Description

Preparation and drying method of molasses-containing feed additive
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additives, in particular to a molasses-containing feed additive and a drying method thereof.
Background
The content and the titer of trace elements contained in feed raw materials are greatly different, and the trace elements need to be added in a feed additive form. At present, inorganic trace elements such as copper sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferrous sulfate are mostly used in production and practice, and the inorganic trace elements have the following defects in use: the bioavailability is low, animals can only utilize inorganic trace elements with the addition of less than 10 percent, and the unused part is discharged out of the body, thereby not only causing waste, but also increasing the burden of animal organisms and environment; in addition, the ionic trace element metal ions are influenced by phytic acid, oxalic acid and cellulose in the intestinal tract, so that the absorption rate is further reduced; meanwhile, the antagonistic action among elements also influences the biological value, and the oxidation-reduction reaction among metal ions can damage vitamins, so that nutrient substances are lost, and the absorption utilization rate of the vitamins is reduced.
With the improvement of science and technology and the enhancement of health consciousness of people, people pay more and more attention to the quality safety problem of livestock and poultry products while pursuing high yield of animals, and pay more and more attention to environmental pollution caused by using high-dose inorganic substances. Therefore, the research and application of the microelement sucrose complex feed additive as a feed additive become one of the hot topics of research in the field of animal nutrition.
Cane molasses, an organic energy source, has begun to be used in feed. The sugar industry is a major industry in Guangxi and produces about 150 million tons of molasses per year during the sucrose processing. The cane molasses contains 24-36% of cane sugar, 12-24% of other sugar, 3-4% of colloid, 8-10% of mineral matter and the like, and is a resource with important utilization value. Molasses is not only an energy raw material, but also has the advantages of fast digestion and absorption, palatability improvement, dust reduction, granule quality improvement and the like, and in recent years, the research on molasses as livestock and poultry feed mainly comprises the following steps:
1. chinese patent No.: 03150378.0, title of the invention: the invention discloses a feed and a preparation method thereof, and the feed is prepared by processing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of calcium bicarbonate, 0.5-5 parts of molasses, 3-17 parts of wheat bran, 10-30 parts of pasture, 1-3 parts of soy sauce residue, 10-30 parts of vinasse, 5-15 parts of sesame residue, 1-15 parts of rice bran, 0.5-1 part of vegetable oil, 2-25 parts of apple pomace and 2-5 parts of barley, and the calcium bicarbonate is prepared by cutting, crushing, mixing and fermenting the raw materials.
2. Chinese patent No.: 201210052860.0, title of the invention: the invention discloses a sucrose waste molasses aquatic feed and a preparation method thereof, and the sucrose waste molasses aquatic feed comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-60 parts of waste molasses, 4-20 parts of rice bran or wheat bran, 0-16 parts of starch, 24-26 parts of soybean meal, 18-24 parts of rapeseed meal, 13-16 parts of fish powder, 8-12 parts of meat and bone meal, 2-3 parts of soybean oil, 0.8-1.2 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.15-0.20 part of choline chloride, 0.8-1.2 parts of compound mineral and 0.1-0.3 part of compound multi-vitamin. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking water-absorbing biological raw materials of rice bran, wheat bran meal or/and starch as water-absorbing raw materials, preparing the high-viscosity cane sugar waste molasses into solid molasses powder, adding other feed raw materials, uniformly mixing, adding water, granulating and sieving to obtain the aquatic feed.
3. Chinese patent No.: 201310700846.1, title of the invention: the invention relates to molasses-containing complete feed for lactating sows, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 56.00 parts of corn, 8.00 parts of wheat bran, 18.00 parts of 46% soybean meal, 8.00 parts of rice bran, 2.00 parts of rapeseed meal, 3.00 parts of molasses, 1.38 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 1.24 parts of stone powder, 0.20 part of salt, 2.00 parts of special core material for lactating sows, 0.08 part of mildew preventive and 0.10 part of toxin removing agent; the process comprises the following steps: the raw materials are prepared into qualified products through cleaning, magnetic separation, microwave curing and puffing, crushing, batching, mixing and stirring, quality inspection and packaging.
Therefore, although the molasses is widely researched as the feed, the molasses is mostly directly added into the feed for feeding livestock and poultry, and the nutrient substances are not easily absorbed and utilized by the body in such a way. Moreover, the feed of the inventions is mostly free from trace elements, and even a small amount of trace elements are added in the form of inorganic ions in the respective inventions, so that the above-mentioned disadvantages of inorganic trace elements are inevitable.
Therefore, how to organically combine cane molasses and trace element metal ions through a proper chemical reaction is a positive topic, which can not only exert the advantages of strong functionality and palatability of cane molasses, but also overcome the defects of inorganic trace elements.
