本发明公开了一种防火保温墙体材料,按以下原料重量份数配比制成:水泥30‑40份、硅藻土25‑45份、高岭土20‑24份、玻璃纤维10‑16份、水50‑65份、石膏8‑9份、陶瓷纤维10‑15份、石蜡15‑24份、减水剂8‑17份,酚醛树脂5‑10份、硅酸铝纤维20‑24份,二氧化二铝5‑10份,发泡剂8‑10份、滑石粉15‑24份,纳米二氧化硅10‑12份。其制备方法为:按照上述配比称量原料,将上述原料混合进行搅拌,然后烧结,自然冷却即得。该保温墙体材料解决了现有保温墙体材料保温性能低,防火性能差的缺点。

本发明属于建筑材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种防火保温墙体材料;本发明还涉及一种防火保温墙体材料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会发展,国家实行墙体改革政策,大量的高层建筑逐渐替代原有的住宅模式。大量的高层建筑就需要大量的保温墙体材料,与此同时,墙板的防火问题也摆在了我们的面前,近年来国内相继发生建筑内墙板火灾的情况,造成严重人员伤亡和财产损失,建筑易燃可燃内保温材料已成为一类新的火灾隐患,同时随着建筑节能工作的全面推进和不断深化,对不同形式保温体系提出了迫切需求,节能与防火一体化成为结构体系发展和应用的重要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防火保温墙体材料,解决了现有保温墙体材料保温性能低,防火性能差的缺点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种防火保温墙体材料的制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种防火保温墙体材料,按以下原料重量份数配比制成:水泥30-40份、硅藻土25-45份、高岭土20-24份、玻璃纤维10-16份、水50-65份、石膏8-9份、陶瓷纤维10-15份、石蜡15-24份、减水剂8-17份,酚醛树脂5-10份、硅酸铝纤维20-24份,二氧化二铝5-10份,发泡剂8-10份、滑石粉15-24份,纳米二氧化硅10-12份。
本发明的特点还在于,
纳米二氧化硅粒径为150-200nm。
本发明所采用的另一种技术方案是:一种防火保温墙体材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按照以下原料的配比备料,
水泥30-40份、硅藻土25-45份、高岭土20-24份、玻璃纤维10-16份、水50-65份、石膏8-9份、陶瓷纤维10-15份、石蜡15-24份、减水剂8-17份,酚醛树脂5-10份、硅酸铝纤维20-24份,二氧化二铝5-10份,发泡剂8-10份、滑石粉15-24份,纳米二氧化硅10-12份;
步骤2、将步骤1中各原料倒入搅拌机,搅拌80s~120s;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合物人工搅拌,最后经挤压成型、干燥、烧结,自然降至室温,即得。
本发明的特点还在于,
纳米二氧化硅粒径为150-200nm。
步骤3中,人工搅拌时间为15-20min。
步骤3中,烧结分两个阶段:第一阶段烧结温度为500-600℃,烧结时间为15-30min,第一阶段烧结温度为900-1200℃,烧结时间为20-30min。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的保温墙体材料中采用硅藻土、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维等耐高温的防火材料,在保证该墙体材料具有良好的保温性能的同时,具有防火的特点,同时该墙体材料环保,有毒有害的有机物含量少,具有良好的应用前景。

步骤3中,人工搅拌时间为20min。
步骤3中,烧结分两个阶段:第一阶段烧结温度为600℃,烧结时间为30min,第二阶段烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为30min。

步骤2、将步骤1中各原料倒入搅拌机,搅拌100s;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合物人工搅拌,最后经挤压成型、干燥、烧结,自然降至室温,即得。
纳米二氧化硅粒径为160nm。
步骤3中,人工搅拌时间为16min。
步骤3中,烧结分两个阶段:第一阶段烧结温度为550℃,烧结时间为17min,第二阶段烧结温度为1000℃,烧结时间为25min。

步骤2、将步骤1中各原料倒入搅拌机,搅拌100s;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的混合物人工搅拌,最后经挤压成型、干燥、烧结,自然降至室温,即得。
纳米二氧化硅粒径为160nm。
步骤3中,人工搅拌时间为18min。
步骤3中,烧结分两个阶段:第一阶段烧结温度为520℃,烧结时间为15min,第二阶段烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为30min。
