After the hot air enters the air knife 115 from the air inlet pipe 114, the hot air is blown out at a high speed by an air flow sheet with the thickness of only 0.05 mm, and the air curtain of the sheet can be 30-40 times of the maximum ambient air, so that a thin high-strength and atmospheric air flow impact air curtain is formed, the air curtain is parallel to the rolling cylinder 112, and when the workpiece is conveyed from the drying feed port to the drying discharge port along the spiral barrier strip 124 of the rolling cylinder 112, on one hand, moisture attached to the workpiece is blown away by the air curtain, and on the other hand, the hot air is positioned in the rolling cylinder 112 and can dry the workpiece. The air outlet direction of the air knife 115 is downward, so that the water attached to the workpiece can be directly blown into the water accumulation cavity by the air curtain. In the conventional drum drying device, hot air is generally introduced into the water accumulation cavity, and enters the drum 112 through the through hole 125 of the drum 112 to dry the workpiece, but because the drum 112 rolls, the moisture adhering to the workpiece is thrown off under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged from the through hole 125 of the drum 112, the hot air enters in the opposite direction to the moisture discharge direction, so that on one hand, the moisture is difficult to discharge from the through hole 125 of the drum 112, and on the other hand, the hot air is difficult to enter into the drum 112 to dry the workpiece. In the drum-type ultrasonic cleaner of this embodiment, the air knife 115 is disposed in the rolling cylinder 112, and is not affected by the rolling of the rolling cylinder 112, and the hot air enters in the same direction as the water discharged, so that the water is conveniently discharged, and the drying effect is better.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the cleaning driving device and the drying driving device are the same components, the cleaning driving device includes a driving motor 141, a chain 142, a driving gear 143, and a driven gear 144, a left rotating shaft barrel 151 and a right rotating shaft barrel 152 are respectively disposed at the left end and the right end of the cleaning barrel 123, the left rotating shaft barrel 151 and the right rotating shaft barrel 152 are both disposed in communication with the cleaning barrel 123, spiral barrier strips 124 are also disposed on the inner walls of the left rotating shaft barrel 151 and the right rotating shaft barrel 152, a plurality of connection pieces 154 are fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the right end of the cleaning barrel 123, the outer ends of the connection pieces 154 are fixed on the inner wall of the right end of the cleaning barrel 123, and the inner ends of the connection pieces 154 extend into the left rotating shaft barrel 151; the cleaning feed port and the cleaning discharge port are respectively arranged on the left rotating shaft barrel 151 and the right rotating shaft barrel 152; the left rotating shaft cylinder 151 and the right rotating shaft cylinder 152 are rotatably installed on the cleaning machine body 121 through bearing seats; the driven gear 144 is fixedly arranged on the left rotating shaft barrel 151, the driving gear 143 is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor 141, the chain 142 is respectively meshed with the driving gear 143 and the driven gear 144, and the driven gear 144 is linked with the driving gear 143 through the chain 142. The driving motor 141 rotates, the driven gear 144 is driven to rotate by the driving gear 143 and the chain 142, the driven gear 144 drives the left rotating shaft barrel 151 to rotate, and the left rotating shaft barrel 151 and the right rotating shaft barrel 152 are rotatably arranged on the cleaning machine body 121 through the bearing seats, so that the driving motor 141 can drive the cleaning barrel 123 to be placed in the cleaning bucket 122 in a rolling manner. When the workpiece reaches the right end of the cleaning cylinder 123, the workpieces are driven to move rightward by the spiral baffle strips 124 in the cleaning cylinder 123, the connecting plates 154 are formed by bending a steel plate by 90 degrees, the plurality of connecting plates 154 are annularly distributed along the axis of the right rotating cylinder 152, the workpieces fall onto the connecting plates 154, and the inner ends of the connecting plates 154 extend into the right rotating cylinder 152, pass through the connecting plates 154 and enter the right rotating cylinder 152, and are driven to move rightward by the spiral baffle strips 124 in the right rotating cylinder 152 to the cleaning discharge port. Similarly, the drying driving device drives the rolling cylinder 112 to roll on the drying machine body 111. The speed of the driving motor 141 of each washing driving means and the speed of the driving motor 141 of the drying driving means are individually adjustable, and the speed of the washing cylinder 123 and the rolling cylinder 112 rolling can be adjusted as required. In this embodiment, the drum-type ultrasonic cleaner further includes a control box, in which a controller is disposed, and the driving motor 141, the air heater 113, and the water pump 126 of the cleaning driving device and the drying driving device are electrically connected to the controller, so that the rolling speed of the cleaning cylinder 123 in each cleaning device 120, the rolling speed of the rolling cylinder 112 in the drying device 110, the blowing speed of the air heater 113, and the water supply flow of the water pump 126 can be adjusted as required.

the drying device (110) comprises a drying machine body (111), wherein a rolling cylinder body (112), a hot air blower (113), an air inlet pipe (114), an air outlet piece, a mounting piece and a drying driving device for driving the rolling cylinder body (112) to roll are arranged on the drying machine body (111), the rolling cylinder body (112) and a cleaning cylinder body (123) are the same component, and the rolling cylinder body (112) is rollably arranged on the drying machine body (111); the left end and the right end of the rolling cylinder body (112) are respectively provided with a drying feeding hole and a drying discharging hole; the air outlet piece is communicated with the air heater (113) through an air inlet pipe (114), the air inlet pipe (114) extends into the rolling cylinder (112) through a drying discharge hole, and the air outlet piece is fixedly arranged on the drying machine body (111) through a mounting piece;
the cleaning machine body (121) and the drying machine body (111) are hinged with a cover body (160);
