The oil stain filter can filter oil and dust generated during vacuumizing, and can quickly pump out air in the spraying host machine 1 when vacuumizing is needed; when the vacuum needs to be released, the pressure release valve 31c is preferably a proportional ball valve, and the opening of the pressure release valve 31c can be adjusted to slowly release the vacuum; after the vacuum is completely released, the fan 35 is used for exhausting air to the mixing cavity 101, so that the problem that condensed water in the mixing cavity 101 is condensed to form drops and drops on material particles to influence the mildew of the material is solved.

The first nozzle assembly 13 comprises ten nozzles 26 arranged on the left side of the feed port 2, each nozzle 26 on the left side is connected with a corresponding pumping pipeline 29, the second nozzle assembly 13 comprises ten nozzles 26 arranged on the right side of the feed port 2, and each nozzle 26 on the right side is connected with a corresponding pumping pipeline 29; a V-shaped groove is arranged at the spray outlet of the nozzle 26, and the angle between the spray outlet axis of the nozzle 26 and the horizontal plane of the mixing cavity 101 is 15 degrees. The accuracy and the uniformity of liquid spraying are good; the liquid adding proportion range is large, and different adding amount requirements can be met.
In order to ensure the normal work of the spraying system and prevent the device from being incapable of supplying liquid during maintenance; the liquid adding device 30 comprises a daily tank, the daily tank is connected with a batch tank through a pipeline, the batch tank is connected with a weighing tank 45 through a pipeline, the weighing tank 45 is connected with a buffer tank 46 through a pipeline, and the buffer tank 46 is connected with a pumping pipeline 29; the material adding equipment is a weightless scale and a batching scale which are matched. The required liquid can be fed to the pumping conduit 29 via a weighing tank 45.
When the device works, materials (pet materials) are added into a mixing cavity 101 through a feeding hole 2 by material adding equipment, after the feeding is finished, the feeding hole 2 is closed, the interior of the mixing cavity 101 is vacuumized through a vacuum tube 11, grease with corresponding weight is prepared in advance by liquid adding equipment 30 according to the weight of the added materials, after the vacuumization is finished, liquid grease is sent into a first nozzle assembly 13 through a pumping pipeline 29, meanwhile, a stirring shaft 3 rotates to roll and stir the materials through a paddle 5, the grease is sprayed onto the surface of the materials by the nozzle assembly 13, after the spraying is finished, the vacuum is slowly released, and the opening degree of the vacuum tube 11 is controlled through a proportional ball valve, so that the grease is pressed into material particles by atmospheric pressure; then, meat pulp is sprayed on the surfaces of the material particles through another pumping pipeline 29 and a second nozzle assembly 13, or powdery phagostimulant is added through the feed inlet 2; and finally, opening and closing the driving mechanism to open the two discharging doors 10 for discharging.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the first nozzle assembly 13 is connected to the pumping line 1301 located above, the first nozzle assembly 13 includes a left branch pipe 1301a, a right branch pipe 1301b and a right branch pipe 1301c, six nozzles 26 are provided on the left branch pipe 1301a, and four nozzles 26 are provided on each of the right branch pipe 1301b and the right branch pipe 1301 c; the second nozzle assembly 13 is connected with the pumping pipeline 1302 positioned below, the second nozzle assembly 13 comprises a left branch pipe two 1302a and a right branch pipe three 1302b, four nozzles 26 are arranged on the left branch pipe two 1302a, two nozzles 26 are arranged on the right branch pipe three 1302b, the left branch pipe two 1302a is arranged corresponding to the left branch pipe one 1301a, and the right branch pipe three 1302b is arranged corresponding to the right branch pipe one 1301b and the right branch pipe two 1301 c; a V-shaped groove is arranged at the spray outlet of the nozzle 26, and the angle between the spray outlet axis of the nozzle 26 and the horizontal plane of the mixing cavity 101 is 15 degrees. The inclination angle of the nozzles 26 ensures that the spray between the nozzles 26 at the left side and the right side can spray all the materials thrown upwards and in the middle of the mixing cavity 101 and on the blades 5 of the stirring shaft 3, and the adjacent sprays are overlapped to achieve a better spraying effect; the 10 nozzles 26 on the left side and the right side can be configured with different addition amounts and can be used according to actual needs; and a plurality of groups of inclined pressure atomizing nozzles which are reasonably arranged are matched to ensure that the coefficient of variation CV value of the spraying uniformity is less than or equal to 5 percent.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and based on the technical solutions disclosed in the present invention, those skilled in the art can make some substitutions and modifications to some technical features without creative efforts according to the disclosed technical contents, and these substitutions and modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic vacuum spraying system comprises a spraying host, wherein a feeding hole is formed in the top of the spraying host, a mixing cavity is formed in the spraying host, a discharging hole is formed in the bottom of the spraying host, the mixing cavity comprises two bilaterally symmetrical sub-cavities, a stirring shaft is respectively and rotatably arranged in the two sub-cavities and is parallel to the length direction of the sub-cavities of the spraying host, a plurality of blades are arranged on the stirring shaft in a staggered mode, the blades on the stirring shaft are circumferentially staggered, the stirring shaft is in transmission connection with a rotary driving mechanism, the discharging hole is formed in the bottom of each sub-cavity of the spraying host, discharging doors are correspondingly arranged at the discharging holes and are in transmission connection with an opening and closing driving mechanism, the discharging doors are arc-shaped along the cross section perpendicular to the stirring shaft, the arc-shaped angle of each discharging door is 59-61 degrees, the spraying main machine is characterized in that openable machine body access doors are arranged on the left side and the right side of the spraying main machine, a vacuumizing pipe communicated with the mixing cavity and a hot air drying pipe communicated with the mixing cavity are arranged on the upper side of the spraying main machine, a first nozzle assembly and a second nozzle assembly communicated with the mixing cavity are arranged at the top of the spraying main machine, the first nozzle assembly and the second nozzle assembly are respectively connected with a pumping pipeline, and the head end of the pumping pipeline is connected with liquid adding equipment; and material adding equipment is correspondingly arranged above the feeding hole.

The automatic vacuum spraying system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the opening and closing driving mechanism comprises two discharging door shafts which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two discharging doors, the discharging door shafts are parallel to the stirring shaft, the left and right ends of each discharging door shaft are rotatably supported on the spraying host machine, each discharging door shaft is fixedly connected with the corresponding discharging door through at least two support arms, a damping cushion plate is arranged between the end part of each support arm and each discharging door, one end of each discharging door shaft is connected with a rocker arm, the spraying host machine is provided with an air cylinder bin corresponding to the rocker arm, an air cylinder is hinged in the air cylinder bin, the working end of the air cylinder is hinged with a double-link rocker, the left and right ends of the double-link rocker are hinged with connecting rods, and the other ends of the; a limit column fixed with the spraying host is correspondingly arranged above the double-connection rocker; the spraying host computer is provided with a cylinder bin access door capable of shielding the cylinder bin, and the two cylinder bin access doors are symmetrically arranged on the left and right.
