when the state verification is successful, generating an identity verification request signal;
and upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrading packet and the identity verification request signal.

and when the round-robin timeout does not exceed the preset threshold, continuously transmitting the incremental file upgrade package until the incremental file upgrade package is transmitted.

It can be understood that the color screen instrument can be upgraded only by downloading the incremental file upgrade package, and the color screen instrument can be updated to the latest software version by combining the content of the incremental file upgrade package and the content of the current version.
It should be understood that after the color screen instrument is upgraded according to the incremental file upgrade package, an upgrade result is obtained, whether the upgrade is successful or not is judged according to the upgrade result, when the upgrade is successful, the incremental file upgrade package is deleted, the upgrade process is exited, and when the upgrade is failed, the step of remotely upgrading the color screen instrument of the automobile is restarted.
In the embodiment, when a software upgrading instruction is received, an upgrading packet acquisition signal is generated, a current software version of the color screen instrument is acquired, an incremental file upgrading packet is downloaded according to the upgrading packet acquisition signal and the current software version, and the color screen instrument is upgraded according to the incremental file upgrading packet, so that a complete software upgrading packet is not required to be downloaded during remote upgrading, only an incremental file upgrading packet of an updating part is required to be downloaded, the color screen instrument is upgraded according to the incremental file upgrading packet, and the technical problem of how to conveniently and quickly perform remote upgrading on the color screen instrument of an automobile is solved.
In an embodiment, the file downloading module 30 is further configured to send the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version to a telematics, so that the telematics acquires an incremental file upgrade package downloading address from a remote platform according to the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version, and feeds back the incremental file upgrade package downloading address; receiving the download address of the incremental file upgrade package fed back by the remote information processor; and downloading the incremental file upgrade package according to the incremental file upgrade package downloading address.
In an embodiment, the software upgrade module 40 is further configured to generate a file transmission request signal according to the incremental file upgrade package; sending the file transmission request signal to the color screen instrument so that the color screen instrument feeds back current state information according to the file transmission request signal; receiving the current state information fed back by the color screen instrument, and carrying out state verification on the current state information; when the state verification is successful, generating an identity verification request signal; and upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrading packet and the identity verification request signal.
In an embodiment, the software upgrading module 40 is further configured to send the authentication request signal to the color screen instrument, so that the color screen instrument feeds back an authentication code according to the authentication request signal; receiving the verification code fed back by the color screen instrument, and verifying the verification code; when the verification code is successfully verified, generating a verification value verification request signal; and upgrading the color screen instrument according to the increment file upgrading packet and the check value verification request signal.
In an embodiment, the software upgrading module 40 is further configured to send the check value verification request signal to the color screen instrument, so that the color screen instrument feeds back a check value according to the check value request signal; receiving the check value fed back by the color screen instrument, and verifying the check value; and when the verification value is successfully verified, the incremental file upgrade package is sent to the color screen instrument, so that the color screen instrument generates new version software according to the incremental file upgrade package and the current software version, and the color screen instrument is upgraded according to the new version software.
In an embodiment, the software upgrading module 40 is further configured to send the incremental file upgrading packet to the color screen instrument, and perform round robin on a sending port at preset time intervals in a sending process to obtain a level change of the sending port; when the round-robin timeout exceeds a preset threshold value, judging that the data is in error, and retransmitting the incremental file upgrade package; and when the round-robin timeout does not exceed the preset threshold, continuously transmitting the incremental file upgrade package until the incremental file upgrade package is transmitted.
In an embodiment, the device for remotely upgrading the color screen instrument of the automobile further comprises a result judgment module, which is used for obtaining an upgrading result and judging whether the upgrading is successful according to the upgrading result; and when the upgrade is successful, deleting the incremental file upgrade package, and exiting the upgrade process.

downloading an incremental file upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version;
upgrading the color screen instrument according to the increment file upgrading package;
wherein, the upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrading package specifically comprises:
generating a file transmission request signal according to the incremental file upgrade package;
sending the file transmission request signal to the color screen instrument so that the color screen instrument feeds back current state information according to the file transmission request signal;
receiving the current state information fed back by the color screen instrument, and carrying out state verification on the current state information;
when the state verification is successful, generating an identity verification request signal;
upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrading packet and the identity verification request signal;
the upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrade package and the identity verification request signal specifically comprises:
sending the identity authentication request signal to the color screen instrument so that the color screen instrument feeds back an authentication code according to the identity authentication request signal;
receiving the verification code fed back by the color screen instrument, and verifying the verification code;
when the verification code is successfully verified, generating a verification value verification request signal;
and upgrading the color screen instrument according to the increment file upgrading packet and the check value verification request signal.
2. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile color screen instrument according to claim 1, wherein the downloading of the incremental file upgrade package according to the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version specifically comprises:
sending the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version to a remote information processor so that the remote information processor acquires an incremental file upgrade package download address from a remote platform according to the upgrade package acquisition signal and the current software version and feeds back the incremental file upgrade package download address;
receiving the download address of the incremental file upgrade package fed back by the remote information processor;
and downloading the incremental file upgrade package according to the incremental file upgrade package downloading address.
3. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile color screen instrument according to claim 1, wherein the upgrading the color screen instrument according to the incremental file upgrade package and the check value verification request signal specifically comprises:
sending the check value verification request signal to the color screen instrument so that the color screen instrument feeds back a check value according to the check value request signal;
receiving the check value fed back by the color screen instrument, and verifying the check value;
and when the verification value is successfully verified, the incremental file upgrade package is sent to the color screen instrument, so that the color screen instrument generates new version software according to the incremental file upgrade package and the current software version, and the color screen instrument is upgraded according to the new version software.
4. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile color screen instrument according to claim 3, wherein the sending the incremental file upgrade package to the color screen instrument specifically comprises:
the incremental file upgrading packet is sent to the color screen instrument, round robin is carried out on a sending port at intervals of preset time in the sending process, and the level change of the sending port is obtained;
