Abstract
The invention provides a system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate based on shot blasting and crushing waste concrete, which comprises an autogenous mill, a shot blasting machine or a shot blasting machine, a conveyor belt, a returning device, a belt magnetic separator and a vibrating screen, wherein the autogenous mill is arranged on the conveyor belt; the self-grinding machine is used for crushing concrete blocks and forming a material curtain, and the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine is positioned at the upper half part of a discharge hole of the self-grinding machine and used for emitting high-speed shots to the material curtain; the conveyor belt is arranged below the discharge port of the self-grinding machine; the belt magnetic separator is arranged above the conveyor belt, and the conveying direction is perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor belt; the vibrating screen is arranged below the outlet of the conveyor belt; the feeding port of the returning device is arranged at a discharge port of which the screen hole size of the vibrating screen is smaller than 5mm, and the discharging port of the returning belt is arranged above the belt magnetic separator. The system has the advantages of good cement mortar stripping effect, good recycled aggregate performance, high recycling rate and good economy.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparing high-quality recycled aggregate by using waste concrete, in particular to a system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate by crushing waste concrete based on shot blasting.
Background
Buildings which are dismantled due to the fact that the years are too long to meet the specified requirements and the urban development needs exist in China each year, and the buildings are damaged due to the fact that the buildings are not resistant to the factors, so that a large amount of waste concrete is generated. The quality of the recycled aggregate prepared from the waste concrete is low, a large amount of cement mortar is adhered to the surface of the aggregate, the recycling rate is low, and the economical efficiency is poor. The high-quality recycled aggregate prepared by utilizing the waste concrete can be directly used for preparing the high-quality recycled concrete, thereby being beneficial to saving resources, reducing environmental pressure and realizing sustainable development.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate by shot blasting broken waste concrete, which has the advantages of good cement mortar stripping effect, good recycled aggregate performance, high recycling rate and good economy.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the system for preparing the high-quality recycled aggregate based on the shot blasting and crushing of the waste concrete is characterized by comprising an autogenous mill, a shot blasting machine or a shot blasting machine, a conveyor belt, a returning device, a belt magnetic separator and a vibrating screen;
the self-grinding machine is used for crushing concrete blocks and forming a material curtain, and the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine is positioned at the upper half part of a discharge hole of the self-grinding machine and used for emitting high-speed shots to the material curtain; the conveyor belt is arranged below the discharge port of the self-grinding machine; the belt magnetic separator is arranged above the conveyor belt, and the conveying direction is perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor belt; the vibrating screen is arranged below the outlet of the conveyor belt; the feeding port of the returning device is arranged at a discharge port with the screen hole size of less than 5mm of the vibrating screen, and the returning belt discharge port is arranged above the belt magnetic separator;
the particle size of the concrete block is smaller than 55mm.
In a preferred embodiment: the shot used by the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine is cast steel or cast iron, and the diameter is 0.6-3 mm.
In a preferred embodiment: the system for preparing the high-quality recycled aggregate based on the shot blasting and crushing waste concrete further comprises a shot collecting and returning device, and the shots magnetically separated by the belt magnetic separator are returned into the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine.
In a preferred embodiment: the end A of the belt magnetic separator adopts a magnetic pulley, the end B adopts a non-magnetic pulley, and a permanent magnet is fixed between the upper belt track and the lower belt track of the belt magnetic separator and is close to the end A.
In a preferred embodiment: the vibrating screen is provided with three layers of screens, the screen mesh sizes are 5mm, 20mm and 30mm respectively, and the recycled aggregate is screened into four particle size ranges below 5mm, 5-20 mm, 20-30 m and above 30 mm.
In a preferred embodiment: the self-grinding machine also comprises a dust remover which is communicated with the self-grinding machine and can recycle a large amount of dust and fine powder generated in the self-grinding machine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. compared with the existing domestic device for preparing recycled aggregate by using the waste concrete, the invention uses the gravity self-grinding rough grinding of the waste concrete, and can effectively reduce the abrasion of machines.
2. The high-speed impact concrete block particles with high hardness are used for shot blasting, the shot blasting speed is high, the impact force is high, the action area of a single shot is small, the instantaneous contact stress is high, the complete separation of aggregate and cement mortar can be realized, the cement mortar stripping effect is good, and the recycled aggregate performance is good.
3. Because the shot hardness is high, the abrasive blasting particles cannot be broken during impact crushing, and the abrasive blasting particles are screened by the magnetic separator and then returned to the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine for recycling; the pellet has small particle size, and can effectively crush cement mortar in the aggregate concave part; the shot has large spraying area, large quantity and large coverage area, can effectively and accurately destroy cement mortar, and has small damage degree to aggregate.
4. The self-grinding machine is used for forming the energy consumption of the material curtain, and simultaneously can convert the energy consumption into the gravitational potential energy of the material to realize self-grinding and self-breaking, so that the energy consumption ratio is low; the kinetic energy obtained by the small-particle-size pellets is mainly converted into impact force which is applied to cement mortar, and the energy consumption ratio is low. The balls also have grinding effect between the balls and the concrete blocks in the cylinder, so that the residual mortar on the surface of the aggregate can be further removed, the mortar stripping efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is saved, the recycled aggregate can be shaped through repeated collision and friction, and the quality of the recycled aggregate is improved.
5. The material returning device carries out secondary magnetic separation on the recycled aggregate with the particle size smaller than 5mm, and the pellets which are not screened out by primary magnetic separation can be subjected to secondary magnetic separation, so that the purity of the aggregate is ensured.
6. In the autogenous mill, cement mortar is stripped and crushed to generate a large amount of dust and fine powder, and the dust remover device can effectively recycle the dust and the fine powder, so that the system is efficient and environment-friendly.

Detailed Description
In the example, the concrete blocks are waste concrete of construction waste, and the waste concrete blocks are screened and separated to remove impurities such as steel bars, wood, rubber and the like. By adopting the high-quality recycled aggregate preparation system, the cement mortar on the surface of the waste concrete can be efficiently stripped. The invention is further described below by means of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate based on shot blasting and crushing waste concrete comprises an autogenous mill 1, a shot blasting machine or a shot blasting machine 2, a conveyor belt 3, a returning device 4, a belt magnetic separator 5 and a vibrating screen 6;
the self-grinding machine 1 is used for crushing concrete blocks with the particle size smaller than 55mm and forming a material curtain, and the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine 2 is positioned at the upper half part of a discharge hole of the self-grinding machine 1 and used for emitting high-speed shots to the material curtain; the shot used by the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine 2 is cast steel or cast iron, and the diameter is 0.6-3 mm. The conveyor belt 3 is arranged below the discharge port of the autogenous mill 1; the belt magnetic separator 5 is arranged above the conveyor belt 3, and the conveying direction of the belt magnetic separator is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 3; the vibrating screen 6 is arranged below the outlet of the conveyor belt 3; the material inlet of the material returning device 4 is arranged at a material outlet of which the mesh size of the vibrating screen 6 is smaller than 5mm, and the material outlet of the material returning belt 4 is arranged above the belt magnetic separator 5;
the system also comprises a shot collecting and returning device, and the shots magnetically separated by the belt magnetic separator 5 are returned into the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine 2.
The magnetic pulley is adopted at the end A51 of the belt magnetic separator 5, the non-magnetic pulley is adopted at the end B53, the permanent magnet 52 is fixed between the upper belt track and the lower belt track of the belt magnetic separator and is close to the end A51, and the pellets in the recycled aggregate conveyed by the conveyor belt 3 are magnetically separated, and meanwhile, when the secondary magnetic separation of fine aggregate returning materials is ensured, the pellets are adsorbed at the end A51 and separated from the fine aggregate.
The vibrating screen 6 is provided with three layers of screens, the screen mesh sizes are 5mm, 20mm and 30mm respectively, the recycled aggregate is screened into four particle size ranges below 5mm, 5-20 mm, 20-30 m and above 30mm, wherein the aggregate below 5mm is conveyed to the belt magnetic separator 5 by the returning device 4 for secondary magnetic separation.
A dust remover 7 is also included, which is communicated with the self-grinding machine and can recycle a large amount of dust and fine powder generated in the self-grinding machine 1.
Compared with the existing domestic device for preparing recycled aggregate by using the waste concrete, the system for preparing high-quality recycled aggregate by using the waste concrete based on shot blasting and crushing can effectively reduce the abrasion of machines by utilizing the self gravity self-grinding rough breaking of the waste concrete. the shot used by the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine is cast steel or cast iron, and the diameter is 0.6-3 mm;
the shot collecting and returning device is used for returning the shot subjected to magnetic separation into the shot blasting machine or the shot blasting machine.
