Abstract
The invention provides an integrated book processing device capable of self-service book returning, sorting and sterilizing, wherein a bookshelf is U-shaped, a U-shaped linear module is arranged on the inner side of the bookshelf, a sorting unit is arranged on a sliding block on the linear module, at least one pair of sorting units are arranged on the inner side of the linear module, the horizontal heights of a plurality of sorting units are kept consistent, and a sterilizing device is arranged on the sorting unit on the inner side of the linear module. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an integrated book processing device capable of self-service book returning, sorting and sterilizing comprises a ring-shaped base 1, a vertical plate 2 and a U-shaped bookshelf 3, wherein the vertical plate 2 is positioned at the front side of the base 1, and the bookshelf 3 is positioned at the rear side of the vertical plate 2; the bookshelf comprises a base 1, a bookshelf body, a linear module 4, a sorting unit, a sliding block 5 and a lifting mechanism, wherein the linear module 4 is arranged on the inner side of the bookshelf 3; at least one pair of sorting units are arranged on the inner side of the linear module 4, the horizontal heights of the plurality of sorting units are kept consistent, and gaps are kept among the plurality of sorting units; a disinfection device is also arranged on the sorting unit at the inner side of the linear module 4; the sorting unit comprises a supporting frame 6, a rotating motor 7 arranged on the supporting frame 6, and a sorting seat 8 connected with a main shaft of the rotating motor 7 upwards, wherein one side of the sorting seat 8 is provided with a pair of limiting plates 9, the other side of the sorting seat 8 is provided with a sorting motor 10, the main shaft of the sorting motor 10 faces the pair of limiting plates 9 and is connected with a sorting head 11, and the sorting head 11 can extend between the pair of limiting plates 9 and can move back and forth; a long slot 12 is formed in the vertical plate 2, and the long slot 12 is aligned with a pair of limiting plates 9 of the sorting seat 8; the vertical plate 2 is also provided with a control panel 13 and a bar code scanner 14, the rear side of the vertical plate 2 is also provided with a control circuit 15, and the control circuit 15 is respectively and electrically connected with the linear module 4, the rotating motor 7, the sorting motor 10, the control panel 13 and the bar code scanner 14.

The support frame 6 of the embodiment is provided with a support plate 19; the sorting seat 8 is provided with a limiting sleeve 20 downwards, a pressure bearing 21 is arranged in the limiting sleeve 20, and the bottom surface of the pressure bearing 21 is abutted against the supporting plate 19; the sorting seat 8 is provided with a connector 22 downwards, and a main shaft of the rotating motor 7 is connected with the connector 22. When sorting books, the sorting unit is characterized in that the rotary motor 7 can drive the sorting seat 8 to rotate, and the pressure bearing 21 is arranged between the sorting seat 8 and the supporting plate 19, so that the rotary motor 7 cannot bear vertical pressure, and the service life of the rotary motor 7 is longer.
The limiting plate 9 of the embodiment is provided with an elastic opening 23; the sorting seat 8 is provided with a baffle 24 outside the limiting plate 9, and the baffle 24 is provided with a through hole 25; an elastic head 26 is arranged in the elastic opening 23, a guide post 27 is arranged outwards of the elastic head 26, and the guide post 27 is arranged in the through hole 25 in a penetrating way; the guide post is sleeved with a telescopic spring 28, one end of the telescopic spring 28 is abutted against the elastic head 26, and the other end is abutted against the baffle 24. An elastic head 26 is arranged between the limiting plate 9 and the baffle 24, and a telescopic spring 28 is sleeved on a guide post 27 of the elastic head 26, so that the elastic head 26 can tighten books under the elastic force of the telescopic spring 28.
The elastic heads 26 of the present embodiment are in a semicircular shape, the circular arc surfaces of the elastic heads 26 point to the inner side of the limiting plate 9, and the elastic heads 26 in the elastic openings 23 of the pair of limiting plates 9 are mutually abutted. The elastic head 26 is of a semicircular structure, and the elastic head 26 can clamp books under the extrusion of the telescopic spring 28, so that the books are not easy to slide down when conveyed between sorting units.
The bottom surface of the linear module 4 of the embodiment is provided with a mounting groove 29 upwards; the base 1 is provided with a fixed block 30 upwards, and the fixed block 30 is connected with the mounting groove 29 in a matching way. The linear modules 4 are fixed to the fixed blocks 30 of the base 1 by means of the mounting grooves 29, so that the slide 5 can well transfer the sorting units to the linear modules 4.
As shown in fig. 6, the sliding block 5 of the present embodiment is inverted concave, and the linear module 4 is inserted into the sliding block 5. Rolling grooves 31 are formed in two sides of the sliding block 5 in the embodiment, and hinge holes 32 are formed in the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the rolling grooves 31; a rolling wheel 33 is arranged in the rolling groove 31, and a rotating shaft 34 of the rolling wheel 33 is arranged in the hinge hole 32 in a matching way; the outer circumferential surfaces of the rolling wheels 33 are abutted against the two side surfaces of the linear module 4. The rolling wheel 33 in the sliding block 5 can realize the transmission of the sliding block 5 on the arc-shaped linear module 4, so that the overall structure of the book processing device is more compact, and the installation space of the book processing device is effectively saved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows,
when books are returned, the bar code scanner 14 can scan the information number of the books and feed the information number back to the control circuit 15, the books are delivered between a pair of limiting plates 9 of the sorting seat 8 through the long notch 12, the sorting seat 8 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 7 at the bottom of the sorting seat 8, when the books are rotated to be aligned with the pair of limiting plates 9 of the rear sorting seat 8, the books can be pushed between the pair of limiting plates 9 of the rear sorting seat 8 by the sorting motor 10, the books can be sequentially transmitted to the sorting seat 8 on the linear module 4, the books can be transmitted to the corresponding book positions by the linear module 4 through receiving signals of the control circuit 15, and the books can be pushed to the bookshelf 3 by the sorting motor 10 on the sorting seat 8 to finish the work of sorting and returning the books. Books are in letter sorting transfer in-process, and degassing unit can disinfect to books on letter sorting seat 8, effectively avoids the bacterial contamination books of books, also avoids the bacterium to borrow people to infect each other.
