Abstract

本发明提供一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法,有以下组分混合组成:氢氟醚60‑70份,N‑甲基吡咯烷酮10‑15份,非离子表面活性剂1‑3份,二甲基硅油2‑10份,多甲基硅氧烷14‑20份,抗静电剂0.5‑1.2份。其中非离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸价值聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种;所述多甲基硅氧烷为六甲基硅氧烷或八甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺或甘油‑硬脂酸酯。本发明的优点在于:(1)以低ODS值、低粘度、低表面张力的氢氟醚为基础液,辅以N‑甲基吡咯烷酮,多甲基硅氧、二甲基硅油以及抗静电剂进行混合而成,能有效脱除带电器件表面的灰尘、泥土以及油渍等污垢;(2)本发明提供的带电清洗剂不含破坏臭氧层物质,无卤素,对环境无不良影响,且产品无毒,对人体健康无影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
电子电力设备广泛应用于生活中的各个领域,电器设备在运行过程中,母线、继电器、刀闸、绝缘端子、母排、高压柜、低压柜等处均含有有害物质,极易降低电路绝缘性能,导致短路、电流泄露等不良现象。在设备长时间连续工作过程中,大气中的各种酸性、碱性物质、盐污等也会导致电气设备的接触不良、短路、误码等现象。
传统清洗剂多采用氯代烃(如氟里昂)、溴代烃等卤代烃为主的高比电阻试剂,ODS值高(对大气O3层有破坏作用),挥发性强,易引起线路结冰而加重线路负荷,影响正常作业,同时,在清洗带电设备时,由于绝缘电阻率不高,清洗带电设备过程中易出现短路等不良现象。因此,开发出一种挥发速度适中(不引起线路结冰)、ODS值低、不易燃、不易爆,且能够对带电设备进行清洗的洗涤剂有着重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带电清洗剂,以氢氟醚作为基础溶剂,同时添加硅油以及多甲基硅氧烷能够很好的在清洗后使得带电设备的抗污能力有所提升。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成

优选的,制备方法按比例称取各组分并置于密闭容器中,室温条件以80-100r/min的速度,搅拌0.5-1h,待混合均匀后,静置得到带电清洗剂。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸价值聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种;所述多甲基硅氧烷为六甲基硅氧烷或八甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺或甘油-硬脂酸酯。
本发明的技术方案还在于,所述氢氟醚具有良好的混溶性,能够辅以其他具有去污能力的助剂,来改善其洗涤能力;同时具有低ODS值、低粘度、低表面张力、高表面绝缘电阻和击穿电压,能够保证能够在带电设备上进行有效的清洗洗涤能力;
多甲基硅氧烷具有较强的去污能力和绝缘性;
二甲基硅油以及抗静电剂均具有较好的电绝缘性和对设备形成保护。
有益效果
①本发明以氢氟醚作为基础溶剂,其有着很好的互溶性,辅以具有去污能力的多甲基硅氧、二甲基硅油以及抗静电剂,能有效脱除带电器件表面的灰尘、泥土以及油渍等污垢。
②本发明采用氢氟醚为基础溶剂,具有低ODS值、低粘度、低表面张力,与此同时,其表面绝缘电阻能够达到2×1012Ω,击穿电压达到18KV.mm-1,能够在带电设备上进行有效的清洗洗涤。
③本发明提供的带电清洗剂不含破坏臭氧层物质,无卤素,对环境无不良影响,且产品无毒,对人体健康无影响。

下面结合具体实施方式,来进一步说明本发明。但本发明不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
带电清洗剂的制备,其各组分料配比如下:

按比例将各组称取并置于密闭容器内,在室温条件下以90r/min的速度进行搅拌0.5h,静置后得到带电清洗剂成品A。
实施例2

按比例将各组称取并置于密闭容器内,在室温条件下以90r/min的速度进行搅拌0.5h,静置后得到带电清洗剂成品C。
将实施例1、实施例2以及实施例3中所得到的带电清洗剂A、带电清洗剂B和带电清洗剂3通过喷壶摇匀即可对带电设备进行喷洒清洗,同时对其性能特征做对比,结果如下表所示:

综合成本以及清洗效果,其带电清洗剂A为本发明的最优方案。

Claims (3)

1.一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,该带电清洗剂以重量份计,由以下组分混合组成:氢氟醚60-70份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮10-15份,非离子表面活性剂1-3份,二甲基硅油2-10份,多甲基硅氧烷14-20份,抗静电剂0.5-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,按比例称取各组分并置于密闭容器中,室温条件下80-100r/min的速度,搅拌0.5-1h,待混合均匀后得到带电清洗剂样品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带电清洗剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸价值聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种;所述多甲基硅氧烷为六甲基硅氧烷或八甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺或甘油-硬脂酸酯。
