Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an automobile and an audio system thereof, wherein the automobile audio system comprises a first audio (11) fixedly mounted on a B-pillar reinforcement plate (2), a guide rail (12) extending along the outer contour of an automobile side wall (3) and fixed, a plurality of second audio (13) slidably mounted on the guide rail (12) back and forth, a driving member for driving the second audio (13) to slide, and a controller connected with the first audio (11) and the second audio (13). The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In this disclosure, unless stated to the contrary, terms of orientation such as "inner and outer" are used to define the outer contours of the component parts. "Upper and lower" are defined as directions shown in the drawing. "front and rear" means the front and rear of the vehicle. The terms "first," "second," and the like as used in this disclosure are used to distinguish one element from another, and do not denote any order or importance. The present disclosure provides an automobile sound system, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sound system includes a first sound 11 fixedly mounted on a B-pillar reinforcement plate 2, a guide rail 12 extending along an outer contour of an automobile side wall 3 and fixed thereto, a plurality of second sounds 13 slidably mounted on the guide rail 12 in a front-rear direction, a driving member for driving the second sounds 13 to slide, and a controller connected to the first sound 11 and the second sounds 13. The first speaker 11 is fixed to the B-pillar stiffener 2, and the plurality of second speakers 13 are movable along the path of the guide rail 12. Here, the driving member may be a linear motor, and the controller may be a remote controller in signal connection with the first audio 11 and the plurality of second audio 13, and may control not only the opening and closing of the plurality of audio but also the distance that the driving member drives the second audio 13 to slide.

Here, the up and down refers to the up and down in the drawing direction, and actually, the second sound device 13 moves in a direction approaching or separating from the guide rail 12, the base 141 of the slider 14 is coupled to the guide rail 12, and the base 141 can slide along the path of the guide rail 12, thereby moving the second sound device 13 to different positions. The second sound box 13 is circumferentially and rotatably arranged on the mounting base 142, so that the work of the second sound box 13 at different angles can be realized; in addition, the mounting base 142 can be mounted on the base 141 in a vertically movable manner, so that when the position of the second sound box 13 needs to be changed, the second sound box 13 can be screwed downwards or the mounting base 142 can be moved downwards, and collision between the second sound box 13 and a metal plate of a vehicle body in the moving process is avoided.
The present disclosure does not limit the specific structure of the base 141. According to an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the base 141 may be configured as a zigzag structure, the mounting seat 142 may be capable of extending into a groove of the zigzag structure and moving up and down along a depth direction of the groove, two flanges of the zigzag structure are respectively bent inward multiple times to be configured as a sliding groove having an opening, and the guide rail 12 extends into the sliding groove from the opening and is limited. The base 141 is arranged to be of a structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', so that the mounting stability of the mounting base 142 can be improved, and furthermore, the flanging of the structure in the shape like a Chinese character 'ji' is buckled on the guide rail 12, so that the base 141 can slide along the guide rail 12 while the base 141 is prevented from sliding off the guide rail 12, the overall connection stability of the sliding block 14 and the guide rail 12 is ensured, and the sliding connection with the guide rail 12 is better.
Further, in order to realize the up-and-down sliding of the mounting seat 142 in the base 141, referring to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of guide grooves 1411 extending up and down may be formed on the side walls of the base 141 opposite to the groove, and a plurality of elongated protrusions 1421 slidably engaged with the guide grooves 1411 may be formed on the outer wall of the mounting seat 142. The guiding slot 1411 and the elongated protrusion 1421 cooperate to clamp the mounting base 142 in the groove of the base 141 with the n-shaped structure and provide a track for the mounting base 142 to move up and down.
The present disclosure does not limit the specific structure of the second sound 13. According to one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the second speaker 13 may include a base 131, a speaker 132 fixed to the base 131, and a speaker 133 disposed in the speaker 132, wherein a fastening hole 1420 is formed on the mounting base 142, and a fastening 134 is fixed to the base 131. The second speaker 13 is clipped in the clipping hole 1420 of the mounting base 142 through the clip 134 of the base 131, and then connected with the slide block 14. The sound body 132 in this disclosure can be a spherical structure, so no matter when the sound body 132 rotates to different angles in the circumferential direction, the sound body 132 can move along the guide rail 12 along with the slider 14, and the sound body 132 does not collide with a metal plate of a vehicle body to rub.
In the present disclosure, the cross-sectional axial diameters of the guide rails 12 in the extending direction thereof are set equal. The guide rail 12 formed by bending the rollers with the same cross sections for multiple times is designed, the integral strength of the guide rail 12 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the sliding block 14 can smoothly slide on the guide rail 12, the guide rail 12 can be processed by an aluminum material through an extrusion molding process, and the guide rail is simple in structure and convenient to process.
The present disclosure also provides an automobile including the above automobile sound system, and the automobile has all the beneficial effects of the above automobile sound system, which are not described herein again.
Further, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, the automobile side wall 3 includes a side wall outer plate 31 and a door ring reinforcing plate 32, the automobile sound system is disposed in a cavity between the door ring reinforcing plate 32 and a vehicle body metal plate, the door ring reinforcing plate 32 is formed by an a pillar upper reinforcing plate, an a pillar lower reinforcing plate, a door sill front reinforcing plate, a B pillar reinforcing plate 2 and a roof side rail reinforcing plate in an integrated manner, and the guide rail 12 extends along the outer contour of the door ring reinforcing plate 32 and is fixed on the door ring reinforcing plate 32 through a plurality of brackets 4. in a first working mode, two second sound boxes (13) are respectively arranged on the front chamber (100), the rear chamber (200) and the guide rail (12) at positions corresponding to the B-pillar reinforcing plate (2);
a second operating mode, six of said second sounds (13) being located in said front chamber (100); and
in a third operating mode, six second sounds (13) are located in the rear chamber (200).

The car audio system according to claim 1, wherein the second audio unit (13) is mounted on the guide rail (12) by a slider (14), the slider (14) including a base (141) slidably fitted to the guide rail (12) and a mount (142) for fixing the second audio unit (13), the second audio unit (13) being mounted on the mount (142) so as to be rotatable in a circumferential direction, and/or the mount (142) being mounted on the base (141) so as to be movable up and down.
