S4: and outputting a humidification strategy according to the fresh air opening state, the latent heat recovery state and the operation stage where the humidification control system is located, so that the humidification control system can adjust the humidification amount according to the humidification strategy. That is, the moisture content of the indoor air is calculated according to the collected value, and the target moisture content of the indoor air is calculated according to the collected temperature and humidity value of the fresh air entering the room and the set value of the indoor temperature and humidity; and if the latent heat recovery device is arranged, calculating the moisture content of the exhaust air after heat recovery according to the collected exhaust air temperature and humidity. Theoretically, the moisture content of the exhaust air can also be calculated from the efficiency value of latent heat recovery.
The operation modes of the humidification control system comprise the following modes: fresh air is not started and a latent heat recovery mode is not provided; fresh air is started and a latent heat recovery mode is avoided; the fresh air is opened and a latent heat recovery mode is provided. In each of the different operating modes, there is an initial phase humidity control strategy and a relatively stable phase humidity control strategy.
Specifically, when the system is in a fresh air non-opening and latent heat recovery free mode, it is determined that the fresh air is not opened and latent heat recovery is not performed, and then the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is an initial stage is as follows:
obtaining an initial unit humidification amount according to the difference value between the indoor moisture content acquisition value and the moisture content set value;
acquiring and calculating indoor initial indoor moisture content and indoor moisture content at the end time of the set time within the set time, and obtaining indoor required current humidification total amount according to the humidification amount within the set time;
obtaining a total humidification quantity working curve through cyclic value calculation, and adjusting the current humidification quantity according to the total humidification quantity working curve until the indoor moisture content acquisition value reaches the moisture content set value for the first time, and finishing the humidification cycle in the initial stage;
at this time, if it is determined that the fresh air is not started and no latent heat is recovered, the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is a relatively stable stage is as follows:
acquiring the current humidification quantity of a humidification system at a demarcation point of an operation stage when the indoor moisture content acquisition value reaches a moisture content set value for the first time;
humidification is carried out with the current humidification quantity at the division point of the operating phases as the humidification quantity.
When the system is in a fresh air starting mode and a latent heat recovery mode, the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is an initial stage is as follows:
obtaining fresh air humidification quantity according to the difference value between the fresh air moisture content and the set moisture content and the fresh air quantity;
acquiring and calculating indoor initial indoor moisture content and indoor moisture content at the end time of the set time within the set time, and obtaining indoor required current humidification total amount according to the humidification amount within the set time; the indoor required real-time humidification quantity with the indoor required current humidification total quantity changing along with the time is obtained through the circulation value calculation;
obtaining a humidity value lost along with the exhaust air according to the exhaust air quantity and the exhaust air moisture content;
summing the fresh air humidification quantity, the indoor required real-time humidification quantity and the humidity value lost along with the exhaust air to obtain the current humidification quantity of the humidification control system;
at this time, it is determined that the fresh air is turned on and no latent heat is recovered, and the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is a relatively stable stage is as follows:
acquiring the moisture dispersion capacity of indoor unit time;
and humidifying by taking the current humidification quantity obtained according to the difference between the sum of the fresh air humidification quantity and the humidity value lost along with the exhaust air and the indoor moisture dispersion quantity as the humidification quantity.
When the system is in a fresh air opening mode and a latent heat recovery mode, the fresh air opening mode and the latent heat recovery mode are judged, and the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is an initial stage is as follows:
obtaining fresh air humidification quantity according to the difference value between the moisture content of the fresh air after latent heat exchange and the set moisture content and the fresh air quantity;
acquiring and calculating indoor initial indoor moisture content and indoor moisture content at the finishing moment of the set duration within the set duration, obtaining indoor required current humidification total amount according to the humidification amount within the set duration, and obtaining indoor required real-time humidification amount of the indoor required current humidification total amount changing along with time through cyclic value calculation;
obtaining a humidity value lost along with the exhaust air according to the exhaust air volume and the exhaust air moisture content after latent heat exchange; or obtaining a humidity value lost along with the exhaust air according to the exhaust air volume, the moisture content before latent heat exchange and the latent heat exchange efficiency;
summing the fresh air humidification quantity, the indoor required real-time humidification quantity and the humidity value lost along with the exhaust air to obtain the current humidification quantity of the humidification control system;
at this time, it is determined that the fresh air is turned on and latent heat is recovered, and the humidification strategy that the operation stage where the humidification control system is located is a relatively stable stage is as follows:
acquiring the moisture dispersion capacity of indoor unit time;
and humidifying by taking the current humidification quantity obtained according to the difference between the sum of the fresh air humidification quantity and the humidity value lost along with the exhaust air and the indoor moisture dispersion quantity as the humidification quantity.
In the above embodiment, from another point of view, the humidity control system in the initial stage control method includes:
calculating a first unit time humidification amount required when the moisture content of the fresh air sent into the room reaches a set value according to the fresh air supply amount, the moisture content corresponding to the indoor set temperature and humidity value and the collected fresh air moisture content;
determining the humidification amount per unit time meeting the indoor closed condition according to the difference value between the moisture content corresponding to the indoor set temperature and humidity value and the collected moisture content of the current indoor environment;
calculating the third unit time humidification amount required by supplementary air exhaust according to the water vapor taken away by the air exhaust amount;
the initial humidification amount per unit time of the initial stage is the sum of the first humidification amount per unit time, the second humidification amount per unit time and the third humidification amount per unit time.
The calculation of the amount of humidification per unit time described above is divided into two cases:
a, unorganized air exhaust and organized air exhaust without latent heat recovery (room air volume is balanced, because of fresh air fed into a room, indoor air can be exhausted outdoors through a door gap and a window seam or the air exhaust is exhausted outdoors through an air exhaust duct, and the air exhaust can take away part of indoor vapor): the humidification quantity 3 is the product of the exhaust quantity and the exhaust moisture content;
b organized exhaust system (room air quantity is balanced, because of the fresh air sent into the room, the exhaust air is discharged out of the room after passing through the latent heat recovery device in the exhaust air duct, and the exhaust air can take away partial indoor vapor and can firstly go through latent heat recovery (vapor recovery)): and the humidification quantity 3 is the product of the exhaust air quantity and the moisture content of the exhaust air after heat recovery or the product of the exhaust air quantity, the moisture content before heat recovery and the latent heat recovery coefficient.
In the above embodiment, the humidity load of the room in the relatively stable phase is:
calculating a first unit time humidification amount required when the moisture content of the fresh air sent into the room reaches a set value according to the fresh air supply amount, the moisture content corresponding to the indoor set temperature and humidity value and the collected fresh air moisture content;
calculating the humidification amount in the second unit time required by supplementary air exhaust according to the water vapor taken away by the air exhaust amount;
therefore, the humidification amount per unit time of the room in the relatively stable stage is as follows: (the first humidification amount per unit time + the third humidification amount per unit time-the indoor unit time moisture dispersion amount) × n; where n is a coefficient.
In the above specific embodiment, according to the humidification control method based on the fresh air conditioning system provided by the invention, the humidification mode is determined to be in the open state according to the humidity difference between the indoor humidity value and the humidity set value, and then the fresh air open state and the latent heat recovery state are obtained; judging the operation stage of the humidification control system according to the relation between the indoor moisture content and the set moisture content; and finally, outputting a humidification strategy according to the fresh air opening state, the latent heat recovery state and the operation stage where the humidification control system is located, so that the humidification control system can adjust the humidification amount according to the humidification strategy. Therefore, the method takes the factors of fresh air humidification and operation stages into consideration when the humidification quantity is adjusted, adopts different humidification strategies under different working modes to realize the dynamic adjustment of the humidification quantity, reduces the humidification load under the fresh air adjustment mode, improves the humidification efficiency, and solves the technical problems of larger humidification load and lower humidification efficiency of the air conditioner with the fresh air adjustment system in the prior art.

an operation stage acquisition unit 300, configured to acquire an indoor moisture content, and determine an operation stage in which the humidification control system is located according to a relationship between the indoor moisture content and a set moisture content;
and the humidification quantity adjusting unit 400 is used for outputting a humidification strategy according to the fresh air opening state, the latent heat recovery state and the operation stage where the humidification control system is located, so that the humidification control system can adjust the humidification quantity according to the humidification strategy.
In the above specific embodiment, the humidification control device based on the fresh air conditioning system provided by the invention determines that the humidification mode is in the open state according to the humidity difference between the indoor humidity value and the humidity set value, and then obtains the fresh air open state and the latent heat recovery state; judging the operation stage of the humidification control system according to the relation between the indoor moisture content and the set moisture content; and finally, outputting a humidification strategy according to the fresh air opening state, the latent heat recovery state and the operation stage where the humidification control system is located, so that the humidification control system can adjust the humidification amount according to the humidification strategy.
