Abstract

本发明公开了塑胶跑道用硅PU产品,包括甲组份、乙组分和催化材料,所述甲组份包括聚醚多元醇200‑260份、聚氨酯420‑450份、环氧棕榈油140‑160份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯200‑220份,其生产方法包括以下步骤,将甲组份中聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯和环氧棕榈油按照比例取料混合。本发明采用混凝土回收粉料替代传统的重钙粉作为填充粉料,能够节省大量的成本,降低了塑胶跑道的施工成本,且采用聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯、环氧棕榈油作为甲组份材料,增加了塑胶跑道疏水性,且无需使用危害环境的发泡剂,经济性和环保性能大大增加,适宜于中、小型学校使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅PU产品技术领域,尤其涉及塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法。
背景技术
硅PU是一种符合人体工学原理并满足运动物理特性需要,具备上硬下弹结构特征并能直接在水泥或沥青基础上施工的健康型专业弹性合成球场面层材料系统,以单组份有机硅改性聚氨酯组成缓冲回弹结构,双组份改性丙烯酸作为耐磨面层。作为一种体育设施场地地面材料,有良好的的缓冲性和延展性,粘接力强,对基础有一定的治愈功能,能够自动找平,施工简单,抗老化性优秀,施工后化学性能稳定,不易产生气泡等问题。
目前国内市场上现有产品品种的成本和价位相对较高,这样高昂的价格大大制约了聚氨酯塑胶跑道的推广和应用。许多中、小学受财力的限制,暂时难以接受的高价位塑胶跑道。为了配合全民健身纲要计划,进一步推动我国人民体育水平的提高,低成本塑胶跑道的开发和应用推广必然成为以后市场发展的方向。
目前尚未发现混凝土回收料在聚氨酯塑胶跑道方面进行运用,相比于使用重钙粉作为填充剂的价格高昂塑胶跑道,使用混凝土回收料的价格大大降低,能够适宜普通中、小学的财力需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法。
本发明提出的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品包括甲组份、乙组分和催化材料,所述甲组份包括聚醚多元醇200-260份、聚氨酯420-450份、环氧棕榈油140-160份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯200-220份,所述乙组分包括聚醚多元醇50-60份、聚氨酯70-90份、环氧棕榈油100-120份、硅粉10-20份、硫化剂10-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、混凝土回收粉料625-700份、色粉7-10份,催化剂包括0.3-0.5份T12、2-3份锌/铋复合催化剂。
优选地,所述甲组份与乙组分质量比优选为1:5。
本发明提出的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将甲组份中聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯和环氧棕榈油按照比例取料混合,加入反应釜中加热至80℃-90℃脱水2-3h,然后按比例放入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,加热反应2-3小时出料;
S2:将甲组份得到的材料与乙组分材料按照1:5的比例均匀混合,加入甲组份质量2%-3%的催化剂铺装塑胶跑道
优选地,所述S1中加热过程中需要不断搅拌。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用混凝土回收粉料替代传统的重钙粉作为填充粉料,能够节省大量的成本,降低了塑胶跑道的施工成本,且采用聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯、环氧棕榈油作为甲组份材料,增加了塑胶跑道疏水性,且无需使用危害环境的发泡剂,经济性和环保性能大大增加,适宜于中、小型学校使用。

本发明提出的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品包括甲组份、乙组分和催化材料,甲组份与乙组分质量比优选为1:5,所述甲组份包括聚醚多元醇200-260份、聚氨酯420-450份、环氧棕榈油140-160份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯200-220份,所述乙组分包括聚醚多元醇50-60份、聚氨酯70-90份、环氧棕榈油100-120份、硅粉10-20份、硫化剂10-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、混凝土回收粉料625-700份、色粉7-10份,催化剂包括0.3-0.5份T12、2-3份锌/铋复合催化剂。
本发明提出的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将甲组份中聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯和环氧棕榈油按照比例取料混合,加入反应釜中加热至80℃-90℃脱水2-3h,然后按比例放入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,加热反应2-3小时出料,加热过程中需要不断搅拌;
S2:将甲组份得到的材料与乙组分材料按照1:5的比例均匀混合,加入甲组份质量2%-3%的催化剂铺装塑胶跑道。

1.塑胶跑道用硅PU产品,其特征在于,包括甲组份、乙组分和催化材料,所述甲组份包括聚醚多元醇200-260份、聚氨酯420-450份、环氧棕榈油140-160份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯200-220份,所述乙组分包括聚醚多元醇50-60份、聚氨酯70-90份、环氧棕榈油100-120份、硅粉10-20份、硫化剂10-15份、硅烷偶联剂5-10份、混凝土回收粉料625-700份、色粉7-10份,催化剂包括0.3-0.5份T12、2-3份锌/铋复合催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品,其特征在于,所述甲组份与乙组分质量比优选为1:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将甲组份中聚醚多元醇、聚氨酯和环氧棕榈油按照比例取料混合,加入反应釜中加热至80℃-90℃脱水2-3h,然后按比例放入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,加热反应2-3小时出料;
S2:将甲组份得到的材料与乙组分材料按照1:5的比例均匀混合,加入甲组份质量2%-3%的催化剂铺装塑胶跑道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶跑道用硅PU产品生产方法,其特征在于,所述S1中加热过程中需要不断搅拌。
