In use, the first electric telescopic column 19 can be started to extend upwards to drive the top plate 22 to move upwards, so that the storage pipe 1 and the feeding cylinder 18 are lifted upwards, and the inclination angles of the storage pipe 1 and the feeding cylinder 18 are changed. an electrostatic dust collection plate (37) is arranged on the inner wall of the stacking cylinder (17), a second cleaning ring (38) is arranged in the stacking cylinder (17) along the circumferential direction, and the second cleaning ring (38) can move in the stacking cylinder (17) along the length direction;
the bottom of the stabilizing seat (5) is provided with a dust suction port (34), a detachable baffle plate (36) is arranged inside the dust suction port (34), the bottom of the baffle plate (36) is connected with a dust suction pipe (7), and the upper part of the dust suction port (34) is communicated with the feeding cylinder (18) through a conveying pipe (6).
