Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构,包括电池卷芯本体,所述电池卷芯本体的顶端通过超声焊接连接有负极耳和正极耳,并在焊接部分连接有极耳贴胶;所述电池卷芯本体的左右两侧分别贴设有侧边胶;所述电池卷芯本体的顶端设有极耳固定胶,所述极耳固定胶从电池卷芯本体的一侧开始贴胶,延伸至电池卷芯本体的顶端,并将负极耳和正极耳与电池卷芯本体的连接处贴住,再延伸至电池卷芯本体的另一侧;所述电池卷芯本体的顶部和底部分别连接有顶部胶和底部胶。本发明加强了卷芯极耳的稳定性、降低了极耳在晃动过程中断裂的几率,提高电池卷芯的安全性能,能使后续封装更加便利、稳定,实用性较强。

一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池技术领域,尤其涉及到一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构。
背景技术
目前叠片式锂离子电池主要有Z字型叠片和卷绕式叠片,Z字型叠片主要是先将正负极极片分别通过裁切、冲型,形成具有假极耳的单片极片,其隔膜呈Z字型叠绕,正负极极片依次交叉叠放,中间由隔膜隔开,叠片后正负极假极耳与正负极极耳通过焊接方式整合在一起。
叠片式卷芯极耳稳定性能较差、晃动,不利于后续生产工序操作,同时在晃动过程中,假极耳易断裂,对电芯基本性能有一定的影响,同时存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单,实用的锂离子电池极耳的装配结构。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构,其特征在于:包括电池卷芯本体,所述电池卷芯本体的顶端通过超声焊接连接有负极耳和正极耳,并在焊接部分连接有极耳贴胶;所述电池卷芯本体的左右两侧分别贴设有侧边胶;所述电池卷芯本体的顶端设有极耳固定胶,所述极耳固定胶从电池卷芯本体的一侧开始贴胶,延伸至电池卷芯本体的顶端,并将负极耳和正极耳与电池卷芯本体的连接处贴住,再延伸至电池卷芯本体的另一侧;所述电池卷芯本体的顶部和底部分别连接有顶部胶和底部胶。
进一步地,所述侧边胶为三个。
进一步地,所述顶部胶位于负极耳和正极耳之间。
本发明的有益效果在于:充分利用电池的顶部空间、对电池卷芯厚度无影响,加强了卷芯极耳的稳定性、降低了极耳在晃动过程中断裂的几率,提高电池的安全性能,同时能使后续封装更加便利、稳定,实用性较强。

实施例:
一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构,如图1、图2、图3所示,包括电池卷芯本体3,电池卷芯本体3的顶端通过超声焊接连接有负极耳1和正极耳2,并在焊接部分连接有极耳贴胶6;电池卷芯本体3的左右两侧分别贴设有三个的侧边胶4;电池卷芯本体3的顶端设有极耳固定胶7,极耳固定胶7从电池卷芯本体3的一侧开始贴胶,延伸至电池卷芯本体3的顶端,并将负极耳1和正极耳2与电池卷芯本体3的连接处贴住,再延伸至电池卷芯本体3的另一侧;电池卷芯本体3的顶部和底部分别连接有顶部胶8和底部胶5;顶部胶8位于负极耳1和正极耳2之间,加强负极耳1和正极耳2的牢固程度。
本实施例充分利用电池卷芯本体3的顶部空间、对电池卷芯本体3厚度无影响,加强了负极耳1和正极耳2的稳定性、降低了负极耳1和正极耳2在晃动过程中断裂的几率,提高电芯的安全性能,同时能使后续封装更加便利、稳定,实用性较强。

1.一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构,其特征在于:包括电池卷芯本体(3),所述电池卷芯本体(3)的顶端通过超声焊接连接有负极耳(1)和正极耳(2),并在焊接部分连接有极耳贴胶(6);所述电池卷芯本体(3)的左右两侧分别贴设有侧边胶(4);所述电池卷芯本体(3)的顶端设有极耳固定胶(7),所述极耳固定胶(7)从电池卷芯本体(3)的一侧开始贴胶,延伸至电池卷芯本体(3)的顶端,并将负极耳(1)和正极耳(2)与电池卷芯本体(3)的连接处贴住,再延伸至电池卷芯本体(3)的另一侧;所述电池卷芯本体(3)的顶部和底部分别连接有顶部胶(8)和底部胶(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池极耳的装配结构,其特征在于:所述侧边胶(4)为三个。
