The one-way valve is arranged at the water inlet end of the siphon runner, so that the washing water in the water bucket can only flow into the siphon runner in one direction, and the drainage smoothness of the washing machine is improved; meanwhile, when the auxiliary water inlet pipe injects the inflow water flow triggering the siphon effect into the siphon flow channel, the inflow water flow is prevented from flowing into the water containing barrel, and the triggering efficiency of the siphon effect is improved; and when the washing machine normally executes washing and rinsing procedures, the water outlet end control valve of the siphon flow channel is closed, so that the washing water flowing into the siphon flow channel due to the rotation of the water containing barrel is prevented from being discharged outside, and the triggering speed of the siphon effect is indirectly improved.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the siphon effect triggering determination, a water level sensor may be disposed at a communication position between the first flow passage 51 and the second flow passage 52 of the siphon flow passage, so that after the water level is detected to reach the communication position between the first flow passage 51 and the second flow passage 52, the auxiliary water inlet pipe 8 is closed, the siphon effect is directly triggered, and the washing water in the water tub 2 is smoothly discharged outside, thereby improving the accuracy of the siphon effect determination. Meanwhile, after the washing and rinsing processes of the washing machine are finished, the water level in the siphon flow passage 5 is judged to detect whether the siphon effect can be directly triggered by the wash water which is whirled by the rotation of the water containing barrel 2 and flows into the siphon flow passage without opening the auxiliary water inlet pipe 8.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in the present embodiment, the water inlet end 54 of the siphon runner 5 extends vertically along the sidewall of the tub 2, the water inlet end 54 is spaced apart from the bottom of the tub 2 by a certain gap, and the water inlet end 54 is provided with an opening 58 facing the lower gap, so that the inside of the siphon runner 5 communicates with the inside of the tub 2 through the opening 58 and the gap between the water inlet end 54 and the bottom of the tub 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the check valve may be configured as follows: the check valve includes a valve plate 56 correspondingly covering one side of the opening 58 facing the inside of the siphon flow channel 5, one end of the valve plate 56 is hinged to the inner wall of the siphon flow channel 5, so that when the water inlet end 54 generates a pressure difference from the water tub 2 to the siphon flow channel 5, the valve plate 56 turns over to open the opening 58 of the water inlet end 54 towards the inside of the siphon flow channel 5. Preferably, the inner wall of the water inlet end 54 is provided with a circle of mounting ribs 57 protruding inwards and radially, an opening 58 is formed in the inner periphery of the mounting ribs 57, the valve plate 56 is correspondingly overlapped above the mounting ribs 57 and correspondingly covers the opening 58, one end of the valve plate 56 is hinged to the mounting ribs 57, and the other end of the valve plate 56 is overlapped on the mounting ribs 57.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the check valve may be further configured as follows: the check valve includes a ball valve 59 covering a side of the opening 58 facing the inside of the siphon runner 5, and the ball valve 59 closes the opening 58 by its own weight and moves upward to open the corresponding opening 58 when there is a pressure difference between both sides of the opening 58. Preferably, the inner wall of the water inlet end 54 of the siphon flow channel 5 is provided with a radially protruding limiting rib 510, the opening 58 of the limiting rib 510 relative to the water inlet end 54 is close to the inside of the siphon flow channel 5, and the interval between the limiting rib 510 and the inner wall of the siphon flow channel 5 is smaller than the diameter of the ball valve 59; the spacing rib 510 and the opening 58 of the water inlet end 54 have a certain distance therebetween, and the distance is larger than the diameter of the ball valve 59.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is different from the first or second embodiment in that: the washing machine is a drum washing machine with a horizontal or inclined water containing barrel, the water containing barrel is of a cylindrical structure with an open front end and a sealed rear end, and the open end of the water containing barrel is sealed by a washing machine door body. And a siphon flow passage is arranged on the door body at the bottom and/or the open side of the water containing barrel.
In this embodiment, the water containing barrel is provided with a positioning structure so as to stop at a fixed position when the water containing barrel stops rotating, and the water inlet of the auxiliary water inlet pipe is arranged opposite to the water outlet end of the siphon flow passage; preferably, when the water containing barrel is at a fixed position, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the siphon flow channel are both at the lowest part of the movement path; further preferably, when the tub is at the fixed position, the water inlet end of the siphon flow passage is at the lowest position of the tub to reduce the drainage residue of the washing machine.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine includes a tub; the method is characterized in that: be equipped with the siphon runner on the steel ladle, the end of intaking of siphon runner is linked together with steel ladle inside, goes out water end and outside and is linked together, and the vertical height of the end of intaking is higher than a water end, and the highest point of siphon runner is higher than the biggest washing water level of steel ladle, and the siphon runner end of intaking is equipped with the check valve to guarantee that the water flow direction of the end of intaking of flowing through only is inside to the siphon runner from steel ladle inside.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the water inlet end of the siphon runner vertically extends along the side wall of the water containing barrel, a certain gap is formed between the water inlet end and the bottom of the water containing barrel, and the water inlet end is provided with an opening facing the lower gap, so that the inside of the siphon runner is communicated with the inside of the water containing barrel through the opening, the gap between the water inlet end and the bottom of the water containing barrel.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the check valve comprises a valve plate correspondingly covering one side of the opening facing the inside of the siphon flow channel, one end of the valve plate is hinged with the inner wall of the siphon flow channel, so that the opening of the water inlet end is opened by the valve plate in the siphon flow channel when the water inlet end generates pressure difference in the direction from the water containing bucket phase siphon flow channel;
preferably, the inner wall of the water inlet end is provided with a circle of mounting ribs protruding inwards and radially, the inner periphery of each mounting rib forms an opening, the valve plates are correspondingly arranged above the mounting ribs and correspondingly cover the openings, one ends of the valve plates are hinged to the mounting ribs, and the other ends of the valve plates are arranged on the mounting ribs in a lapping mode.

preferably, the inner wall of the water inlet end of the siphon runner is provided with a radially protruding limiting rib, the limiting rib is close to the inside of the siphon runner relative to the opening of the water inlet end, and the interval between the limiting rib and the inner wall of the siphon runner is smaller than the diameter of the ball valve; a certain distance is arranged between the limiting rib and the opening of the water inlet end, and the distance is larger than the diameter of the ball valve.
