light source is easy to penetrate through the diaphragm, so that the light leakage problem of the obtained product is serious, and is not easy to solve. In summary, when the frameless display device is designed, only the structural member of the backlight structure is made small and fine, so that the reliability of the product is difficult to realize, new problems can occur, and the frameless display device with good performance suitable for the ultra-narrow BM panel needs to be developed.
Moreover, in order to realize the fixation of the middle frame of the back plate and the expansion of the accommodating diaphragm of the traditional frame-free television, the appearance piece of the television is provided with an outward-expanding structure, so that the overall attractiveness of the product is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a display device with a new structure, which solves the problems of poor reliability and light leakage in the fabrication of an ultra-narrow BM frameless liquid crystal television by changing the size of the original structural member, and achieves the ultra-narrowing of the BM area of the frameless liquid crystal television.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display device including: the middle frame comprises a side wall and a first support arm which is perpendicular to the side wall and extends along the horizontal direction, the first support arm comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, and a positioning hole is formed in the first support arm; the diaphragm is positioned below the first supporting arm, and an assembling hole is formed in the diaphragm; the inserting tongue comprises a first inserting arm and a second inserting arm which extends along one end of the first inserting arm in the vertical direction, the first inserting arm is arranged on the upper surface of the first supporting arm, and the second inserting arm penetrates through the positioning hole and the assembling hole; the panel, the panel with be provided with fixed part between the first support arm, fixed part is located the upper surface of first support arm and/or the surface of first arm of inserting. The display device with the structure has the advantages that the membrane is arranged at the lower part of the supporting arm, and the membrane is fixed through the matching of the positioning hole of the first supporting arm and the inserting tongue, so that the membrane is positioned without occupying a fixing area of the panel, namely, even if the black edge area of the panel is narrowed, compared with the wide black edge area in the prior art, the fixing area of the panel is not reduced or greatly reduced, and the reliable fixing of the membrane is ensured. Meanwhile, the relatively large panel fixing area and the lower structure of the diaphragm solve the problem of light leakage.
Further, the insertion tongue is an elastic insertion tongue. The elastic fixation of the diaphragm is realized by the elastic action of the inserting tongue, and the expansion and other changes of the diaphragm in the assembling and using processes can be effectively compensated.
Further, the fixing component is a fixing adhesive tape. The fixing part between the panel and the first supporting arm can adopt the parts commonly used in the field, and the fixing requirement can be met. The fixing part of the invention is preferably a fixing adhesive tape, and the fixing mode using the fixing adhesive tape is simple and meets the fixing requirement.
Further, the first insertion arm is fixed to an upper surface of the first support arm. The first inserting arm of the inserting tongue is fixed on the upper surface of the first supporting arm, so that the fixing of the inserting tongue is realized, and the diaphragm is further fixed.

In summary, the invention provides a display device with a new structure, which adopts a structure that a diaphragm is arranged below a middle frame supporting arm and a positioning hole on the diaphragm is penetrated through by an inserting tongue to fix the diaphragm, compared with the prior art, the display device with the structure has the advantages that the positioning of the diaphragm does not occupy the fixed area of a panel, the narrow BM area of the display device is realized, the larger contact area between a panel fixed part and the middle frame is ensured, the problems of weak fixation and light leakage existing in the process of manufacturing an ultra-narrow BM frameless liquid crystal television by changing the size of the original structural part are solved, the ultra-narrow BM area of the frameless display device is realized, and meanwhile, the cavity structural design of the middle frame avoids the outward expansion, so that the frameless display device is more beautiful.

It should be noted that the frameless structure in the embodiments of the present invention refers to a frameless structure. In the following, a detailed description will be given of an ultra-narrow BM frameless liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes at least a backlight source, a reflective sheet, and the like in addition to the structure shown in fig. 2, and regarding other components of the backlight module of the liquid crystal display device according to the embodiment of the present invention, those skilled in the art may refer to the specific structure of the backlight module of the liquid crystal display device disclosed in the prior art, which is not limited by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a liquid crystal display device, which is a bezel-free structure and includes a panel 100 and a backlight module, where the backlight module includes: the back plate 201, the light guide plate 202, the membrane 203 and the middle frame 204, the panel 100 is located above the backlight module, receives the light source provided by the backlight module, and displays the image picture. The panel 100 includes a display region and a BM region, wherein the BM region is a non-display region formed at a peripheral edge of the panel with a certain width. The width of the BM region of the display device according to the embodiment of the present invention is 5 mm.
Further, the middle frame 204 includes a side wall 204a and a first support arm 204b extending along a vertical direction of the side wall 204a, the first support arm 204b has an upper surface and a lower surface, and the first support arm 204b has a positioning hole 204 c. Meanwhile, the relatively large panel fixing area and the membrane are arranged below, so that the problem of light leakage caused by narrowing is solved.
Further, the tongue 205 is designed as a resilient structure. The insertion tongue is inserted into the assembly hole of the diaphragm, the elastic property of the insertion tongue realizes elastic fixation of the diaphragm, and wrinkles and displacement caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the diaphragm are avoided.
Preferably, the middle frame 204 further includes a second supporting arm 204d located below the first supporting arm 204b for supporting the light guide plate 202, and the first supporting arm 204b, the other supporting arm 204d and the sidewall 204a form a C-shape, forming a cavity structure.
