It should be noted that, when an upgrade trigger signal is received, an upgrade condition of an automobile safety component to be upgraded is detected, where the upgrade condition may be that the vehicle is powered ON and the engine remains not started, that is, a vehicle system is in a running state but is not ignited, and the upgrade condition may also be another condition.
It can be understood that when the upgrade condition of the automobile safety part to be upgraded is detected to be unqualified, an upgrade condition abnormal instruction is generated and transmitted to a preset remote upgrade platform, and the upgrade process is suspended until the upgrade condition is qualified.
And the upgrade reporting module 50 is configured to upgrade the automobile security component to be upgraded according to the upgrade software package when the upgrade condition is detected to be qualified, and transmit an upgrade result to the preset remote upgrade platform.

It should be understood that, when the upgrade result is a failure, the upgrade failure reason is obtained, where the upgrade failure reason may be timeout, inconsistent information, an error in version, and other reasons, and this embodiment does not limit this, where the timeout specifically is that the automobile safety element to be upgraded has no response within a preset time, and the preset time may be 60S, or may be other times, and this embodiment in this market does not limit this.
It can be understood that the present invention also includes an upgrade rollback function, that is, in the upgrade process of the automobile safety element, the fast memory of the automobile safety element is divided into A, B areas, the original automobile safety element program is copied to the B area before the upgrade, and when the upgrade fails, the B area program can be copied to the a area after the power is off and on of the vehicle, so as to ensure that the automobile safety element can work normally after the upgrade fails, and the driving of the user is not affected.
It should be understood that the upgrade rollback function may also be implemented in another way: dividing a FASH memory of an automobile safety part into A, B areas, brushing the same program into A, B areas when an automobile leaves a factory, marking a position 0, enabling a part to run the program of the A area, upgrading the program of the A area when upgrading is needed, keeping the marking position 0 unchanged when upgrading is successful, enabling the part to run the program of the A area, marking a position 1 when upgrading is failed, enabling the part to run the program of the B area, upgrading the B area when upgrading is needed next time, keeping the marking position 1 unchanged, enabling the part to run the program of the B area, marking a position 0 when upgrading is failed, enabling the part to run the program of the A area, and if subsequent upgrading is needed, repeating the steps.
In the embodiment, the technical problem of how to improve the success rate of remote upgrade of the automobile safety part by adding multiple verification detections before downloading the upgrade software package and updating is solved to improve the user satisfaction.
In an embodiment, the software package downloading module 10 is further configured to obtain the car security piece information of the car security piece to be upgraded; extracting part information from the automobile safety part information; transmitting the part information to the preset remote upgrading platform so that the preset remote upgrading platform feeds back an upgrading task instruction; and receiving the upgrading task instruction, and downloading an upgrading software package according to the upgrading task instruction.
In an embodiment, the software package downloading module 10 is further configured to obtain vehicle information of a vehicle in which the automobile security component to be upgraded is located; transmitting the vehicle information to a preset remote upgrading platform so that the preset remote upgrading platform obtains an instruction according to the vehicle information feedback information; and receiving the information acquisition instruction, and acquiring the automobile safety piece information of the automobile safety piece to be upgraded according to the information acquisition instruction.
In an embodiment, the software package downloading module 10 is further configured to receive the upgrade task instruction; extracting information of the parts to be upgraded and a download path of an upgrade software package corresponding to the information of the parts to be upgraded from the upgrade task instruction; and downloading the upgrading software package according to the downloading path.
In an embodiment, the software package checking module 20 is further configured to detect whether the upgrade software package is complete; when the upgrading software package is complete, obtaining upgrading software package information of the upgrading software package; extracting information of the parts to be verified from the upgrade software package information; and comparing the information of the part to be verified with the information of the part.
In an embodiment, the signal detection module 30 is further configured to, when the verification is successful, send an upgrade prompt box request signal to an instrument panel of a vehicle in which the to-be-upgraded automobile safety component is located, so that the instrument panel performs box prompt according to the upgrade prompt box request signal; and detecting whether an upgrade trigger signal input by a user according to the pop-up box prompt is received.
In an embodiment, the upgrade reporting module 50 is further configured to, when the upgrade condition is detected to be qualified, upgrade the to-be-upgraded automobile security component according to the upgrade software package, and obtain an upgrade result; when the upgrading result is upgrading failure, acquiring the reason of the upgrading failure; and transmitting the upgrading result and the upgrading failure reason to the preset remote upgrading platform.

acquiring part information of an automobile safety part to be upgraded, and downloading an upgrading software package according to the part information;
checking the upgrading software package;
when the verification is successful, detecting whether an upgrade trigger signal is received;
when the upgrading trigger signal is received, detecting the upgrading condition of the automobile safety part to be upgraded;
and when the upgrade condition is detected to be qualified, upgrading the automobile safety part to be upgraded according to the upgrade software package, and transmitting an upgrade result to the preset remote upgrade platform.
2. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile safety part according to claim 1, wherein the steps of obtaining the part information of the automobile safety part to be upgraded and downloading an upgrade software package according to the part information specifically comprise:
acquiring automobile safety part information of an automobile safety part to be upgraded;
extracting part information from the automobile safety part information;
transmitting the part information to the preset remote upgrading platform so that the preset remote upgrading platform feeds back an upgrading task instruction;
and receiving the upgrading task instruction, and downloading an upgrading software package according to the upgrading task instruction.
3. The method for remotely upgrading the automobile safety part according to claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring the information of the automobile safety part to be upgraded specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle information of a vehicle where an automobile safety part to be upgraded is located;
transmitting the vehicle information to a preset remote upgrading platform so that the preset remote upgrading platform obtains an instruction according to the vehicle information feedback information;
and receiving the information acquisition instruction, and acquiring the automobile safety piece information of the automobile safety piece to be upgraded according to the information acquisition instruction.
4. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile safety part according to claim 2, wherein the receiving the upgrade task instruction and downloading an upgrade software package according to the upgrade task instruction specifically comprises:
receiving the upgrading task instruction;
extracting information of the parts to be upgraded and a download path of an upgrade software package corresponding to the information of the parts to be upgraded from the upgrade task instruction;
and downloading the upgrading software package according to the downloading path.
5. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile safety element according to claim 1, wherein the verifying the upgrade software package specifically comprises:
detecting whether the upgrade software package is complete;
when the upgrading software package is complete, obtaining upgrading software package information of the upgrading software package;
extracting information of the parts to be verified from the upgrade software package information;
and comparing the information of the part to be verified with the information of the part.
6. The method for remotely upgrading an automobile safety part according to claim 1, wherein when the verification is successful, detecting whether an upgrade trigger signal is received specifically comprises:
when the verification is successful, sending an upgrading prompt bullet frame request signal to an instrument panel of a vehicle where the automobile safety part to be upgraded is located, so that the instrument panel carries out bullet frame prompt according to the upgrading prompt bullet frame request signal;
and detecting whether an upgrade trigger signal input by a user according to the pop-up box prompt is received.
7. The method for remotely upgrading the automobile safety part according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein when the upgrading condition is detected to be qualified, the automobile safety part to be upgraded is upgraded according to the upgrading software package, and an upgrading result is transmitted to the preset remote upgrading platform, and specifically the method comprises the following steps:
when the upgrade condition is detected to be qualified, upgrading the automobile safety part to be upgraded according to the upgrade software package, and obtaining an upgrade result;
when the upgrading result is upgrading failure, acquiring the reason of the upgrading failure;
and transmitting the upgrading result and the upgrading failure reason to the preset remote upgrading platform.
8. A remote upgrading device for automobile safety parts is characterized by comprising:
the software package downloading module is used for acquiring the part information of the automobile safety part to be upgraded and downloading an upgrading software package according to the part information;
the software package checking module is used for checking the upgrading software package;
the signal detection module is used for detecting whether an upgrade trigger signal is received or not when the verification is successful;
the condition detection module is used for detecting the upgrading condition of the automobile safety part to be upgraded when the upgrading trigger signal is received;
and the upgrading reporting module is used for upgrading the automobile safety part to be upgraded according to the upgrading software package when the upgrading condition is detected to be qualified, and transmitting an upgrading result to the preset remote upgrading platform.

A remote upgrade apparatus for an automobile safety element, comprising: memory, a processor and a remote upgrade program for a vehicle security member stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the remote upgrade program for a vehicle security member being configured with the steps of implementing a method for remote upgrade of a vehicle security member according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a remote upgrade program for an automobile safety element, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for remote upgrade of an automobile safety element according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
