Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of delivery of tyre cranes, in particular to a modular tyre crane delivery process.
Background
The tyre crane adopts a special chassis, has short vehicle body, flexible operation and movement, has the driving performance of a truck, and can be transferred by a single machine or driven with the truck in formation to press the bottom. Compared with an automobile type crane, the crane has the advantages of wider wheel track, good stability, short vehicle body, small turning radius and capability of working within a range of 360 degrees. 1) the shipping process provided by the invention meets the principles of low cost, safe transportation, small volume, easiness in loading and taking, lowest gravity center and protective packaging on the premise of not damaging the appearance and quality of a product in the processes of transportation, loading and unloading; the packing and shipping requirements of medium and long-term transportation can be met; the binding positions of all the components are provided with isolating pads to avoid the damage of the binding positions to the surfaces of the components; in addition, the adopted protection part meets the requirements of rain prevention, moisture prevention, mould prevention, rust prevention, shock prevention and local protection; the whole packaging and shipping process is orderly, and the probability of the problem of the tire crane in the transportation process is reduced.
