Technical Field

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate by shot blasting broken waste concrete, which has the advantages of good cement mortar stripping effect, good recycled aggregate performance, high recycling rate and good economy.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

3. Because the shot hardness is high, the abrasive blasting particles cannot be broken during impact crushing, and the abrasive blasting particles are screened by the magnetic separator and then returned to the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine for recycling; the pellet has small particle size, and can effectively crush cement mortar in the aggregate concave part; the shot has large spraying area, large quantity and large coverage area, can effectively and accurately destroy cement mortar, and has small damage degree to aggregate.
4. The self-grinding machine is used for forming the energy consumption of the material curtain, and simultaneously can convert the energy consumption into the gravitational potential energy of the material to realize self-grinding and self-breaking, so that the energy consumption ratio is low; the kinetic energy obtained by the small-particle-size pellets is mainly converted into impact force which is applied to cement mortar, and the energy consumption ratio is low. The balls also have grinding effect between the balls and the concrete blocks in the cylinder, so that the residual mortar on the surface of the aggregate can be further removed, the mortar stripping efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is saved, the recycled aggregate can be shaped through repeated collision and friction, and the quality of the recycled aggregate is improved.
5. The material returning device carries out secondary magnetic separation on the recycled aggregate with the particle size smaller than 5mm, and the pellets which are not screened out by primary magnetic separation can be subjected to secondary magnetic separation, so that the purity of the aggregate is ensured.
6. In the autogenous mill, cement mortar is stripped and crushed to generate a large amount of dust and fine powder, and the dust remover device can effectively recycle the dust and the fine powder, so that the system is efficient and environment-friendly.

The magnetic pulley is adopted at the end A51 of the belt magnetic separator 5, the non-magnetic pulley is adopted at the end B53, the permanent magnet 52 is fixed between the upper belt track and the lower belt track of the belt magnetic separator and is close to the end A51, and the pellets in the recycled aggregate conveyed by the conveyor belt 3 are magnetically separated, and meanwhile, when the secondary magnetic separation of fine aggregate returning materials is ensured, the pellets are adsorbed at the end A51 and separated from the fine aggregate.
The vibrating screen 6 is provided with three layers of screens, the screen mesh sizes are 5mm, 20mm and 30mm respectively, the recycled aggregate is screened into four particle size ranges below 5mm, 5-20 mm, 20-30 m and above 30mm, wherein the aggregate below 5mm is conveyed to the belt magnetic separator 5 by the returning device 4 for secondary magnetic separation.
A dust remover 7 is also included, which is communicated with the self-grinding machine and can recycle a large amount of dust and fine powder generated in the self-grinding machine 1.
