Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of soybean oil, which specifically comprises the following steps: selecting full-grain soybean particles, removing impurities and dregs, washing the soybean particles, and drying for later use; moistening the raw materials with water, and parching in a seed parching machine; then transferring the mixture to a peeling machine for peeling treatment; then putting the mixture into an oil press for low-temperature squeezing; and finally, precipitating, filtering by using a centrifugal machine for the first time, filtering peptizing impurities, putting the filtered oil into a freezing chamber for standing and precipitating, putting the frozen oil into a high-speed freezing centrifugal machine for centrifuging for the second time, and putting the frozen oil into a vacuum box for vacuumizing to obtain the oil. The preparation method of the soybean oil provided by the invention is simple in process and easy to operate, and the prepared soybean oil is high in purity and the soybean oil yield is high.
