Based on the fresh air conditioner, the invention also provides an air conditioner control method for regulating and controlling the fresh air humidifying process of the fresh air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of an air conditioning control method according to the present invention is provided, where the air conditioning control method includes:
step S10, acquiring air outlet parameters corresponding to the fresh air duct;
the air outlet parameters specifically refer to parameters for representing the current air outlet characteristics of the fresh air, such as air speed, air volume, air outlet temperature and humidity, and the like. The air-out parameter accessible is located the sensor in new trend export or the new trend wind channel and is detected, also can acquire the operating parameter that is used for carrying out the part (like new trend fan, wind guide component etc.) that the air-out was regulated and control to the new trend in the new trend air conditioner and obtain. In this embodiment, the wind level of the fresh air fan is obtained as the wind outlet parameter.
Step S20, determining a humidification parameter corresponding to the air-out parameter;
different air outlet parameters correspond to different humidification parameters. The corresponding relation between the air-out parameter and the humidification parameter can be specifically configured based on the influence of the cooperation of the non-air-out parameter and the humidification parameter on the air-out humidity requirement required to be achieved by the fresh air outlet. The specific form of the corresponding relation can be set according to actual requirements, and can be a mapping relation, a calculation formula and the like. Based on the configured corresponding relation, the humidification parameter corresponding to the air-out parameter of the current fresh air can be determined. Wherein, under the different humidity demands, the humidification parameter that current air-out parameter corresponds can be different to guarantee that the actual air-out of new trend can satisfy required humidity. When the humidity requirement of the fresh air outlet is within a set range, the larger the outlet air parameter is, the larger the corresponding humidification parameter is.
The humidification parameter refers to an operation parameter of the humidification module related to the humidification amount. The humidifying parameters of the humidifying parts of different types can correspond to different types, and particularly when the humidifying module comprises an atomizing nozzle and/or an ultrasonic atomizing humidifying part, the humidifying parameters can particularly refer to the atomizing frequency; when the humidifying module comprises a humidifying wet membrane assembly, the humidifying parameter may specifically refer to a watering frequency of the wet membrane. The larger the spraying frequency and the larger the humidifying frequency, the larger the corresponding humidifying amount.
Specifically, when the air outlet parameter is the wind shield of the fresh air fan, different wind shields can correspond to different spraying frequencies. The larger the windshield, the greater the spray frequency. For example, when the fresh air fan includes three dampers (damper 1, damper 2, and damper 3), the spray frequency corresponding to damper 1 is frequency 1, the spray frequency corresponding to damper 2 is frequency 2, and the spray frequency corresponding to damper 3 is frequency 3. Wind speed corresponding to the wind gear 1> wind speed corresponding to the wind gear 2> wind speed corresponding to the wind gear 3, and frequency 1> frequency 2> frequency 3.
And step S30, controlling the operation of the humidification module according to the humidification parameters.
Specifically, when the humidifying module comprises a humidifying element, the humidifying element is controlled to operate according to the determined humidifying parameter. When the humidifying module is provided with more than one humidifying element, the operating parameters of each humidifying element can be respectively determined based on the humidifying parameters, and the corresponding humidifying element is controlled to operate according to the determined operating parameters.
The control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is based on the fresh air conditioner, the characteristic parameter of the humidification requirement of the fresh air is determined by acquiring the air outlet parameter corresponding to the fresh air duct, the humidification parameter is determined according to the air outlet parameter and the characteristic parameter, and the humidification module is controlled to operate according to the humidification parameter. In this way, the humidification module no longer operates according to fixed parameter, and is relevant with the air-out parameter of new trend, and different air-out parameters correspond different humidification parameters to guarantee that the humidification of new trend can be adapted to the air-out situation of new trend reality and adjust, realize the improvement of new trend humidification effect, make the new trend humidity after the humidification can reach required scope, guarantee indoor environment travelling comfort.
Specifically, before step S10, the humidity of the fresh air passing through the fresh air heat exchanger is obtained as the fresh air humidity; and when the fresh air humidity is smaller than a set humidity threshold value, the humidification module is controlled to start. The humidity threshold may be set according to actual conditions, may be a parameter set by a user, may also be obtained based on analysis of actual environmental parameters of the indoor environment, and the like. In this embodiment, the set humidity threshold may be specifically 40 RH%. When the humidity of the fresh air is smaller than a set humidity threshold value, the humidity of the fresh air is low, and a humidifying module is started to humidify the fresh air; when new trend humidity is greater than or equal to setting for the humidity threshold value, it is higher to show new trend humidity, need not the humidification, and steerable humidification module maintains the closed condition. Based on this to prevent that new trend humidity from crossing excessively, guarantee the travelling comfort of indoor environment.
Wherein, the air-out parameter includes the air-out wind shelves that the new trend wind channel corresponds, before step S10, still include: acquiring air quality parameters of an indoor environment; determining the air outlet gear according to the air quality parameter; and controlling the fresh air fan to operate according to the air outlet gear. The air quality parameter may specifically be the concentration of a gas (e.g. carbon dioxide) in the indoor environment that affects the air quality. Different air quality parameters correspond to different wind gears. For example, different carbon dioxide concentrations correspond to different windgears. The greater the concentration of carbon dioxide, the greater the corresponding windshield. Specifically, the air quality parameter is divided into different value intervals, and the different value intervals correspond to different wind gears. And determining a numerical interval where the air quality parameter is located, and taking the wind shield corresponding to the interval as the wind shield for the operation of the fresh air fan. Wherein, different windshields correspond the different rotational speeds of new trend fan, and the windshield is big more, and the rotational speed is big more. In this embodiment, the air gear of the fresh air fan is determined based on the indoor quality parameters, so that the air quality of the indoor environment can be improved by ensuring the air output of the fresh air port.
Further, based on the above embodiments, another embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present application is provided. In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, step S20 includes:
step S21, acquiring characteristic parameters of the humidification demand of fresh air;
here, the characteristic parameter is specifically a parameter of the fresh air humidification demand size of the current fresh air conditioner. The larger the characteristic parameter is, the larger the humidification requirement is, and the larger the humidification quantity released by the humidification module is required to be; the smaller the characteristic parameter, the smaller the humidification demand, and the smaller the amount of humidification to be released by the humidification module is required. The characteristic parameters can be determined by acquiring the actual conditions (such as temperature, humidity, weather, season and the like) of the outdoor environment, the actual conditions (such as temperature, humidity and the like) of the fresh air before passing through the humidifying module and the like. Specifically, the obtained outdoor environment parameter and/or fresh air parameter can be directly used as the characteristic parameter. In addition, the outdoor environment parameter and/or the fresh air parameter and the corresponding characteristic parameter representing the humidification demand can be correlated, and the currently obtained correlated parameter corresponding to the outdoor environment parameter and/or the fresh air parameter is obtained to be used as the characteristic parameter representing the current fresh air humidification demand.
And step S22, determining the humidification parameters corresponding to the air outlet parameters according to the characteristic parameters.
Different characteristic parameters can be correspondingly provided with different corresponding relations between the air outlet and the humidifying parameters. And acquiring a corresponding relation between the air-out parameter and the humidification parameter based on the current characteristic parameter, and substituting the air-out parameter into the acquired corresponding relation to obtain the corresponding humidification parameter.
Specifically, step S22 may include: determining a reference parameter of the operation of the humidifying module according to the characteristic parameter, and acquiring an adjusting parameter corresponding to the air outlet damper; and determining the humidifying parameters according to the reference parameters and the adjusting parameters. Different characteristic parameters correspond to different reference parameters, and different dampers correspond to different adjustment parameters. The larger the humidification requirement represented by the characteristic parameter is, the larger the corresponding reference parameter is. The larger the outlet air speed corresponding to the wind shield is, the larger the humidifying parameter obtained after the reference parameter is adjusted based on the adjustment parameter is. For example, the humidification parameter may be obtained by using a formula Q — M × k, specifically, Q is the humidification parameter, M is the reference parameter, and k is the adjustment parameter, where M increases as the humidification demand corresponding to the characteristic parameter increases, and k increases as the wind level increases.
In this embodiment, through the above-mentioned mode, when can making to adopt the humidification module to carry out the humidification to the new trend, adaptable humidification demand and the wind-break in reality are to the influence of humidification module humidification effect, confirm the humidification parameter that the humidification module corresponds to further improve the humidification effect of humidification module to the new trend, ensure that the humidity of new trend air-out can be in suitable scope, guarantee that the new trend can not influence the travelling comfort of indoor environment.
Further, in order to accurately represent the magnitude of the humidification requirement, in this embodiment, the step S21 may include:
step S211, acquiring fresh air humidity and fresh air temperature;
the fresh air humidity and the fresh air temperature are detected by a temperature and humidity sensor arranged in the fresh air duct. Prepare the actual conditions of the new trend that blows off from the new trend export for accurate sign to the realization is to the accurate regulation and control of new trend humidity, and the new trend humidity and the new trend temperature here of new trend temperature and humidity sensor detection between new trend heat exchanger and the new trend export are located to the accessible.
Step S212, determining the moisture content of the fresh air according to the fresh air humidity and the fresh air temperature;
the moisture content of the fresh air is a characteristic parameter of the moisture content of the fresh air. Specifically, the corresponding relationship (such as a mapping table, a calculation formula and the like) between the fresh air humidity, the fresh air temperature and the fresh air moisture content can be established in advance based on the detected fresh air humidity data and the detected fresh air temperature data to indicate the influence of the moisture in the fresh air. And determining the moisture content of the fresh air according to the temperature and the humidity of the fresh air passing through the fresh air heat exchanger based on the established corresponding relation.
And S213, determining the characteristic parameters according to the fresh air moisture content and the target moisture content corresponding to the fresh air.
The target moisture content specifically refers to the moisture content required by the fresh air blown out from the fresh air outlet, and can be obtained by acquiring the setting parameters of a user, or determined based on the current humidity condition of the indoor environment, or analyzed together with the outdoor environment parameters and the indoor environment parameters.
Specifically, the humidification requirement of the fresh air can be analyzed based on the moisture content of the fresh air and the target moisture content, and the result obtained by analysis is used as the characteristic parameter. In this embodiment, the deviation between the fresh air moisture content and the target moisture content is determined, and the obtained deviation is used as the characteristic parameter. The greater the deviation, the greater the humidification demand. In other embodiments, the fresh air moisture content, the target moisture content and the characteristic parameters may have other corresponding relationships according to actual conditions, and the required corresponding relationship may be selected according to the actual conditions to determine the characteristic parameters corresponding to the current fresh air moisture content and the target moisture content.
In the prior art, the humidification requirement is generally characterized only by the detected humidity parameter. In the embodiment, the influence of temperature on the moisture in the fresh air is considered, the fresh air temperature and the fresh air humidity are combined to determine the fresh air moisture content, and the characteristic parameter representing the fresh air humidification demand size is determined according to the determined fresh air moisture content and the target moisture content, so that the accuracy of the obtained characteristic parameter is ensured.
In order to ensure the accuracy of a target moisture content and further improve the humidification effect of a humidification module on fresh air, when an indoor return air duct is further arranged in the fresh air conditioner and is isolated from the fresh air duct, before step S213, a first moisture content of outlet air of the indoor return air duct, a current second moisture content of an indoor environment and a target parameter of the moisture content of the indoor environment can be obtained; determining a first deviation between the first moisture content and the second moisture content, determining a second deviation between the second moisture content and the target parameter; and determining the target moisture content according to the first deviation amount and the second deviation amount. Specifically, the air outlet temperature and the air outlet humidity detected by the sensor arranged at the first air outlet of the fresh air conditioner can be determined by the first moisture content, and the return air temperature and the return air humidity detected by the sensor arranged at the return air inlet of the fresh air conditioner can be determined by the second moisture content. The target parameter refers in particular to the moisture content in the air which meets the current comfort requirements of the indoor environment. The first deviation is characterized by the influence of the indoor return air heat exchanger on the moisture content of the indoor environment, and the larger the first deviation is, the larger the influence of the indoor return air heat exchanger on the moisture content of the indoor environment is. The second deviation is indicative of a difference between a current moisture content of the indoor environment and the target. Based on this, the difference between the first deviation amount and the second deviation amount can be directly taken as the target moisture content. In addition, in order to further improve the accuracy of the target moisture content, because the air output quantity of the fresh air can affect the moisture content of the air output of the fresh air, a first air output quantity of the first air outlet and a second air output quantity of the fresh air outlet can be respectively obtained, a first weight corresponding to the first deviation and a second weight corresponding to the second deviation are determined based on the relationship between the first air output quantity and the second air output quantity, and the target moisture content is determined based on the first weight, the second deviation and the second weight corresponding to the first deviation. For example, the target moisture content may be determined by the following formula: d ═ a-xB)/y, where D is the target moisture content, y is the second weight, x is the first weight, B is the first offset, and a is the second offset.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, another embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present application is provided. In a further embodiment, when the humidification module comprises more than one type of humidification element, with reference to fig. 5, the step of controlling the operation of the humidification module according to the humidification parameters comprises:
step S31, obtaining weight values corresponding to various types of humidifying pieces in the humidifying module;
different types of humidifying pieces can correspond to different weight values. The weighted value can be a pre-configured parameter, and can also be a parameter determined according to the actual running condition of the fresh air conditioner. For example, nozzle atomization or wet film humidification can be used as a main humidification means, and ultrasonic humidification can be used as an auxiliary humidification means, and based on the weight value corresponding to the atomization nozzle or the humidification wet film component is larger than that of the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece.
Step S32, determining the operation parameters of the corresponding type of humidification piece according to the weight values and the humidification parameters;
and distributing the determined humidification parameters based on the weight values to obtain humidification parameters of corresponding types of humidification pieces as operation parameters of the humidification pieces. Specifically, the larger the weight value is, the larger the humidification parameter (such as the atomization frequency or the water adding frequency) allocated to the type of humidification element is.
For example, when the weight value corresponding to the first type of humidification element is a, the weight value corresponding to the second type of humidification element is b, and the humidification parameter is N, the operating parameter corresponding to the first type of humidification element may be specifically N × a, and the operating parameter corresponding to the second type of humidification element may be specifically N × b.
And step S33, controlling the corresponding type of humidifying element to operate according to the determined operation parameters.
For example, when the humidifying module comprises a humidifying wet membrane assembly and an ultrasonic atomizing humidifying part, the water adding frequency of the humidifying wet membrane assembly determined based on the above manner is a first frequency, and the atomizing frequency of the ultrasonic atomizing humidifying part is a second frequency, the humidifying wet membrane assembly can be controlled to operate according to the first frequency, and the ultrasonic atomizing humidifying part can be controlled to operate according to the second frequency.
In this embodiment, the weighted values that the humidification piece of different grade type corresponds, the operating parameter that each type humidification piece corresponds is obtained in the distribution of humidification parameter based on the weighted value, thereby guarantee that each type humidification piece moves according to corresponding operating parameter, the humidification effect that mutually supports and reach can suit with the actual air-out condition of current new trend, thereby guarantee the operation that is more than a type humidification piece, can realize the improvement of the effect of new trend humidification, make the new trend humidity after the humidification can reach required scope, guarantee indoor environment travelling comfort.
And in order to ensure the accuracy of the obtained weight values, the weight values corresponding to various types of humidification pieces in the humidification module are obtained according to the characteristic parameters. That is to say, can be based on the difference of humidification demand, be adapted to the different humidification characteristics of different types humidification piece, each type humidification piece can correspond and be provided with not used weighted value. For example, because the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece has higher humidification efficiency but also has higher requirement on water cleanliness, and condensate water with low cleanliness easily reduces the service life of the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece, when air conditioner condensate water is used for humidification, and the humidification module comprises the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece and humidification pieces of other types, when the characteristic parameter representing the humidification requirement is greater than or equal to a set threshold value, which indicates that the humidification requirement is greater, the weight value corresponding to the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece is greater than the weight values corresponding to the humidification pieces of other types, so that the preferential adoption of the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece for humidification is realized, and higher humidification efficiency is ensured; when the characteristic parameter representing the humidification demand is smaller than the set threshold, the humidification demand is smaller, and the weight value corresponding to the ultrasonic atomization humidification piece is smaller than the weight values corresponding to the humidification pieces of other types, so that the humidification piece of other types is preferentially adopted for humidification, and the humidification effect is guaranteed while the service life of the humidification piece is prolonged.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, where an air conditioning control program is stored, and the air conditioning control program, when executed by a processor, implements the relevant steps of any of the above air conditioning control methods.
