The determination scheme 1 and the determination scheme 2 may identify the content of the information received by the user through a natural language processing technology to identify whether the information has an intention of inquiring about the current user state or an intention of requiring a reply using the current user state. The determination method 1 may set a preset keyword related to the current user status, such as "at dry", "where", "at a meal", and the like, and may match the vocabulary included in the information with the preset keyword. The determination scheme 2 may preset a sentence pattern related to the current user state, such as a question pattern corresponding to "at dry, where", "at lunch", and the like, and match the sentence pattern of the information with the preset sentence pattern.
When the user has an intention to reply using the current user state, the determination mode 3 may provide a corresponding instruction interface, for example, when the user issues the first preset operation, it may be considered that an instruction to reply using the current user state is issued. It should be noted that the first preset operation may be a preset key or a combination of preset keys, or the first preset operation may be implemented by a touch screen having a pressure sensing function. For example, when a user replies in the reply frame, normally triggering the preset key triggers the input of a character corresponding to the preset key, but in the embodiment of the present invention, if the user has an intention to reply by using the current user state, the preset key may be triggered by a preset pressing force degree to issue an instruction to reply by using the current user state. For example, when the pressing force degree of the user to the preset key is in the range of [0, p1], the operation may be recognized as a character input operation, and when the pressing force degree of the click operation by the user is in the range of [ p1, p2], the operation may be recognized as a first preset operation.
It should be noted that, in order to obtain the pressing force degree of the Touch operation, a Touch screen with a pressure sensing function, for example, a 3D-Touch (Three Dimensions Touch) Touch screen, may be disposed in the intelligent terminal, or the intelligent terminal may further include a control for pressure sensing in a common Touch screen.
The determination mode 4 may determine whether to use the current user status information for quick reply of the information to be replied based on the time interval. For example, when the user does not reply to a short message in time, and after a certain interval, the user replies to the short message through an edit box of the short message, etc., the current user state may be used.
For the determination method 5, when the current location of the user is inconsistent with the current frequently-used location of the user (such as the location of a family or a unit), it may be determined that the information to be replied needs to be replied quickly by using the current user state information.
It can be understood that a person skilled in the art may determine whether to use the current user state information for quick reply of the message to be replied by using at least one of the above determination methods 1 to 5, and may further perform the operation corresponding to step 102.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the execution order of step 101 and step 102 is not limited, and the two steps may be executed sequentially, first after, or in parallel, for example, step 102 may be executed after the information received by the intelligent terminal is acquired in step 101, or step 102 may be executed before the information received by the intelligent terminal is acquired in step 101.
And 103, generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may adopt any scheme for generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 103 of generating a shortcut reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied information according to the current user status information may specifically include: and generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information or the current user state information and the application program information corresponding to the current user state information.
When the user state information is the preset reply information, the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information can be generated on the basis of combining the preset reply information and the name of the APP corresponding to the preset reply information. For example, when the user is shopping through the e-commerce when receiving the information, the preset reply information "buying something" corresponding to the e-commerce APP "and the e-commerce" can be combined to obtain a quick reply candidate "buying something on the e-commerce" according to the language rule. When the user state information is a user action, a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information can be generated on the basis of combining the user action and the name of the APP corresponding to the user action; the name of the APP can reflect richer information, so that the fineness of quick reply candidates can be improved. For example, if the combination result of the "takeout APP" may be [ takeout APP name, "take out" ], "and the combination result of the" video APP "may be [ video APP name," drama jubilation "], shortcut reply candidates conforming to the language rule may be obtained: "take out at take-out APP", "take-out at take-out", "show jubilation and song", "see video with video APP, song", and the like.
In one application example 2 of the present invention, when the user C is watching tv drama "song" using the "video-class APP", the "video-class APP" can broadcast the user action of the user C [ video APP name, "drama song" through the system, and the input method application can record a series of user actions of the user C; thus, assuming that a prompt of "dry pray" is received from the instant messaging conversation of the user D, the user C clicks the prompt to enter the instant messaging chat window, and the input method application may generate a corresponding quick reply candidate according to a series of user actions of the user C when the user C does not perform actual input: "seeing jubilation at video APP" and "seeing comedy jubilation".
When a plurality of user actions are recorded, the user actions may be filtered in a reverse order of occurrence time and/or a duration of the user actions. The closer the occurrence time is to the current time, the higher the probability of selection, and the longer the duration of the user action, the higher the probability of selection. For example, if the user first opens the drama "song" through the "video APP", and then pauses the play of the drama "song", and then searches for the product through the "tv commercial APP", the probability that the corresponding user action is selected due to the short duration of the "video APP" is small. For another example, if the user opens the drama "song" through the "video APP", and then orders takeout through the "takeout APP" during the playing process of the drama "song", the probability that the corresponding user action is selected due to the long duration of the "e-commerce APP" is high.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when there are multiple preset reply messages, the preset reply message may be selected according to the running states (such as a foreground running state and a background running state) of the application, and the quick reply candidate may be generated according to the selected preset reply message, for example, the priority of the foreground running state may be higher than the priority of the background running state.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, a quick reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied information may be generated according to a preset candidate format. For example, the preset candidate formats may be: at least one of { time, place, pronoun } + current user status information, for example, "just seeing song" includes time, pronoun, and current user status information, and it is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not impose a limitation on the preset candidate format.
Another scheme for generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the message to be replied is provided. In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the step 103 of generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied information according to the current user state information specifically includes: searching in a mapping relation between preset user state information and preset quick reply content according to the current user state information to obtain target quick reply content corresponding to the current user state information, wherein the target quick reply content is used as a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied; the mapping relationship may be obtained according to historical user state information and historical reply content.
In practical application, the historical user state information and the historical reply content can be learned to obtain the mapping relation between the preset user state information and the preset quick reply content. Through the learning, the reply habits of the user when receiving the information under different user state information can be obtained, so that reasonable quick reply candidates are provided for the user when receiving the information under the subsequent identical or same user state information.
For example, when the intelligent terminal has no foreground process, is in a dormant state, and is in a moving scene, if the reply is performed at a time interval > t of receiving information, and the historical reply content is "just moving without seeing a message", the mapping relationship between "no foreground process, dormant state, and moving scene" and "just moving without seeing a message" can be learned, so that when the information of the same or identical user state is encountered in the future, the corresponding quick reply candidate can be directly obtained by inquiring the mapping relationship. The t may be a threshold determined by a person skilled in the art according to actual application requirements, for example, the t may be 60 minutes, 30 minutes, and the like.
For another example, when the user uses the video APP and frequently replies "watching tv", the mapping relationship between the "video APP" and "watching tv" can be learned.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the accuracy of the preset quick reply content, the historical user state information, the historical information and the historical reply content may be learned to obtain a mapping relationship between the preset user state information, the preset information and the preset quick reply content, and the mapping relationship may reflect a reply habit of the user when receiving a type of information under different user state information, so that when receiving a type of information under the same or identical user state information, a reasonable quick reply candidate may be provided for the user.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the quality of the quick reply candidate, the generated quick reply candidates may be sorted according to at least one of a language model, a priority of an application program, and a reply habit of a user, where the sorting based on the language model may reflect the strength of a language rule corresponding to the quick reply candidate; the priority of the application program can be distinguished by a foreground running state and a background running state, or can be obtained by user setting; the reply habit of the user may reflect the habit of the user when replying to the information, for example, the user habit may only carry the current user state information (such as "watching video") in the quick reply candidate, but not any of { time, place, pronoun }, so the current user state information may only be carried in the quick reply candidate.
After the shortcut reply candidate is generated, the processing method of the embodiment of the present invention may be various. For example, the quick reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied information can be presented to the user for the user to select. The quick reply candidate can be displayed in a pop-up window mode, a bubble mode and the like, and the quick reply candidate selected by the user can be displayed on a screen (output to an application program) in response to the selection operation of the user on the quick reply candidate. Optionally, the step of presenting the quick reply candidate corresponding to the message to be replied to the user may specifically include: displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied in a candidate window of an input method program; or displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user through the application program receiving the information to be replied. As a host program, the input method program may be hosted in a host program such as a short message application, an instant messaging application, and the like, so that in a scenario where, for example, a user clicks a reply box, the input method program may present a quick reply candidate corresponding to the message to be replied to the user through a candidate window. For example, if the short message application of the intelligent terminal receives the message to be replied, the user still needs to reply the message to be replied through the short message application, so that the short message application can show the quick reply candidate corresponding to the message to be replied to the user in a scene that the user clicks a reply box, for example.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, in consideration of a situation that the user trusts the quick reply candidate enough, the optimal quick reply candidate may be displayed on the screen in response to the second preset operation of the user without showing the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user. The optimal quality of the quick reply candidate is the optimal quality, wherein the quality score of the quick reply candidate can be calculated according to at least one of the language model, the priority of the application program and the reply habit of the user, and the quick reply candidate with the highest quality score is taken as the optimal quick reply candidate. Or, according to at least one of the language model, the priority of the application program, and the reply habit of the user, the multiple quick reply candidates may be ranked from high to low, and the first quick reply candidate may be used as the optimal quick reply candidate.
The principle of the second preset operation is similar to that of the first preset operation, and for example, the second preset operation may specifically include: click operation according with a first pressing force degree condition, and/or sliding operation according with a second pressing force degree condition, and the like, so as to distinguish the second preset operation from other operations such as the first preset operation.
In summary, the quick reply method of the embodiment of the invention can carry more abundant deep information through the quick reply candidate, so that the quick reply candidate can be matched with the accurate reply intention of the user, and the accuracy and the richness of the quick reply candidate are further improved.
And under the condition that the quick reply candidate is matched with the accurate reply intention of the user, the user can directly reply the information by using the quick reply candidate, and the input cost of the user in replying the information can be further reduced, so that the quick reply efficiency can be improved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of motion combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited by the described motion sequences, because some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no moving act is required as an embodiment of the invention.
Device embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, a block diagram of a structure of an embodiment of a quick reply device of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include: an information receiving module 201, a state acquiring module 202, and a candidate generating module 203.
The information receiving module 201 is configured to obtain information received by the intelligent terminal;
the state acquisition module 202 is configured to acquire current user state information through an application program of the intelligent terminal in an operating state; and
and the candidate generating module 203 is configured to generate a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the user status information may specifically include at least one of the following information:
presetting reply information corresponding to the application program;
user actions generated by the application; and
the context state of the application.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the preset reply information corresponding to the application program may be reply information preset by a current user for the application program, or the preset reply information corresponding to the application program may be information obtained by statistics according to reply information preset by a network-wide user for the application program.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the candidate generating module 203 may specifically include:
and the first candidate generation submodule is used for generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information or the current user state information and the application program information corresponding to the current user state information.
In yet another optional embodiment of the present invention, the candidate generating module 203 may specifically include:

In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the state obtaining module 202 may specifically include:
the query submodule is used for sending a query request to an application program in a running state and receiving current user state information returned by the application program in the running state according to the query request; or
And the monitoring submodule is used for monitoring the information broadcasted by the application program in the running state, wherein the information carries the current user state information.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the state obtaining module 202 is specifically configured to, when it is determined that the current user state information needs to be used for performing quick reply on the information to be replied, obtain the current user state information through an application program of the intelligent terminal in an operating state.
In yet another optional embodiment of the present invention, the state obtaining module 202 may specifically include:
the first determining sub-module is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the information to be replied comprises vocabularies matched with preset keywords; and/or
The second determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the information to be replied accords with a preset statement mode; and/or
The third determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the first preset operation of the user is received; and/or
The fourth determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the difference value between the current time and the receiving time of the information to be replied exceeds a time threshold; and/or
And the fifth determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the current position is inconsistent with the common position of the current user.
In yet another optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further comprise:
the display module is used for displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user for the user to select; or
And the screen-loading module is used for responding to a second preset operation of the user and loading the optimal quick reply candidate screen.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the presentation module may include:
the first display sub-module is used for displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied in a candidate window of an input method program; or
And the second display sub-module is used for displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user through the application program for receiving the information to be replied.

With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 900 for quick replies, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 900 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, apparatus 900 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 902, memory 904, power component 906, multimedia component 908, audio component 910, input/output (I/O) interface 912, sensor component 914, and communication component 916.
The processing component 902 generally controls overall operation of the device 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing element 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
The memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the apparatus 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 906 provides power to the various components of the device 900. The power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 900.
The multimedia component 908 comprises a screen providing an output interface between the device 900 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide motion action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 900 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 900 is in an operating mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 900. For example, sensor assembly 914 may detect an open/closed state of device 900, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of device 900, the change in position of device 900 or a component of device 900, the presence or absence of user contact with device 900, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 900, and the change in temperature of device 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The apparatus 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 904 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 920 of the apparatus 900 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a quick reply method, the method comprising: acquiring information to be replied received by an intelligent terminal; acquiring current user state information through an application program in a running state of the intelligent terminal; and generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a server in some embodiments of the invention. The server 1900 may vary widely by configuration or performance and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1922 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1932, one or more storage media 1930 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 1942 or data 1944. Memory 1932 and storage medium 1930 can be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 1930 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instructions operating on a server. Still further, a central processor 1922 may be provided in communication with the storage medium 1930 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1930 on the server 1900.
The server 1900 may also include one or more power supplies 1926, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1950, one or more input-output interfaces 1958, one or more keyboards 1956, and/or one or more operating systems 1941, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.

Claims (28)

1. A quick reply method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring information to be replied received by an intelligent terminal;
acquiring current user state information through an application program in a running state of the intelligent terminal;
according to the current user state information, generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied;
wherein the user state information includes at least one of the following information:
presetting reply information corresponding to the application program;
user actions generated by the application; and
the context state of the application.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is a reply information preset by a current user for the application program, or the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is information statistically obtained according to reply information preset by a network-wide user for the application program.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the step of generating the shortcut reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied message according to the current user status message comprises:
generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information or the current user state information and the corresponding application program information; the application information is the name of the application.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the step of generating the shortcut reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied message according to the current user status message comprises:
searching in a mapping relation between preset user state information and preset quick reply content according to the current user state information to obtain target quick reply content corresponding to the current user state information, wherein the target quick reply content is used as a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied; and the mapping relation is obtained according to historical user state information and historical reply content.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the current user status information through the application program in the running state of the intelligent terminal comprises:
sending a query request to an application program in a running state, and receiving current user state information returned by the application program in the running state according to the query request; or
Monitoring a message broadcasted by an application program in a running state, wherein the message carries current user state information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the step of obtaining the current user status information through the application program in the running state of the intelligent terminal comprises:

When the information to be replied accords with a preset statement mode, determining that the information to be replied needs to be quickly replied by using the current user state information; and/or
When a first preset operation of a user is received, determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied; and/or
When the difference value between the current time and the receiving time of the information to be replied exceeds a time threshold value, determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied; and/or
And when the current position is inconsistent with the common position of the current user, determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising:
displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user for the user to select; or
Responding to a second preset operation of the user, and enabling the optimal quick reply candidate to be displayed on the screen.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the step of presenting the quick reply candidate corresponding to the message to be replied to the user comprises:
displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied in a candidate window of an input method program; or
And displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user through the application program receiving the information to be replied.

The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is a reply information preset by a current user for the application program, or the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is statistically obtained according to reply information preset by a network-wide user for the application program.
12. The apparatus of any of claims 10 to 11, wherein the candidate generation module comprises:
a first candidate generation submodule, configured to generate a quick reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied information according to the current user state information or the current user state information and application information corresponding to the current user state information; the application information is the name of the application.
13. The apparatus of any of claims 10 to 11, wherein the candidate generation module comprises:
a second candidate generation submodule, configured to search, according to the current user state information, a mapping relationship between preset user state information and preset quick reply content to obtain target quick reply content corresponding to the current user state information, where the target quick reply content is used as a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied; and the mapping relation is obtained according to historical user state information and historical reply content.
14. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the status obtaining module comprises:
the query submodule is used for sending a query request to an application program in a running state and receiving current user state information returned by the application program in the running state according to the query request; or
And the monitoring submodule is used for monitoring the information broadcasted by the application program in the running state, wherein the information carries the current user state information.

The fourth determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the difference value between the current time and the receiving time of the information to be replied exceeds a time threshold; and/or
And the fifth determining submodule is used for determining that the current user state information needs to be used for quickly replying the information to be replied when the current position is inconsistent with the common position of the current user.

user actions generated by the application; and
the context state of the application.

The apparatus according to claim 19, wherein the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is a reply information preset by a current user for the application program, or the preset reply information corresponding to the application program is statistically obtained according to reply information preset by a network-wide user for the application program.
21. The apparatus according to any one of claims 19 to 20, wherein the generating a shortcut reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied message according to the current user status information includes:
generating a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied according to the current user state information or the current user state information and the corresponding application program information; the application information is the name of the application.
22. The apparatus according to any one of claims 19 to 20, wherein the generating a shortcut reply candidate corresponding to the to-be-replied message according to the current user status information includes:
searching in a mapping relation between preset user state information and preset quick reply content according to the current user state information to obtain target quick reply content corresponding to the current user state information, wherein the target quick reply content is used as a quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied; and the mapping relation is obtained according to historical user state information and historical reply content.
23. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the obtaining of the current user status information through the application program in the running state of the smart terminal comprises:
sending a query request to an application program in a running state, and receiving current user state information returned by the application program in the running state according to the query request; or

26. The apparatus of any of claims 19 to 20, wherein the apparatus is further configured to execute the one or more programs by the one or more processors includes instructions for:
displaying the quick reply candidate corresponding to the information to be replied to the user for the user to select; or
Responding to a second preset operation of the user, and enabling the optimal quick reply candidate to be displayed on the screen.
