The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 20 parts of naphthenic oil, 15 parts of SBS, 7 parts of SBR, 3.5 parts of nitrile rubber, 11 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 5.0 parts of melamine phosphate, 2.0 parts of zinc borate, 3.0 parts of organic montmorillonite, 7.0 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite and 1.0 part of antioxidant.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
1) according to the mass ratio of sodium-based montmorillonite to hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride of 1:0.4, adding sodium-based montmorillonite into a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 4%, heating to 75 ℃, stirring for reacting for 3.5h, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, and carrying out vacuum drying at 90 ℃ to obtain organic montmorillonite;
2) mixing talcum powder, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine phosphate, zinc borate and magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite with the formula amount with the organic montmorillonite obtained in the step 1), and grinding until the granularity is not more than 50 mu m to obtain an environment-friendly flame-retardant filler;
3) heating petroleum asphalt to a molten state at 140 ℃, adding naphthenic oil of a formula amount, mixing, heating to 190 ℃, adding SBS, nitrile rubber and an antioxidant of the formula amount, firstly, carrying out heat preservation mechanical stirring at a rotating speed of 400rpm for 15min, then, carrying out heat preservation at a rotating speed of 4000rpm, carrying out high-speed shearing until SBS is fully swelled, then, adding SBR, carrying out heat preservation mechanical stirring at a rotating speed of 400rpm for 40min, finally, adding the environment-friendly flame-retardant filler obtained in the step 2), carrying out heat preservation mechanical stirring at a rotating speed of 400rpm for 70min until the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and obtaining a mixture;
4) standing and developing the mixture obtained in the step 3) for 55min at 190 ℃ to obtain the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material.
The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises a coating layer formed by coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating materials on the front surface and the back surface of a pre-impregnated long-fiber polyester felt serving as a base, wherein a polyethylene film serving as an upper isolation layer is coated on the upper surface of the coating layer, and a polyethylene film serving as a lower isolation layer is coated on the lower surface of the coating layer;
the pre-soaking oil used for pre-soaking the long-fiber polyester felt is a mixture of petroleum asphalt and C9 petroleum resin in a mass ratio of 10: 1.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
a) heating petroleum asphalt to 165 ℃, adding C9 petroleum resin, heating to 195 ℃, and mechanically stirring for 2.5 hours at a rotation speed of 500rpm to prepare pre-immersion oil;
b) spreading a long-fiber polyester felt, drying at 190 ℃, completely immersing in the pre-immersion oil obtained in the step a) at the temperature of 195 ℃, taking out and extruding to remove the redundant pre-immersion oil after negative pressure immersion for 12s, and obtaining a pre-immersed long-fiber polyester felt base;
c) coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material on the surfaces of the two sides of the prepreg long-fiber polyester felt base obtained in the step b) to form a coating layer, then coating or sanding to form an upper isolation layer, and then coating a film to form a lower isolation layer, wherein the coating temperature of the coating layer is controlled to be 165-175 ℃; the temperature of the covering film for forming the upper isolation layer is controlled to be 100-110 ℃, and the sanding temperature is controlled to be 80-90 ℃; the temperature of the film covering for forming the lower isolation layer is controlled to be 60-70 ℃; and embossing and cooling to obtain the waterproof roll with the nominal thickness of 3mm, thus obtaining the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll.
Example 2
The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 21 parts of naphthenic oil, 16 parts of SBS, 6 parts of SBR, 3.0 parts of nitrile rubber, 10 parts of talcum powder, 11 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 5.5 parts of melamine phosphate, 1.5 parts of zinc borate, 3.0 parts of organic montmorillonite, 7 parts of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite and 1.0 part of antioxidant.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
1) according to the mass ratio of sodium-based montmorillonite to hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride of 1:0.4, adding sodium-based montmorillonite into a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 4%, heating to 75 ℃, stirring for reacting for 2.0h, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, and carrying out vacuum drying at 90 ℃ to obtain organic montmorillonite;

4) standing and developing the mixture obtained in the step 3) for 65min at 180 ℃ to obtain the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material.
The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises a coating layer formed by coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating materials on the front surface and the back surface of a pre-impregnated long-fiber polyester felt serving as a base, wherein a polyethylene film serving as an upper isolation layer is coated on the upper surface of the coating layer, and a polyethylene film serving as a lower isolation layer is coated on the lower surface of the coating layer;

c) coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material on the surfaces of the two sides of the prepreg long-fiber polyester felt base obtained in the step b) to form a coating layer, then coating or sanding to form an upper isolation layer, and then coating a film to form a lower isolation layer, wherein the coating temperature of the coating layer is controlled to be 165-175 ℃; the temperature of the covering film for forming the upper isolation layer is controlled to be 100-110 ℃, and the sanding temperature is controlled to be 80-90 ℃; the temperature of the film covering for forming the lower isolation layer is controlled to be 60-70 ℃; and embossing and cooling to obtain the waterproof roll with the nominal thickness of 3mm, thus obtaining the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll.
Example 3
The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 19 parts of naphthenic oil, 14.5 parts of SBS, 8 parts of SBR, 4.0 parts of nitrile rubber, 10 parts of talcum powder, 9 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 4.5 parts of melamine phosphate, 2.0 parts of zinc borate, 4.0 parts of organic montmorillonite, 8 parts of magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and 1.0 part of antioxidant.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material for the waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
1) according to the mass ratio of sodium-based montmorillonite to hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride of 1:0.4, adding sodium-based montmorillonite into a hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 4%, heating to 80 ℃, stirring for reacting for 2.5h, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, and carrying out vacuum drying at 90 ℃ to obtain organic montmorillonite;
2) mixing talcum powder, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine phosphate, zinc borate and magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite with the formula amount with the organic montmorillonite obtained in the step 1), and grinding until the granularity is not more than 50 mu m to obtain an environment-friendly flame-retardant filler;
3) heating petroleum asphalt to a molten state at 150 ℃, adding naphthenic oil of a formula amount, mixing, heating to 190 ℃, adding SBS, nitrile rubber and an antioxidant of the formula amount, firstly, mechanically stirring at a rotation speed of 600rpm for 10min, then, mechanically stirring at a rotation speed of 4000rpm for 10min, carrying out heat preservation and high-speed shearing at a rotation speed of 4000rpm until SBS is fully swelled, then, adding SBR, mechanically stirring at a rotation speed of 600rpm for 30min, finally, adding the environment-friendly flame-retardant filler obtained in the step 2), and mechanically stirring at a rotation speed of 600rpm for 60min until the filler is uniformly dispersed to obtain a mixture;
4) standing and developing the mixture obtained in the step 3) for 60min at 185 ℃ to obtain the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material.
The environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises a coating layer formed by coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating materials on the front surface and the back surface of a pre-impregnated long-fiber polyester felt serving as a base, wherein a polyethylene film serving as an upper isolation layer is coated on the upper surface of the coating layer, and a polyethylene film serving as a lower isolation layer is coated on the lower surface of the coating layer;
the pre-soaking oil used for pre-soaking the long-fiber polyester felt is a mixture of petroleum asphalt and C9 petroleum resin in a mass ratio of 10: 1.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
a) heating petroleum asphalt to 170 ℃, adding C9 petroleum resin, heating to 200 ℃, and mechanically stirring for 3 hours at a rotation speed of 400rpm to prepare pre-immersion oil;
b) spreading a long-fiber polyester felt, drying the long-fiber polyester felt under 180 conditions, completely immersing the long-fiber polyester felt in the pre-immersion oil obtained in the step a) at the temperature of 190 ℃, performing negative pressure immersion for 15s, taking out the long-fiber polyester felt, and extruding to remove the redundant pre-immersion oil to obtain a pre-immersed long-fiber polyester felt base;
c) coating the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt coating material on the surfaces of the two sides of the prepreg long-fiber polyester felt base obtained in the step b) to form a coating layer, then coating or sanding to form an upper isolation layer, and then coating a film to form a lower isolation layer, wherein the coating temperature of the coating layer is controlled to be 165-175 ℃; the temperature of the covering film for forming the upper isolation layer is controlled to be 100-110 ℃, and the sanding temperature is controlled to be 80-90 ℃; the temperature of the film covering for forming the lower isolation layer is controlled to be 60-70 ℃; and embossing and cooling to obtain the waterproof roll with the nominal thickness of 3mm, thus obtaining the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll.
The performances of the environment-friendly flame-retardant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material obtained in the examples 1-3 are detected, and the detection method and indexes refer to GB18242-2008 elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Note: the data in the heat resistance is the temperature when the flowing phenomenon occurs; the data in the low-temperature flexibility are data when a crack phenomenon occurs.
As can be seen from Table 1, the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material obtained in the examples 1-3 has heat resistance meeting the requirement of no flowing and dripping at 105 ℃, and the phenomenon of flowing begins to occur at the temperature of 109 ℃ and above; the low-temperature flexibility meets the requirement that no crack exists in the coiled material with the bending diameter of 30mm under the condition of-25 ℃, and the crack phenomenon begins to occur at the temperature of-30 ℃ and below; under the pressure of 0.3MPa, the coiled material keeps water-tight for not less than 30 min; the oil permeability is not more than 1 sheet; the mass increase rate after soaking is very small and is not more than 0.46 percent; the seam peel strength is not less than 2.3N/mm. The tensile force and the elongation rate are respectively measured by taking the average value of five test pieces in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the tensile force of the test piece with the asphalt coating cracking phenomenon or the asphalt coating and the base separation phenomenon in the stretching process is more than 905N/50mm, and the elongation rate is more than 45.2 percent; after the thermal aging operation, the tensile force retention rate is more than 95.17 percent, the low-temperature flexibility meets the requirement that no crack exists in the coiled material with the bending diameter of 30mm under the condition of-20 ℃, and the crack phenomenon begins to appear at the temperature of-25 ℃ and below. From the above, the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has excellent basic performance, and meets the requirements of GB18242-2008 elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
The flame retardant performance of the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material obtained in the embodiment 1-3 is detected, and the result shows that the limit oxygen index of the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material reaches 31% -32%, and the original flammable material is improved into a flame-retardant material; the test piece is burned for 10s under the standard flame, then the fire source is removed, the flame is extinguished within 3-4s, the flameout time is extremely short, and the phenomenon of melting and dripping is avoided; the test piece is burned for 15s under the standard flame, the fire source is removed, the condition is observed within 20s, the flame height is only 4-5mm, the test piece is quickly extinguished, and the phenomenon of melting and dripping does not exist. Experimental results show that the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has good fireproof and flame-retardant properties, is not easy to burn, has no spreading property of flame during burning, has no molten drop phenomenon, and belongs to a flame-retardant material.

Claims (7)

1.
