Both sides are respectively through bolt fixedly connected with handle 8 around first mounting panel 2 and the 3 upper ends of second mounting panel, carry first mounting panel 2 and second mounting panel 3 when being convenient for install and dismantle. The left side and the right side of the bottom plate 1 are symmetrically provided with two open slots 9 respectively, so that the bottom plate 1 can be conveniently and fixedly installed by using bolts; four corners of the upper end of the bottom plate 1 are respectively connected with a lifting ring 10 through threads, so that the whole clamp can be lifted conveniently.
The working principle of the intelligent clamp of the invention is as follows: when in use, the flying ring 10 is convenient for a worker to use a crane to lift the clamp, the bottom plate 1 is fixedly arranged on a workbench of a numerical control machining center through an open slot 9 by using bolts, the air pipe joint 7 is connected with an external high-pressure air pump, so as to provide power for the air chuck 4 and the air expansion shaft 6, two main frame workpieces 12 are respectively placed on the air chuck 4 and the supporting seat 5, the machining surfaces of the two main frame workpieces 12 on the air chuck 4 and the supporting seat 5 are respectively two different surfaces of the main frame workpieces 12, one main frame workpiece 12 is placed in a limiting groove 403 on the inner side of a supporting block 402 on the air chuck 4 for limiting, the air chuck 4 is started, the three clamping claws 401 clamp the main frame workpieces 12, the other main frame workpiece 12 is placed on a cushion block 501 on the supporting seat 5, the machining surfaces of the two main frame workpieces 12 are different, a through hole in the center of the main frame workpiece 12 on the supporting seat 5 is, and then starting the air expansion shaft 6, so that the air expansion shaft 6 expands outwards to fix the workpiece 12, then processing the two main frame workpieces 12, and after one surface of the two main frame workpieces 12 is processed, simultaneously adjusting and converting the other surface to process the other surface, so that one clamp can simultaneously clamp and process the two main frame workpieces 12, and simultaneously one clamp can finish respectively clamping and processing two surfaces of the main frame workpieces 12.

3. The smart fixture of claim 1 wherein the upper end of the base plate is fixedly connected to the housing at the front and rear sides of the air chuck and the support base, respectively.
4. The intelligent clamp of claim 1, wherein handles are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the upper ends of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate respectively.
5. The intelligent clamp of claim 1, wherein the left and right sides of the bottom plate are respectively provided with an open slot for fixedly mounting the bottom plate by using a bolt.
6. The intelligent clamp of claim 1, wherein the upper corners of the bottom plate are respectively connected with a lifting ring, so that the whole clamp can be lifted conveniently.
