An Urban Rail Transit Dispatch Management System (URTDMS) is a management center of Urban Rail daily transportation production activities, detects and predicts related facility equipment in a driving process in the transportation process, and needs coordinated dispatching and timely disposal among related specialties such as driving and electric power when driving is abnormal so as to ensure that a train can be quickly restored to a planned operation plan and maintain safe operation and transportation efficiency.
In the scheduling process, the information is the core of the whole scheduling system, and the stability of information transmission and the stability of access information determine the scheduling safety and the scheduling efficiency of the whole scheduling system.
In the existing dispatching command system, information transmission exists among different specialties, such as information coordination between a traveling crane and electric power. And information transmission and coordination among different levels and different post types in the system are also realized. The method of the radio station is adopted at present, a dispatcher needs to manually contact all stations along the line, issue a dispatching command and require a receiver to repeat the dispatching command without error, the dispatching means is simple, and the dispatching efficiency is low.
To this end, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for electronically processing a scheduling command suitable for rail transit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the method includes:
s11, acquiring voice information made by a dispatcher aiming at the current abnormal driving condition;
s12, generating a scheduling command file according to the voice information and the scheduling template file corresponding to the current abnormal driving condition;
and S13, sending the scheduling command file to a terminal for dealing with the current abnormal driving condition.
With respect to step S11 to step S13, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a dispatcher pays attention to the operation status of the relevant facility device in the driving process in real time on a detection and prediction interface of an urban rail transit dispatch command system (urttms). When the abnormal driving condition occurs, the dispatcher can preliminarily judge the current abnormal driving condition, and when the dispatching command needs to be issued, the dispatching is issued aiming at the current abnormal driving condition in a voice mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, different language rules exist in different scheduling commands. Namely: the words spoken by the dispatching personnel issuing the dispatching command are spoken according to a certain rule. For example, "01 car", "T1 platform", "001", wherein "001" represents temporary parking. Here, the order is given according to a certain rule, so that URTDMS acquisition and identification are facilitated.
The URTDMS collects words spoken by the scheduling staff and regards the words as voice information. And after the acquisition is finished, analyzing the voice information, identifying the command information, and filling the command information into the scheduling template file so as to generate a scheduling command file.
After the scheduling command file is generated, after the scheduling personnel determines the terminals for dealing with the current abnormal driving condition, the URTDMS sends the scheduling command file to the terminals. For example, to the train driver, and in fact to a terminal display screen on the train for the driver to view the dispatch commands. Or the command is sent to a master control person and actually sent to a display screen of a master control terminal for the driver to check the scheduling command.
The electronic processing method for the scheduling command suitable for the rail transit, provided by the embodiment of the invention, is characterized in that the voice information of a scheduler aiming at the current abnormal driving condition is identified, then the identified command information is combined with the scheduling template file corresponding to the current abnormal driving condition to generate the scheduling command file, and finally the scheduling command file is sent to a terminal for dealing with the current abnormal driving condition, so that the efficient and stable combination of the scheduling template and the voice input is realized, the voice is automatically filled into the template to generate the scheduling file and is sent, and the condition of wrong transmission of the scheduling command caused by a port transmission mode is reduced.

s22, acquiring voice information made by a dispatcher aiming at the current abnormal driving condition;
s23, generating a scheduling command file according to the voice information and the scheduling template file corresponding to the current abnormal driving condition;
and S24, sending the scheduling command file to a terminal for dealing with the current abnormal driving condition.
For step S21, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the abnormal driving condition occurs, the dispatcher may perform a preliminary judgment on the abnormal driving condition, and when it is judged that the dispatching command needs to be issued, determine the scene type to which the abnormal driving condition belongs through different triggering operations, call out corresponding dispatching template files according to the scene type, and determine the dispatching template file corresponding to the abnormal driving condition from the dispatching command template files. Namely: and screening out a corresponding scheduling template file for the current abnormal driving condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, the scene type of the current abnormal condition can be automatically determined according to the rule information input by the scheduling personnel and the rule information system, the corresponding scheduling template files can be called out according to the scene type, and the scheduling template file corresponding to the current abnormal driving condition can be determined from the scheduling command template files.
