Abstract
本发明提供一种双阶模面热切装置,包括料斗、平行双螺杆挤出机、排气口、抽真空口、排料罩、下料口、锥形双螺杆挤出机、模面热切模头、集料口、振动筛、排料管、进气口、输料管、料仓、出料口。平行螺杆挤出机上方分布进料口,排气口、抽真空口,平行螺杆挤出机右侧排料罩与锥形双螺杆挤出机下料口相连,锥形双螺杆挤出机上设有抽真空口,锥形双螺杆挤出机右侧为模面热切模头,模面热切模头下方有振动筛,振动筛通过排料管与料仓的输料管连接,料仓上方有排气口,下方设有出料口。本发明引入平行双螺杆挤出机与锥形双螺杆挤出联用的双阶模面热切装置来制备高填充木塑材料颗粒,颗粒质地均匀,生产效率高,质量稳定,材料氧化降解率低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热切装置领域,更具体地,涉及一种双阶模面热切装置。
背景技术
木塑复合材料(Wood-Plastic Composites,WPC)是国内外近年蓬勃兴起的一类新型复合材料,指利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯等,代替通常的树脂胶粘剂,与超过50%以上的木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维混合成新的木质材料,再经挤压、模压、注射成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。传统的工艺多通过平行双螺杆挤出机共混塑化,再通过风机破碎形成破碎料并用于型材的生产。但是这种工艺会造成严重粉尘逸散,严重影响生产环保,危害生产人员的身体健康。有必要通过造粒的方式生产颗粒均匀、灰粉含量低的木塑材料颗粒,减少生产过程中灰尘,提升型材生产过程中颗粒喂料的稳定性与均匀性,提升制品生产效率与产合格率。但是植物纤维的含水率通常高达10%,通过加热设备进行烘干成本太高,通常直接使用,这就导致木塑材料在挤出制粒过程中因水分过重产生挤出不稳定现象,挤出料条不定期断裂,甚止出现喷料现象。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中只能整体更换,不能局部维修的问题,提供一种双阶模面热切装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双阶模面热切装置,包括料斗、平行双螺杆挤出机、排气口、抽真空口、排料罩、下料口、锥形双螺杆挤出机、模面热切模头、集料口、振动筛、排料管、进气口、输料管、料仓、出料口;平行螺杆挤出机上方分布进料口,排气口、抽真空口,平行螺杆挤出机右侧排料罩与锥形双螺杆挤出机下料口相连,锥形双螺杆挤出机上设有抽真空口,锥形双螺杆挤出机右侧为模面热切模头,模面热切模头下方有振动筛,振动筛通过排料管与料仓的输料管连接,料仓上方有排气口,下方设有出料口。
进一步的,平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆长径比为5:1至10:1。
进一步的,平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆为连续螺纹结构。
进一步的,振动筛上下层之间由弹簧连接。
进一步的,进气口由外接高压充气装置鼓入高压空气。
进一步的,抽真空口连接抽真空机,将平行螺杆挤出机中空气抽出。
本发明的有益效果为通过引入平行双螺杆挤出机与锥形双螺杆挤出联用的双阶模面热切装置来制备高填充木塑材料颗粒,颗粒质地均匀,生产效率高,无粉尘,质量稳定,材料氧化降解率低。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种双阶模面热切装置,包括料斗、平行双螺杆挤出机、排气口、抽真空口、排料罩、下料口、锥形双螺杆挤出机、模面热切模头、集料口、振动筛、排料管、进气口、输料管、料仓、出料口;平行螺杆挤出机上方分布进料口,排气口、抽真空口,平行螺杆挤出机右侧排料罩与锥形双螺杆挤出机下料口相连,锥形双螺杆挤出机上设有抽真空口,锥形双螺杆挤出机右侧为模面热切模头,模面热切模头下方有振动筛,振动筛通过排料管与料仓的输料管连接,料仓上方有排气口,下方设有出料口。
平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆长径比为5:1至10:1;平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆为连续螺纹结构;振动筛上下层之间由弹簧连接;进气口由外接高压充气装置鼓入高压空气;抽真空口连接抽真空机,将平行螺杆挤出机中空气抽出。
将混合好的植物纤维、塑料混合物一起放入料斗中,平行双螺杆挤出机在将复合材料不断向前挤压,输送的过程中对材料进行加热,到排气口Ⅰ时,在排气口Ⅰ排出部分植物纤维中蒸发出来的水分,混合塑化好的复合材料在抽真空口Ⅰ出将空气抽出,将植物纤维混炼过程中产生的水蒸气排出;变成真空环境;最后经由平行双螺杆挤出机末端的排料罩排出,排料罩产生的水分通过排料罩上的排气口Ⅱ排出。
锥形双螺杆挤出机对送入的复合材料继续压实,输送,在抽真空口Ⅱ抽真空排出复合材料中的水分,到了模面热切模头处,模面热切模头将复合材料均匀切割,并通过排料口排出。
均匀切割而成的颗粒落入正下方的振动筛中,经过振动筛筛分后,颗粒通过排料口进入输料管。
输料管左侧有高压空气鼓入,进入输料管的颗粒由高压空气吹入储料仓中,进一步对颗粒进行冷却,颗粒与高压空气形成的混合体系在储料仓内产生旋转,颗粒逐渐落入出料储料仓,高压空气从排气口Ⅲ排出,冷却后的颗粒从储料仓底部的出料口排出,包装入库。

1.一种双阶模面热切装置,包括料斗、平行双螺杆挤出机、排气口、抽真空口、排料罩、下料口、锥形双螺杆挤出机、模面热切模头、集料口、振动筛、排料管、进气口、输料管、料仓、出料口;其特征在于:平行螺杆挤出机上方分布进料口,排气口、抽真空口,平行螺杆挤出机右侧排料罩与锥形双螺杆挤出机下料口相连,锥形双螺杆挤出机上设有抽真空口,锥形双螺杆挤出机右侧为模面热切模头,模面热切模头下方有振动筛,振动筛通过排料管与料仓的输料管连接,料仓上方有排气口,下方设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶模面热切装置,其特征在于:平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆长径比为5:1至10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶模面热切装置,其特征在于:平行双螺杆挤出机中锥形双螺杆为连续螺纹结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶模面热切装置,其特征在于:振动筛上下层之间由弹簧连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶模面热切装置,其特征在于:进气口由外接高压充气装置鼓入高压空气。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双阶模面热切装置,其特征在于:抽真空口连接抽真空机,将平行螺杆挤出机中空气抽出。
