Background
Corn eruption is a porridge food material eaten in winter in northern China, the corn eruption is formed after smashing corns, and because the corn eruption is not generally washed by water when porridge is cooked, the corn eruption is directly put into a pot to cook rice, therefore, impurities in corn kernels need to be screened off when the corn eruption is beaten, however, the existing screening mode is that the corn kernels are directly placed in a screen mesh to be screened, and the screening mode can cause dust generated in the screening process to permeate in the air, so that the environmental pollution is caused.

The invention aims to provide a sieving device with a dust hood, which solves the problem of environmental pollution in the existing sieving mode.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the sieving device with the dust shield comprises a hollow cylindrical enclosure, wherein a sieving screen is arranged at the bottom of the enclosure, and an ash containing box is arranged below the sieving screen; supporting legs are arranged below the ash containing box, and rollers are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting legs;
a dust isolation cover is arranged above the enclosure, a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the bottom surface of the dust isolation cover, and the nozzles are arranged right opposite to the screen;
the outer periphery of the enclosing barrier and the bottom of the enclosing barrier are provided with vibrators.
The present invention is also characterized in that,
the upper end of each nozzle is connected with a water pipe, and the water outlet of each nozzle is designed into a conical structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part.
The upper end of the enclosure is connected with the dust separation cover through threads; the bottom of the enclosure is connected with the ash containing box through threads.
One side of the enclosure is provided with a material guide plate.
The bottom of the ash containing box is provided with an ash guide bin which is in a conical structure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the bottom of the enclosure is provided with the screen, the dust-isolating cover is arranged above the enclosure, dust generated in sieving can be isolated by the dust-isolating cover, the dust is prevented from being diffused in the air, the environment is protected, meanwhile, the nozzle is arranged on the dust-isolating cover, water is sprayed from the nozzle, products needing sieving can be washed in sieving, a process is saved, and the treatment efficiency is improved.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention relates to a sieving device with a dust hood, which comprises a hollow cylindrical enclosure 4, wherein a sieving screen 7 is arranged at the bottom of the enclosure 4, and the sieving screen 7 and the enclosure 4 are manufactured into a whole as shown in figure 1; an ash containing box 9 is arranged below the sieving screen 7; supporting legs 8 are arranged below the ash containing box 9, and rollers 10 are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting legs 8;
the upper part of the enclosure 4 is provided with a dust-isolating cover 3, the bottom surface of the dust-isolating cover 3 is provided with a plurality of nozzles 2, and the nozzles 2 are arranged right opposite to the screen 7.
The nozzles 2 are evenly distributed on the dust-proof cover 3.
The upper end of each nozzle 2 is connected with the water pipe 1, and the water outlet of each nozzle 2 is designed into a conical structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, so that water flow can be concentrated, impact force is large, and the washing is clean.
The upper end of the enclosure 4 is connected with the dust separation cover 3 through threads;
one side of the enclosure 4 is provided with a material guide plate 6.

The use method of the sieving device with the dust-proof cover comprises the steps of opening the dust-proof cover 3 to pour corn kernels onto the sieving net 7 when the corn kernels need to be sieved, covering the dust-proof cover 3, opening the vibrator 5, introducing water into the water pipe 1, sieving dust and sundries in the corn kernels 7, pouring the sundries generated by sieving into the dust containing box 9 in the sieving process, pouring out the sieved sundries through the dust guide bin 11, sieving and cleaning the corn kernels, and taking the corn kernels to the next station for drying.
The dust separation cover 3 is in threaded connection with the enclosure 4, and the enclosure 4 is in threaded connection with the ash containing box 9, so that the sieving device with the dust separation cover is quite easy to disassemble.
When the device needs to be cleaned, the dust separation cover 3, the enclosure 4 and the ash containing box 9 are sequentially disassembled, and the cleaning and drying are carried out by using clear water.
The sieving device with the dust isolation cover has the characteristics that:
1. because the vibrator is arranged on the side surface of the sieving screen, manual sieving is not needed in sieving, and labor force is saved;
2. because the dust hood is provided with the nozzle, the water is sprayed to the objects to be screened in the screening process, the effects of screening and washing can be achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
3. The ash guiding bin 11 is arranged to be in a conical structure, so that dust and sundries can be guided out of the ash guiding bin.
