本发明公开了一种薯片旋切装置,包括底板,底板上设有第一竖板,第一竖板的一侧设有第二竖板,第一竖板上设有向第二竖板延伸的螺杆,螺杆上设有螺套,螺杆的端部设有光轴,光轴的端部设有尖角,光轴的下方设有转动板,转动板上设有刀片,刀片的一端与光轴接触,转动板通过连杆与螺套连接,转动板靠近第二竖板的端部设有转接板,转接板上设有导向孔,导向孔内设有导向杆,第二竖板的外侧设有电机,电机的输出端与导向杆连接,电机上连接有正反转开关。以本发明旋切马铃薯具有旋切厚度易于控制、旋切效率高和安全性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于薯片切割装置领域,尤其涉及一种薯片旋切装置。
背景技术
传统的薯片是将马铃薯切成圆片油炸而成,一片薯片一两口就能吃完,导致在持续食用较多薯片时,食客需要反复拿取,食用上不方便。为克服这一缺陷,最近市场上出现了一种螺旋形薯片,所述螺旋形薯片是先采用竹棍从马铃薯的长轴穿过,然后用户一手拿马铃薯、另一手拿刀片,对马铃薯进行旋切,再将切好的马铃薯沿竹棍拉长,使其呈现螺旋状,最后油炸而成。由于马铃薯的旋切以手工控制,导致旋切厚度难以控制,螺旋形薯片各处厚度不均匀,会出现较厚处油炸不足、较薄处油炸多度的问题,即油炸不均匀的温问题,导致螺旋形薯片的口感比较差。此外,人工旋切马铃薯的效率低,有时还会出现刀片割手的事故,安全性差。因此,以刀片人工旋切马铃薯制作螺旋形薯片存在旋切厚度难控制、旋切效率低和安全性差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种薯片旋切装置。以本发明旋切马铃薯具有旋切厚度易于控制、旋切效率高和安全性好的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种薯片旋切装置,包括底板,底板上设有第一竖板,第一竖板的一侧设有第二竖板,第一竖板上设有向第二竖板延伸的螺杆,螺杆上设有螺套,螺杆的端部设有光轴,光轴的端部设有尖角,光轴的下方设有转动板,转动板上设有刀片,刀片的一端与光轴接触,转动板通过连杆与螺套连接,转动板靠近第二竖板的端部设有转接板,转接板上设有导向孔,导向孔内设有导向杆,第二竖板的外侧设有电机,电机的输出端与导向杆连接,电机上连接有正反转开关。
前述的薯片旋切装置中,所述导向孔的截面为正方形。
前述的薯片旋切装置中,所述刀片与光轴之间具有夹角,夹角的角度与螺杆螺纹的螺旋角度相同。
前述的薯片旋切装置中,所述尖角的端部设有圆角。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过电机带动刀片螺旋转动对马铃薯进行旋切,马铃薯旋切厚度由螺杆的螺距决定,确保切好的马铃薯厚度均匀,使马铃薯后续的油炸均匀,保证得到的螺旋形薯片口感较好。本发明在对马铃薯进行旋切时,不需要用户手持马铃薯,也不需要用户手持刀片,双手可远离装置,提高了马铃薯的旋切效率和安全性。光轴与刀片的夹角角度与螺杆螺纹的螺旋角度相同时,电机功耗较低,是本发明具有能耗低的优点。此外,本发明结构简单,成本较低,尤其适合家用。因此,以本发明旋切马铃薯具有旋切厚度易于控制、旋切效率高和安全性好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种薯片旋切装置,如图1所示,包括底板1,底板1上设有第一竖板2,第一竖板2的一侧设有第二竖板3,第一竖板2上设有向第二竖板3延伸的螺杆4,螺杆4上设有螺套5,螺杆4的端部设有光轴6,光轴6的端部设有尖角7,光轴6的下方设有转动板8,转动板8上设有刀片14,刀片14的一端与光轴6接触,转动板8通过连杆13与螺套5连接,转动板8靠近第二竖板3的端部设有转接板9,转接板9上设有导向孔,导向孔内设有导向杆10,第二竖板3的外侧设有电机11,电机11的输出端与导向杆10连接,电机11上连接有正反转开关。
所述导向孔的截面为正方形,得到导向杆10是与导向孔相配合的四棱柱杆。
所述刀片14与光轴6之间具有夹角,夹角的角度与螺杆4螺纹的螺旋角度相同。所述刀片14为两侧开刃,刀片14的一端与转动板8固定、另一端设有与光轴6配合的凹槽15。
所述尖角7的端部设有圆角,圆角半径1mm,防止用户刺伤。
所述螺套5可防止转动板8一端下垂引起刀片14与光轴6脱离,进而导致的对马铃薯旋切不彻底。
所述导向杆10、光轴6和螺杆4在同一直线上。
工作原理:将马铃薯插到光轴6上,通过正反转开关启动电机11,电机11正转,电机11通过导向杆10带动转接板9转动,转接板9通过转动板8带动刀片14转动,转动板8通过连杆13带动螺套5在螺杆4上转动,由于螺杆4与第一竖板2固定,螺杆4给予螺套5反作用力,螺套5沿螺杆4轴向移动,螺套5通过连杆13带动转动板8、刀片14和转接板9移动,转接板9在导向杆10上移动。刀片14在转动的同时轴向移动,从而对马铃薯进行旋切,当整个马铃薯旋切完成后,通过正反转开关关闭电机11,取出切好的马铃薯,换上另一个准备旋切的马铃薯,电机11反转,对另一个马铃薯进行旋切。螺杆4的螺距即为旋切好的马铃薯的厚度。用户将竹棒插入到旋切好的马铃薯的通孔中,拉长马铃薯,即可油炸,得到螺旋形薯片。
以本发明旋切马铃薯具有旋切厚度易于控制、旋切效率高和安全性好的优点。

1.一种薯片旋切装置,其特征在于:包括底板(1),底板(1)上设有第一竖板(2),第一竖板(2)的一侧设有第二竖板(3),第一竖板(2)上设有向第二竖板(3)延伸的螺杆(4),螺杆(4)上设有螺套(5),螺杆(4)的端部设有光轴(6),光轴(6)的端部设有尖角(7),光轴(6)的下方设有转动板(8),转动板(8)上设有刀片(14),刀片(14)的一端与光轴(6)接触,转动板(8)通过连杆(13)与螺套(5)连接,转动板(8)靠近第二竖板(3)的端部设有转接板(9),转接板(9)上设有导向孔,导向孔内设有导向杆(10),第二竖板(3)的外侧设有电机(11),电机(11)的输出端与导向杆(10)连接,电机(11)上连接有正反转开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薯片旋切装置,其特征在于:所述导向孔的截面为正方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薯片旋切装置,其特征在于:所述刀片(14)与光轴(6)之间具有夹角,夹角的角度与螺杆(4)螺纹的螺旋角度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薯片旋切装置,其特征在于:所述尖角(7)的端部设有圆角。
