the progress tracking module is used for acquiring the production progress of each link and comprises a finished output recording unit, a production time recording unit and a residual product amount reporting unit;
the quality detection module is used for acquiring quality detection information after each production link is finished and sending the quality detection information to the feedback processing center;
the fault reporting system comprises a data receiving module, a central processing module and an early warning module; the data receiving module is connected with the output end of the data acquisition system and is used for acquiring data information submitted by each system; the central processing module analyzes and processes the network big data, identifies and extracts abnormal data information, and sends the abnormal data information to the early warning module and the feedback processing center; the early warning module makes corresponding early warning reminding according to the fault information;
the feedback processing center comprises a data storage module, an information conversion module and an execution driving and controlling module; the data storage module and the information conversion module are used for receiving data information in each system and performing conversion analysis processing; the execution driving and controlling module is used for issuing an execution command according to the reported information.
