Abstract
In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of the disc-buckled support member, the invention provides a cleaning device of the disc-buckled support member and a using method thereof. Comprises a frame body, a motor, a belt, a speed reduction output device, a connector, a guide rail, a bracket and a scraper knife trolley. When the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support member is used, the disc-buckled type support member is connected to the speed reduction output device, the speed reduction output device drives the disc-buckled type support member to rotate, when sundries exist on the disc-buckled type support member, an operator slides the scraper knife trolley to the sundries along the guide rail, presses down the scraper knife, and the scraper knife removes the sundries along with the rotating disc-buckled type support member. The device is easy and simple to handle, and environmental protection safety has reduced workman's intensity of labour.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular to a cleaning device for a disc-buckle type support component and a using method thereof.
Background
Building scaffolds are more and more widely erected by adopting disk buckle type support components. However, after the member is used, impurities such as concrete are easy to adhere to the surface of the member and are difficult to clean, and the method becomes a great problem in the turnover material leasing industry.
At present, the components are cleaned by adopting a manual shoveling method in the industry. Which tends to be less efficient. According to statistics, only about 80 workers can be cleaned in one day.

When the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support member is used, the disc-buckled type support member is connected to the speed reduction output device, the speed reduction output device drives the disc-buckled type support member to rotate, when sundries exist on the disc-buckled type support member, an operator slides the scraper knife trolley to the sundries along the guide rail, presses down the scraper knife, and the scraper knife removes the sundries along with the rotating disc-buckled type support member.
The cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support members greatly improves the working efficiency, and after the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support members is used, 1000 left and right disc-buckled type support members can be cleaned by one person in one day. The cleaning quality is more stable than that of manual shoveling, and the requirements of use and civilized construction can be met. The device is easy and simple to handle, and environmental protection safety has reduced workman's intensity of labour.
Furthermore, in the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support component, a base is arranged at the lower end of the support, bolt holes are formed in the base at intervals, and the support is fixed on the base through bolts. Furthermore, in the cleaning device for the disc-buckle type support component, a switch group is further included, wherein the switch group is arranged on the frame body and used for controlling the motor. The switch group can control the rotating speed, the rotating direction and the like of the disc buckle type support component, and the disc buckle type support component can be better cleaned by adopting proper parameters.
The invention also provides a use method of the cleaning device for the disc buckle type bracket component.
The use method of the cleaning device for the disc-buckled support member is technically characterized by comprising the following steps of:
firstly, connecting a disc buckle type bracket component with a power output device through a connector;
secondly, starting a motor, driving a speed reduction output device by the motor through a belt, and rotating by using a disc buckle type support component;
thirdly, an operator holds the handle to control the scraper knife trolley; when finding that sundries exist on the disc buckle type support component, an operator slides the scraper knife trolley to the sundries along the guide rail, presses down the scraper knife, and the scraper knife removes the sundries along with the rotating disc buckle type support component.
The use method of the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support members greatly improves the working efficiency, and after the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support members is used, 1000 left and right disc-buckled type support members can be cleaned by one person in one day. The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 2, a technical solution of the cleaning device for a disc-buckle type bracket member of the present embodiment is as follows:
a cleaning device for a disc buckle type support component comprises a support body 11, a motor 1, a belt 2, a speed reduction output device 3, a connector 5, a guide rail 7, a support 9 and a scraper knife trolley 8;
the motor 1 is arranged inside the frame body 11;
the speed reduction output device 3 is arranged at the upper part of the frame body 11;
the deceleration output means 3 includes a power input means 31, and a power output means 32;
the power input device 31 is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor 1 through a belt 2;
the disc buckle type bracket component 12 is connected with the power output device 32 through the connector 5;
the disk buckle type bracket component 12 is supported by a bracket 9 arranged below;
the guide rail 7 is arranged in parallel with the disc buckle type bracket component 12;
the scraper knife trolley 8 comprises a frame 81, a guide wheel 82 arranged on the frame 81, a scraper knife 83 hinged with the frame 81, and a handle 84 arranged on the scraper knife 83;
the guide wheel 82 is arranged in the guide rail 7 in a sliding manner; the cutting head of the blade 83 is in contact with the button-type holder member 12.
When the cleaning device for the disc-buckled type support member is used, the disc-buckled type support member 12 is connected to the speed reduction output device 3, the speed reduction output device 3 drives the disc-buckled type support member 12 to rotate, when sundries exist on the disc-buckled type support member 12, an operator slides the scraper knife trolley 8 to the sundries along the guide rail 7, presses down the scraper knife 83, and the scraper knife 83 removes the sundries along with the rotating disc-buckled type support member 12.
The cleaning device of the disk buckle type support member of the embodiment greatly improves the working efficiency, and after the cleaning device of the disk buckle type support member is used, 1000 left and right disk buckle type support members 12 can be cleaned by one person on average one day. The cleaning quality is more stable than that of manual shoveling, and the requirements of use and civilized construction can be met. The device is easy and simple to handle, and environmental protection safety has reduced workman's intensity of labour.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, in the cleaning device for the disc-buckle type support member, a base 13 is arranged at the lower end of the support 9, bolt holes are arranged at intervals on the base 13, and the support 9 is fixed on the base 13 through bolts. The bracket 9 can be mounted on different positions of the base 13 through bolt holes at different positions, and when the specification of the bracket member 12 is changed, the position of the bracket 9 can be adjusted, so that the bracket 9 can better support the bracket member 12.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, in the cleaning device for the coil-lock type supporting member, the supporting frame 9 includes a first supporting frame rod 91 with a roller 94 at the end, a second supporting frame rod 92, and a third supporting frame rod 93; the rollers 94 of the first and second cradling pieces 91 and 92 are in contact with the bottom of the disc-buckle type cradling piece 12; the end of the third support rod 93 is bent inward and the roller 94 of the third support rod 93 is in contact with the upper side of the disc-buckle-type support member 12. The arrangement of the rollers 94 at the end of the support 9 enables the rotation of the disc-buckle support member 12 to be more flexible, thereby achieving a better cleaning effect. The ends of the first, second, and third support bars 91, 92, and 93 are three-point supporting structures, which can prevent the disk-type holder 12 from slipping off while ensuring the free rotation of the disk-type holder 12.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning device for the disc-buckle type support member further includes a dust hopper 10, and the dust hopper 10 is disposed below the disc-buckle type support member 12. Sundries such as concrete and dust which come down after cleaning can uniformly fall into a designated area through the collection hopper 10 which is obliquely arranged, so that the cleaning is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the cleaning device for the disc-buckle type bracket member, specifically, the bracket 9 is arranged at the upper part of the dust collecting hopper 10, one end of the bracket 9 is provided with a folded edge 6, and the guide rail 7 is fixed on the folded edge 6.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the cleaning device for a disc-buckle-type bracket member, the connector 5 includes a connecting rod 51, a safety hook 52, a spring 53, a rotating shaft 54, and a connecting hole 55; the rear end of the connecting rod 51 is connected with the power output device 32, the front end is provided with a connecting hole 55, and the lower part is provided with a rotating shaft 54; the end part of the rotating shaft 54 is movably connected with the middle part of the safety hook 52; the safety hook 52 rotates around the rotating shaft 54; the tail part of the safety hook 52 is connected with the rear end of the connecting rod 51 through a spring 53; the head of the safety hook 52 is aligned with the connection hole 55. When the connecting disc button type bracket component 12 is connected, a handle at the rear end of the safety hook 52 is firstly held by hands, so that the safety hook 52 is in an open state; then, the disc-snap type holder member 12 is butted against the coupling hole 55 of the connector 5, and the plug 14 is inserted; finally, the safety hook 52 is released, and the safety hook 52 is firmly hooked on the end of the plug 14 by the tightening force of the spring 53, thereby completing the connection. The connector 5 has simple structure and convenient use, and can prevent the disc buckle type support component 12 from accidentally flying off during rotation.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning device for a disc-buckle type bracket member further includes a switch group 4 disposed on the bracket body 11 and used for controlling the motor 1. The switch group 4 can control the rotating speed, the rotating direction and the like of the disc buckle type support component 12, and the disc buckle type support component 12 can be better cleaned by adopting proper parameters.
Example 2:
this example provides a method of using the cleaning apparatus of the disk-buckle type bracket member described in example 1.

the guide rail (7) is arranged in parallel with the disc buckle type bracket component (12);
the scraper knife trolley (8) comprises a frame (81), a guide wheel (82) arranged on the frame (81), a scraper knife (83) hinged with the frame (81), and a handle (84) arranged on the scraper knife (83);
the guide wheel (82) is arranged in the guide rail (7) in a sliding manner; the blade head of the scraper knife (83) is contacted with the disc buckle type bracket component (12).
2. A cleaning device for a disc fastener type bracket member according to claim 1, wherein a base (13) is provided at the lower end of the bracket (9), the base (13) is provided with bolt holes at intervals, and the bracket (9) is fixed on the base (13) by bolts.
3. A cleaning device of a disc-buckle type bracket member according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (9) comprises a first bracket bar (91) provided with a roller (94) at the end, a second bracket bar (92), and a third bracket bar (93);

the end of the third support rod (93) is bent inwards, and the roller (94) of the third support rod (93) is contacted with the upper side of the disc buckle type support component (12).

the tail part of the safety hook (52) is connected with the rear end of the connecting rod (51) through a spring (53); the head of the safety hook (52) is aligned with the connecting hole (55).
