The system provided by the embodiment integrates video monitoring, abnormal alarming, production progress tracking watching board and quality information acquisition technology on the basis of a network, and realizes comprehensive and real-time monitoring and management of manufacturing information. Aiming at the production field, the video monitoring and the abnormity alarming are linked, and the production progress tracking billboard technology is used for assisting, so that the real-time monitoring of the field production operation condition can be realized. Quality tracing and control of the whole production process can be realized through quality information acquisition technologies such as bar code acquisition.

Claims (8)

1. A production and manufacturing data acquisition system is characterized by comprising a data management background, alarm equipment, and first monitoring equipment and second monitoring equipment which are arranged on a preset production line;
the first monitoring equipment monitors the production process of the preset production line to obtain first image data, the second monitoring equipment photographs a target product to obtain second image data, and the first image data and the second image data are sent to the data management background;
the data management background receives the first image data, the second image data and production and manufacturing data sent by production equipment on the preset production line;
the data management background judges whether the production and manufacturing process is abnormal or not according to the production and manufacturing data or the first image data and judges whether the target product is qualified or not according to the second image data;
if the data management background judges that the production and manufacturing process is abnormal or the data management background judges that the target product is unqualified, prompt information is sent to the alarm device, and the alarm device sends alarm information corresponding to the prompt information after receiving the prompt information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein said determining whether the target product is acceptable based on the second image data comprises:
acquiring a photographing angle corresponding to the second image data after the data management, and acquiring reference image data photographed at the same angle as the photographing angle from a pre-stored image set obtained by photographing a reference product;
and the data management background calculates the similarity between the second image data and the reference image data, if the similarity is greater than a preset similarity, the target product is judged to be qualified, and if not, the target product is judged to be unqualified.
3. The system of claim 2, further comprising a first fixture comprising a product holding tray, a bracket, and a photograph angle acquisition device;
the first fixing device is arranged at a product output port or a semi-finished product output port of the preset production line, the product fixing disc is used for fixing the target product output from the product output port or the semi-finished product output port, the support is used for fixing the second monitoring equipment, and the photographing angle collecting equipment is used for collecting an angle between a straight line where a mark position on the product fixing disc and a fixing position on the support are located and a plane where a lens of the second monitoring equipment is located as the photographing angle;
wherein the photographing angle is changed by rotating the product fixing disc.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein said determining whether an anomaly has occurred in said manufacturing process based on said manufacturing data or said first image data comprises:
the data management background acquires prestored reference manufacturing data, judges whether the production manufacturing data are within a range specified by the reference manufacturing data, if so, judges that the production process is normal, otherwise, judges that the production manufacturing process is abnormal;
or,
and the data management background judges whether equipment which stops running exists in the production equipment in the production process according to the first image data, if so, the production process is judged to be abnormal, and if not, the production process is judged to be normal.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising a second securing device for securing the first monitoring device;
the second fixing device is arranged on production equipment of the production line, and the relative position of the first monitoring equipment and the production equipment is adjusted through the second fixing device, so that whether the production equipment is in a running state or not is monitored by the first monitoring equipment.

The system of claim 4, wherein if the data management backend determines that the manufacturing process is abnormal, sending a prompt message to the alarm device, and after the alarm device receives the prompt message and sends an alarm message corresponding to the prompt message, the method further comprises:
if the production and manufacturing process is judged to be abnormal through the production and manufacturing data, after a first instruction for checking the reason of the abnormality of the production and manufacturing process is received after the data management, displaying the abnormal production and manufacturing data and the identification information of the production equipment corresponding to the abnormal production and manufacturing data;
and if the first image data is used for judging that the production and manufacturing process is abnormal, after receiving a second instruction for checking the reason of the abnormality in the production and manufacturing process after the data management, displaying the identification information corresponding to the production equipment which stops running and the production equipment which stops running.
7. The system of claim 3, wherein if the data management background determines that the manufacturing process is abnormal, sending a prompt message to the alarm device, and after the alarm device receives the prompt message and sends an alarm message corresponding to the prompt message, the method further comprises:
and if the second image data is used for judging that the production and manufacturing process is abnormal, after receiving a third instruction for checking the reason of the abnormality of the production and manufacturing process after the data management, displaying the second image data and the reference image data.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
after receiving a third instruction for controlling the preset production line to start production, the data management background sends the third instruction to production equipment on the preset production line;
and after the production equipment on the preset production line receives the third instruction, starting the production process.
