The cleaning and drying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a water washing pool is arranged in the ultrasonic water washing chamber, the water washing pool is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the transmission rail penetrates through the water washing pool, and the horizontal height from the transmission rail to the bottom of the water washing pool is lower than the horizontal height of the lower edge of the water outlet.
