In order to solve the technical problems that the timeliness of a mail notification mode is low and the information notification efficiency is influenced by an instant messaging mode, the embodiment of the invention realizes information communication by utilizing an input method program.
At the information sending end, a user can determine a receiving object of the information through an input method program and send the information to the receiving object through the input method program.
At the information receiving end, a user (a receiving object of information) can receive and view the information sent from the information sending end through an input method program.
Because the input method program has the characteristic of cross-platform, the input method program can be hosted in any host application, for example, the input method program can be hosted in applications such as instant messaging, a mailbox, a text editor and the like. Therefore, the communication of the information is realized by the input method program, the operation cost of installing the communication software by the user can be reduced, and the convenience of information notification and the efficiency of information notification can be improved.
In addition, the input method program can be hosted in any host application, the input method program can be triggered by triggering input operation in the host application by a user, for example, the input method program can be triggered by clicking a left mouse button in an input frame of the host application by the user, and further, information can be sent or received through the input method program, so that the efficiency of information notification can be improved.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may add an operation interface for information communication in the input method program. Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of an information communication operation interface in an input method program according to the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, an input box 201 for inputting information and a button 202 for triggering an instruction to send information may be provided in the input method program. In addition, a group member list may be further imported into the operation interface shown in fig. 2, the input method program may screen a receiving object meeting the receiving condition from the group member list according to the receiving condition set by the user, for example, assuming that the user needs to send a meeting notification to a group member of the research and development department, the user may input a search keyword "research and development department" in a preset search box to perform a search, and the input method program may screen each group member in the group member list according to a member attribute of each group member in the group member list, and show the group member with the member attribute being the research and development department as a search result to the user, so that the user may directly obtain the receiving object meeting the receiving condition according to the input receiving condition. After filtering the receiving object for which the information is obtained, the user may input the information to be sent to the receiving object in the input box 201, and click the button 202 after the input is completed to trigger the information sending instruction, and the input method program may acquire the information from the input box 201 in response to the information sending instruction and send the information to the receiving object selected by the user.
It is to be understood that the operation interface shown in fig. 2 is only an application example of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific manner in which the input method program acquires the receiving object and acquires the information. In addition, the order of acquiring the receiving object and the information by the input method program is not limited, for example, the input method program may determine the receiving object of the information according to the receiving condition of the information, and then acquire the information input by the user; alternatively, the input method program may acquire information input by the user first, and then determine the information receiving target according to the information receiving condition.
The input method program may be run on a terminal, and the terminal specifically includes but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 (Moving Picture experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (Moving Picture experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, laptop portable computers, car-mounted computers, desktop computers, set-top boxes, smart televisions, wearable devices, and the like.
Before sending information, according to member attributes of group members and receiving conditions corresponding to the information, a receiving object corresponding to the information is determined from the group members.
The group members belong to a group, and the group can be any organization such as an enterprise, a school and the like. For example, if the group is a certain enterprise, the group members are all employees in the enterprise; or, the group is a school, and the group members are teachers and students of the school. It is to be understood that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the kind and scope of the group. For example, the group may further include: a hospital, a military, a certain division of an enterprise, a certain class of a school, etc. As another example, the group may further include: and user groups divided according to user needs or user preferences, such as car friends, movie fans, owner districts, friends, voice clusters, player groups and the like. As another example, the group may further include: and the user groups are divided according to the user relationship attributes, such as friend groups, family groups, colleagues groups, classmates groups, hobby groups (such as game groups) and the like.
The embodiment of the invention can screen the group members according to the member attributes, take the group members with the member attributes meeting the receiving conditions corresponding to the information as receiving objects, and send the information to the receiving objects.
Wherein the member attributes can be used to represent characteristics of an aspect of the group member, such as department, age, hobbies, etc. of the group member. In an optional embodiment of the invention, the member attribute may comprise at least one of the following attributes: department attributes, location attributes, identity attributes, age attributes, preference characteristics, and device attributes.
In an application example of the present invention, a conference notification is provided in a research and development department of a certain enterprise, and the conference notification needs to be sent to all employees of the research and development department, the information that needs to be sent is the conference notification, and the receiving conditions corresponding to the conference notification are as follows: the department attribute of the reception object is a research and development department. Therefore, all employees of the enterprise can be screened according to the department attribute, and the employee with the department attribute being the research and development department can be used as the receiving object of the meeting notice.
The location attributes may be used to represent geographical location characteristics of the group members, for example, the location attributes may include: beijing division, Shanghai division, Guangzhou division, and the like. The embodiment of the invention can determine the receiving object of the information according to the position attribute of the group member, and if the group member with the position attribute of Guangzhou branch company is taken as the receiving object, the information can be sent to all employees of the Guangzhou branch company.
The identity attribute may be used to represent identity characteristics such as the position or status of the group members, for example, the identity attribute may include: CEO (Chief Executive Officer), sales department manager, market director, and the like. The embodiment of the invention can determine the receiving object of the information according to the identity attribute of the group member, for example, the sales department manager of each branch company of a certain enterprise can be used as the receiving object.
The embodiment of the invention can also determine the receiving object of the information according to the age attribute or the preference characteristic of the group member, for example, the group member above 25 years and below 40 years can be used as the receiving object, or the group member liking playing football can be used as the receiving object, and the like.
In addition, the receiving object of the information may be determined according to the device attribute of the group member, where the device attribute may include a device feature such as a model, a version number, and a network address of the device, and the device may specifically be a terminal used by a user, such as a personal PC, a mobile phone, and the like. For example, a group member whose IP (Internet Protocol Address) of a device belongs to the same lan may be a reception target. The local area network refers to a computer group formed by interconnecting a plurality of computers in a certain area, and the certain area may include the same office, the same building, the same company, the same school, and the like.
It is to be understood that the above-mentioned department attribute, location attribute, identity attribute, age attribute, preference feature, and device attribute are only used as member attributes as an example of an application of the present invention, and in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the type and content of the member attributes according to needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In practical application, the member attributes of the group members can be acquired through manual entry, or the member attributes of the group members can be acquired through import. For example, the group members and the member attributes of the group members may be imported in a manner of importing a mailbox contact, a QQ contact, a mobile phone address book, and the like, and it can be understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the manner of obtaining the member attributes.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the sending the information to the receiving object may include:
step S11, determining an input method account corresponding to the receiving object according to the group member identification of the receiving object and the mapping relation between the input method account and the group member identification;
and step S12, sending the information to the input method account.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a mapping relationship between an input method account of a user and a group member identifier may be established, after a receiving object corresponding to information is determined from a group member, the input method account of the receiving object may be determined according to the group member identifier of the receiving object and the mapping relationship between the input method account of the user and the group member identifier, and further, information may be sent to the user corresponding to the input method account, and when the user uses an input method program and logs in the input method account, the information may be received.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving condition may be used to limit the member attribute of the receiving object, so as to use a plurality of group members meeting the receiving condition as the receiving object, and further, the information may be simultaneously sent to the plurality of group members, which not only may improve the efficiency of information sending, but also may improve the controllability of the information sending range. For example, the reception conditions may be set as: the department attribute of the reception object is a research and development department. Alternatively, the reception condition may be set as: the age attribute of the receiving object is 25 years or more and 40 years or less, and the like.
The reception condition may be used to specify the reception object in addition to defining the member attribute of the reception object. In a specific application, if the number of the received objects of the information is small or the received objects are relatively clear, one or more group members can be directly designated as the received objects. For example, a group member list may be set in the input method program, and the user may select an object to receive information in the group member list, such as "zhang san" and "lie si" as the object to receive information. It is understood that in practical applications, those skilled in the art can flexibly set the receiving condition of the information according to the needs.
After the receiving object corresponding to the information is determined from the group members, the information can be sent to the receiving object. Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may set a sending time and a sending mode of the information, so that the receiving object can receive and view the information in time, thereby improving the efficiency of information notification.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may provide the following three ways of setting the information transmission timing.
Sending method one
In the first transmission method, the transmission timing of the information may be set to be a timed transmission. Specifically, the sending the information to the receiving object may include: and sending the information to the receiving object under the condition that the preset sending time is reached.
In an application example of the present invention, it is assumed that a conference notification exists inside a development part of a certain enterprise, and specific contents of the conference notification are as follows: today all employees of the 3 pm research and development department are holding a temporary meeting in a corporate conference room. According to the meeting notice, the group member with the department attribute as the research and development department can be determined as the receiving object of the meeting notice, and if the sending time of the meeting notice is set to be 2 pm, the meeting notice can be sent to the group member with the department attribute as the research and development department when the 2 pm arrives.
Transmission mode two
In the second transmission method, the transmission timing of the information may be set to advance transmission or delay transmission. Specifically, the sending the information to the receiving object may include:
sending the information to the receiving object when a first time before a task start time corresponding to the information is reached; or
And sending the information to the receiving object when a second time after the task start time corresponding to the information is reached.
In an application example of the present invention, it is assumed that a conference notification exists inside a development part of a certain enterprise, and specific contents of the conference notification are as follows: today all employees of the 3 pm research and development department are holding a temporary meeting in a corporate conference room. According to the meeting notice, the group member with department attribute as the research and development department can be determined as the receiving object of the meeting notice, the task corresponding to the information is a temporary meeting, the task starting time is 3 pm, the sending time of the meeting notice is set to be sent in advance, and the first time is set to be half an hour, the meeting notice can be sent to the group member with department attribute as the research and development department when 2 pm half arrives.
Alternatively, the sending timing of the meeting notice may be set to be delayed sending, and the second time is set to be 10 minutes, so that the meeting notice may be sent to the group member whose department attribute is the research and development department when the meeting notice arrives at 3 pm and 10 minutes.
It is understood that the specific values of the first time and the second time are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Transmission mode three
In the third transmission method, the transmission timing of the information may be set to be frequency-based transmission. Specifically, the sending the information to the receiving object may include:
and under the condition that the preset sending time is up, sending the information to the receiving object according to the preset interval frequency.
In an application example of the present invention, it is assumed that a conference notification exists inside a development part of a certain enterprise, and specific contents of the conference notification are as follows: today all employees of the 3 pm research and development department are holding a temporary meeting in a corporate conference room. From the meeting notification, it can be determined that the group member whose department attribute is the research and development department is the receiving object of the meeting notification, and assuming that the sending time of the meeting notification is set to 2 pm and the interval frequency of the sending of the information is set to 20 minutes, the meeting notification can be sent to the group member whose department attribute is the research and development department once every 20 minutes when 2 pm arrives, for example, once sent at 2 pm 20, and once sent at 2 pm 40.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method may further comprise: and stopping sending the information to the receiving object when receiving the confirmation information returned by the receiving object.
In practical applications, when the preset sending time is reached, the information may be repeatedly sent to the receiving object according to a preset interval frequency, and if the acknowledgement information returned by the receiving object is received, it indicates that the receiving object already knows the information, and the sending of the information to the receiving object may be stopped. For example, in the above example, the meeting notification may be sent to the group members whose department attribute is the research and development department every 20 minutes, for example, once sent at point 2 20, and once sent at point 2 40, when arriving at point 2 pm. If a group member returns confirmation information after receiving the conference notification of point 2 40, the group member may stop sending the conference notification to the group member if the group member returns confirmation information.
It is to be understood that the specific content of the confirmation information is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention, for example, the confirmation information may be confirmation information sent by the receiving object after receiving the information, or may also be confirmation information triggered by the receiving object after viewing the content of the information, for example, in the above example, the confirmation information may refer to information of a meeting for confirmation returned by a group member of the research and development department, and the like.
It can be understood that the above three ways of setting the information sending time are only one application example of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific way of setting the information sending time, and a person skilled in the art can set the sending time of the information as needed to send the information to the receiving object in time and many times, so as to improve the efficiency and flexibility of information notification.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention may send information through an input method program, and specifically, at an information sending end, a receiving object of the information may be determined through the input method program, and the information may be sent to the receiving object. The input method program has a cross-platform characteristic and can be hosted in any application, for example, the input method program can be hosted in applications such as instant messaging, a mailbox, a text editor and the like. Therefore, the operation cost of installing the communication software by the user can be reduced by sending the information through the input method program, and the convenience of the user operation and the efficiency of information notification can be improved. In addition, because the input method program can be hosted in any application, the user can trigger the input method program in any application, namely, the information can be sent, and the efficiency of information notification can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of an information processing method according to the present invention is shown, where the method is applicable to an input method program, and specifically may include the following steps:
At the information receiving end, a user (a receiving object of information) can receive and view the information sent from the information sending end through an input method program. The input method program of the information receiving end can show the information to the user under the condition of receiving the information; the user may be a group member, and the member attribute of the user is matched with the receiving condition corresponding to the information, that is, the user is a group member whose member attribute meets the receiving condition of the information.
Optionally, at the information receiving end, a prompting mode of the information may be set. For example, the prompt mode 1 may be: when receiving the information, directly displaying the content of the information; or, the prompt mode 2 may be: the prompt information corresponding to the information is displayed, for example, when the information is received, the prompt information "you have new information" may be displayed, and in case that the user triggers the prompt information, the content of the information is displayed.
Optionally, a keyword in the information may be determined, and the prompt information corresponding to the information may be determined according to the keyword. The keywords may include: at least one of a time, a place, and an event. For example, by analyzing the content of the information, the keywords may be obtained by: afternoon 2 o' clock, corporate meeting room, meeting. According to the keyword, it can be determined that the information is a conference notification, and then the prompt information corresponding to the information can be presented to the user as follows: the user can know the type of the information according to the prompt information, and further can determine the importance of the information. As another example, for information: "your express delivery has arrived at the vegetable and bird post house at the north gate of the first district, please get it in time", then the prompt message corresponding to the message can be shown as "get express delivery" and so on. It can be understood that a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the prompting mode of the information according to the actual situation. For example, more keywords may also be presented in the prompt message, such as "meeting notification, time: afternoon 2 o' clock, location: the company meeting room' enables users to know key information in the information through the prompt information, and brings great convenience to the users.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the presenting the information to the user may specifically include: and displaying the information to the user when a triggering instruction of the user for the input method program is received.
At the information receiving end, the user can receive and check the information sent by the information sending end through the input method program. Specifically, when a trigger instruction of the user for the input method program is received, whether the user has information which is not viewed or not can be detected, and if the user has the information which is not viewed, the information can be displayed to the user. The triggering instruction for the input method program may specifically include an instruction for opening an input interface of the input method program, which is triggered in any application by a user, for example, the instruction for opening the input interface of the input method program by the host application may be triggered by the user performing a click or touch operation in any input-capable operation interface, such as a search input box of a browser or a message input box of an instant messaging application, in this case, the input method program may detect whether the user has information that is not checked, and if so, the information may be presented to the user.
Of course, in practical applications, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific time for displaying the information. The received information can be displayed to the user when a triggering instruction of the user for the input method program is received; alternatively, when a trigger instruction of the user for the input method program is not received, the information may be presented to the user as long as it is detected that new information is received.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may set the following two information display manners.
Display mode one
In the first display mode, the information display mode can be set to automatically display the information content.
Specifically, when a trigger instruction of a user for an input interface of the input method program is received, whether the user has information which is not checked or not can be detected, and if the user has the information which is not checked, the content of the information is automatically popped up and displayed at a preset display position.
The display position may be set according to a user requirement, which is not limited in the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, a schematic diagram of an information presentation interface of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the information may be displayed overlaid on the input interface of the input method program. Of course, in practical applications, the display position may be any position in the screen of the user terminal.
By adopting the first display mode, when the information is received by the input method program of the information receiving end, the content of the information can be automatically displayed to the user, the situation that the user forgets to check the information can be reduced, and the information notification efficiency can be improved.
Display mode two
In the first display mode, the display mode of the information may be set to be only a reminding notification of the information. Specifically, the presenting the information to the user may include: and displaying the reminding notice of the information to the user.
Optionally, the reminder notification may include a summary of the information, for example, for the following information: "the annual meeting of the company of 2018 starts to be announced, classmates of mailbox announcement please send name and program type to mailbox nianhui @ outlook. The content of the information may be analyzed to obtain a summary of the information, and for example, the content of the information may be analyzed to obtain the summary of the information: "annual meeting registration", then the reminding notice of the information can be displayed as follows: "annual meeting entry". Of course, the information head of a preset length may be used as the summary of the information, for example, 15 characters at the information head may be used as the summary of the information, and the reminder notification of the information may be displayed as follows: "year 2018 company annual meeting registration started". It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific content of the reminder notification. Referring to FIG. 5, a schematic diagram of another information presentation interface of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 5, a reminder notification of information may be presented above an input interface of the input method program to prompt a user to receive new information. Of course, in practical applications, the reminder notification may be presented at any position in the screen of the user terminal.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the method may further comprise:
step S21, receiving a viewing instruction triggered by the reminding notification of the information by the user;
and step S22, responding to the viewing instruction, and displaying the content of the information.
The user may trigger a viewing instruction for the reminder notification of the information, for example, the user may click on the reminder notification shown in fig. 5 to trigger the viewing instruction for the reminder notification, and the input method program may display the content of the information in response to the viewing instruction. For example, when a viewing instruction triggered by a reminder notification of the information is received, the content of the information may be displayed on an input interface of an input method program, and specifically, may be displayed in a manner as shown in fig. 4.
And in a second display mode, only the reminding notice of the information is displayed, the reminding notice can comprise the summary of the information, and a user can judge the importance of the information according to the reminding notice and selectively view the important information. Therefore, the time for reading unnecessary information by the user can be reduced, and the efficiency for viewing the information by the user can be improved.
In addition, in order to prevent the information from interfering with the user, the user can set that the content of the information or the reminding notice is not displayed in the screen when new information is received. For example, the function of an inbox can be added in an input method program, received information is stored in the inbox, and when a user needs to view the information, the user can enter the inbox to view the information, so that interference caused by information display on the user is reduced.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention may receive information through an input method program, and specifically, at an information receiving end, a user (a receiving object of information) may receive and view information sent from an information sending end through the input method program. The input method program has a cross-platform characteristic and can be hosted in any application, for example, the input method program can be hosted in applications such as instant messaging, a mailbox, a text editor and the like. Therefore, the operation cost of installing unified instant messaging software by a user can be reduced by receiving information through the input method program, and the convenience of user operation and the efficiency of information notification can be improved. In addition, because the input method program can be hosted in any application, the user can trigger the input method program in any application, namely, the information can be received, and the efficiency of information notification can be further improved.
