Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种中药面膜及其制备方法，其主要由白芷、白蒺藜、黄土、红花、山药、茯苓以质量份数计，所述调和剂的为中药成分，与牛奶和生姜汁混合。所述牛奶和生姜汁的体积比为(15～20):1。基于相同的发明构思，本发明还提供了一种中药面膜的制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1).以质量份数计，称取白芷、白蒺藜、红花、山药、茯苓，制备成中药混合粉末；(2)以质量份数计，称取黄土，将步骤(1)所得中药混合粉末以及黄土混合，并加入调和剂混合均匀，即得。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种中药面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高，人们对美容越来越重视，因而对护肤品的要求越来越高，不但要求护肤品没有副作用，要求美容效果好，同时还要具有多样性，消费者不再满足单向护肤的护肤品。近几年，随着中医药文化再度兴起，市场上也开始有中药配方的面膜出现。辨证论治是中医认识和治疗疾病的基本原则，所谓辨证，就是分析、辩认疾病的证候。即以脏腑经络、病因、病机等基本理论为依据，通过对四诊(望、闻、问、切)所收集的症状、体征以及其他临床资料进行分析、综合，辨清疾病的原因、性质、部位，以及邪正之间的关系，进而概括、判断属于何证；论治，是根据辨证的结论，确定相应的治疗方法，并选方用药。辨证和论治是诊治疾病过程中相互联系、不可分割的两个方面，是理法方药在临床上的具体运用。辨证论治作为中医诊疗疾病的一大特色，无论在论理上还是临床上，都具有十分重要的意义。中医美容也是如此，现在市面上有不少中医面膜，且受到大家的喜爱，但是，没有根据妇女的不同体质辨证地给予面膜，不同体质需要不同作用的面膜，只有辨证使用面膜，才能从根本上解决问题，达到理想的美容效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种中药面膜及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：白芷50份、白蒺藜30份、黄土30份、红花15份、山药50份、茯苓70份。以质量份数计，所述调和剂的用量为中药成分总质量的140～150％。所述调和剂为牛奶和生姜汁的混合液。所述牛奶和生姜汁的体积比为(15～20):1。基于相同的发明构思，本发明还提供了一种中药面膜的制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1).以质量份数计，称取白芷、白蒺藜、红花、山药、茯苓，制备成中药混合粉末；(2)以质量份数计，称取黄土，将步骤(1)所得中药混合粉末以及黄土混合，并加入调和剂混合均匀，即得。本发明的积极效果在于：白芷：味辛，性温，归肺、脾、胃、大肠经，具有祛风解表、散寒止痛、除湿通窍、消肿排脓的作用；《本草纲目》中记载：白芷“长肌肤，润泽颜色，可作面脂”，现代药理研究证明，白芷除了上述作用，还能改善局部血液循环，消除色素在组织中过度堆积，促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢，达到美容作用。
白蒺藜：别名刺蒺藜，含有多种生物碱和甙类，其中所含的过氧化物分解酶具有明显的抗衰老作用，久服可祛脸上瘢痕，并增进肌肤柔嫩润滑。
黄土：《本草再新》中记载：“味甘，性温平，无毒”，入肺、脾、胃三经；和中解毒、消肿疗疮，可用于治疗痈疽疔疮。
红花：入心、肝经，活血、消肿、通经，外用可是面色红艳。
山药：味甘，性平；归脾、肺、肾经；补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精；《本草求真》记载：山药“本属食物，气虽温而却平，为补脾肺之阴。是以能润皮毛，长肌肉，味甘兼咸，又能益肾强阴。”。
茯苓：养阴补血，祛风湿，强筋骨；适用于恶疮痈肿、慢性湿疹、牛皮癣等；《用药心法》记载“茯苓，淡能利窍，甘以助阳，除湿之圣药也。味甘平补阳，益脾逐水，生津导气。”；《世补斋医术》记载“茯苓一味，为治痰主药，痰之本，水也，茯苓可以行水。痰之动，湿也，茯苓又可行湿润。”；茯苓具有营养肌肤，美白去皱，消除斑点的功效。
生姜汁：生姜提取液具有显著抑制皮肤真菌和杀灭阴道滴虫的功效，可治疗各种痈肿疮毒，其中的姜辣素能抗衰老，老年人常吃生姜可除"老年斑"；《遵生八笺》转载苏东坡诗曰"一斤生姜半斤枣，二两白盐二两草(甘草)，丁香沉香各半两，叫两茴香一处捣，煎也好，点也好，红白容颜直到老。"，可见生姜汁具有很好的抗衰老效果。
牛奶：营养丰富，含有高级的脂肪、各种蛋白质、维生素、矿物质，特别是含有较多维生素B族，它们能滋润肌肤，保护表皮、防裂、防皱使皮肤光滑柔软白嫩，使头发乌黑减少脱落，从而起到护肤美容作用。
以上组成中，白芷和茯苓共为君药，既可美容又可健脾祛湿，适合痰湿体质之人使用；白蒺藜、黄土、山药共为臣药，白蒺藜加强美容，黄土加强健脾，山药加强健脾祛湿作用；红花为佐药，促进活血化瘀，消除瘀斑作用，因色偏黑，量不宜多；牛奶和生姜汁起调和剂作用，引上述诸药到达肌肤，同时起到温经美颜祛湿效果。
痰湿体质的人体形肥胖，四肢浮肿，容易困倦，常感肢体酸困沉重、不轻松；面部经常有油腻感，面色淡黄而暗，眼泡微浮，面色少血无光泽；口中粘腻，口唇色淡，舌体胖大，嘴里常有黏黏的或甜腻的感觉，平时痰多；常出汗多而黏腻，手足心潮湿；胸闷，肠胃不适，嗜睡；大便不成形，小便尿量多而色清如水。这种体质的人在美容的同时需要祛湿化痰，并且脾气虚也可导致痰湿，因此同样需要健脾补气；本发明中药面膜中采用的山药可以补脾气，采用的茯苓可以祛湿化痰，山药和茯苓同时加入中药面膜中可以达到祛湿化痰并补气的作用。
具体实施方式
一种中药面膜，包括中药成分和调和剂，所述中药成分包括如下组分：白芷60克、白蒺藜40克、黄土40克、红花20克、山药60克、茯苓60克；所述调和剂为体积比为17:1的鲜牛奶和生姜汁的混合液，所述调和剂的用量为上述中药成分总质量的145％；上述组合物制备的中药面膜为20次量；
其制备方法包括如下步骤：
(1).以质量份数计，称取已打成粉末后的白芷、白蒺藜、红花、山药、茯苓，混合均匀得中药混合粉末；
(2)以质量份数计，称取黄土，将步骤(1)所得中药混合粉末以及黄土混合，并加入调和剂混合均匀调成糊状，即得成品。

1.一种中药面膜及其制备方法，其特征是：取白芷50份、白蒺藜30份、黄土30份、红花15份、山药50份、茯苓70份；以质量份数计，所述调和剂的用量为中药成分总质量的140～150％；所述调和剂为牛奶和生姜汁的混合液；所述牛奶和生姜汁的体积比为(15～20):1；基于相同的发明构思，本发明还提供了一种中药面膜的制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1).以质量份数计，称取白芷、白蒺藜、红花、山药、茯苓，制备成中药混合粉末；(2)以质量份数计，称取黄土，将步骤(1)所得中药混合粉末以及黄土混合，并加入调和剂混合均匀，即得。
