The steel rail web plate polishing space is used for placing a web plate of a steel rail, and the steel rail upper wing plate polishing space is used for placing an upper wing plate of the steel rail; of course, the change in the positional relationship between the wheel cleaning mechanism 12 and the rail is achieved by the displacement and deformation of the wheel cleaning mechanism 12.
The diameters of the first 1201 and second 1204 wheels are sized to: when the distance between the two first grinding wheels 1201 is equal to the thickness of the web, the distance between the two second grinding wheels 1204 is equal to the width of the wing on the rail. The two rotating rods 1202 can rotate and be fixed along the hinge point in the middle of the rotating rods 1202 so as to change the spacing between the two first grinding wheels 1201 and the spacing between the two second grinding wheels 1204 at the same time.

It should be noted that the thickness of the first grinding wheel 1201 is the same as the height of the rail web, and the thickness of the second grinding wheel 1204 is the same as the thickness of the wing plate on the rail. The setting mode can avoid the phenomenon of blocking caused by over-thick grinding wheels under the condition of meeting the requirements of grinding and cleaning of corresponding side surfaces in the steel rail, and the problem that the grinding requirements cannot be finished on the corresponding side surfaces of the steel rail caused by over-thin grinding wheels.
In order to synchronously adjust the distance between the first grinding wheels 1201 and the distance between the second grinding wheels 1204 in the wheel cleaning mechanism 12: the middle part of the rotating rod 1202 is hinged through a connecting shaft 1203, and the connecting shaft 1203 is fixedly connected with the first frame 1; each rotating rod 1202 is provided with a connecting rod 1208, the connecting rods 1208 are parallel to the connecting shaft 1203, the lower ends of the connecting rods 1208 are fixedly connected with the rotating rods 1202, the upper ends of the connecting rods 1208 penetrate out of the arc-shaped groove 102 of the first frame 1, and the distance between the central axis of each connecting rod 1208 and the central axis of the connecting shaft 1203 is the same.
The arcuate slot 102 is sized to: in the process that the connecting rods 1208 rotate along with the rotating rods 1202, the arc-shaped grooves 102 provide guidance for the connecting rods 1208, and an angle adjusting device is arranged between the two connecting rods 1208 and adjusts the included angle between the two rotating rods 1202 by adjusting the distance between the two connecting rods 1208.
The angle adjusting device comprises a spring 1206 arranged between two connecting rods 1208, wherein one connecting rod 1208 is provided with an electromagnet 1207, the other connecting rod 1208 is provided with a ferromagnet 1205, and the ferromagnet 1205 is matched with the electromagnet 1207 for use; the spring 1206 is arranged to: as the two connecting rods 1208 approach each other along the arcuate slot 102, the spring 1206 is compressed to accumulate elastic potential energy.
In other embodiments, the angle adjusting device may take other forms, and may be set by one skilled in the art.

When the rail wheel 10 moves under the driving of the driving device, the whole vehicle frame runs along the railway track, rolling friction occurs between the first grinding wheel 1201 and the second grinding wheel 1204 and the steel rail, and then the functions of grinding and cleaning the corresponding side surface of the steel rail 5 are completed. If other cleaning and maintaining structures are also installed, the cleaning and maintaining structures can synchronously move along with the frame.
When needing to avoid the train, or drive off from the track:
firstly, the electromagnet 1207 is powered off, and the compressed spring 1206 is reset, so that the distance between the two first grinding wheels 1201 is larger than the width of an upper wing plate of the steel rail 5, and the obstruction of the grinding wheel cleaning mechanism 12 on the lifting of the rail wheel 10 is avoided.
And a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 4 retracts, the walking wheel 8 gradually descends to be in contact with the ground, at the moment, the track wheel 10 is still in contact with the upper end face of the steel rail 5, the piston rod continues to retract, and the track wheel 10 is separated from the upper end face of the steel rail 5 and is in contact with the upper end face of the steel rail until the piston rod is suspended.
In the suspension process of the rail wheel 10, the grinding wheel cleaning mechanism 12 moves synchronously to enable the web of the steel rail 5 to be separated from the steel rail web polishing space, and the wing plate of the steel rail 5 is separated from the steel rail upper wing plate polishing space.
The device is far away from the current railway track to reach a safe position through the walking of the walking wheels 8.

the distance between the first frame and the second frame in the vertical direction can be adjusted, so that the distance between the lowest point of the track wheel and the lowest point of the walking wheel in the vertical direction is changed by the same value;
when the distance value is minimum, the travelling wheels can be in contact with the ground on two sides of the steel rail, and the height of the lowest point of the track wheel is greater than that of the upper end surface of the steel rail, so that the track wheel is suspended in the air;
when the distance value is the largest, the track wheel can be contacted with the upper end surface of the steel rail, and the height of the lowest point of the walking wheel is greater than the height of the ground on two sides of the steel rail, so that the walking wheel is suspended in the air;
the frame is provided with a rail cleaning mechanism which can clean attachments and corrosion on the surface of the steel rail;
the rail cleaning mechanism comprises grinding wheel cleaning mechanisms, each grinding wheel cleaning mechanism comprises two first grinding wheels, two second grinding wheels and two rotating rods, the middle parts of the rotating rods are hinged with each other, one end of each rotating rod is rotatably provided with one first grinding wheel, the other end of each rotating rod is rotatably provided with one second grinding wheel, a rail web plate polishing space is formed between the two first grinding wheels, and a rail upper wing plate polishing space is formed between the two second grinding wheels;
the diameters of the first grinding wheel and the second grinding wheel are set as follows: when the distance between the two first grinding wheels is equal to the thickness of the web, the distance between the two second grinding wheels is equal to the width of the wing plate on the rail.
2. A railway track cleaning and maintenance device according to claim 1, wherein the first carriage is connected with the second carriage by a linear telescopic unit, and the linear telescopic unit is vertically arranged.

the two first grinding wheels are located at the same horizontal height, the two second grinding wheels are located at the same horizontal height, and the first grinding wheels and the second grinding wheels have a set distance in the vertical direction.
