Abstract

Corrugated boards are widely used in the fields of construction, traffic engineering, industrial engineering and the like. The prior corrugated plate is perforated, and the working efficiency is low, and the corrugated plate is generally drilled or manually fed by a punching machine or a hydraulic punching machine. Meanwhile, most of the corrugated punching devices have poor punching quality and cannot realize continuous punching.

The feeding device conveys the corrugated plate along the direction perpendicular to the corrugation of the corrugated plate.
The feeding device can comprise a feeding platform and a conveying belt, wherein the conveying belt is coated on the feeding platform.

As shown in fig. 1, the punching device of the present invention includes a punch 1, a supporting base 4 provided below the punch, and a feeding device 10 for conveying corrugated sheets.
The punch 1 comprises a punch support arm 2, a punch fixing seat, a punch 3 and a pressing seat 7 positioned at the bottom of the punch. The sliding seat 5 is centrally provided with a perforation or slot 8 for receiving the falling punch 3, said perforation being on the same axis as the punch 5, for receiving the falling punch 5 and the falling scrap. As shown in fig. 2, the side surface of the sliding seat 5 is provided with a convex groove 13, the inside of the side wall of the sliding groove is correspondingly provided with a groove 14, and the convex groove 13 corresponds to the groove 14 and is used for enabling the sliding seat 5 to slide along only one direction and preventing the sliding seat 5 from moving up and down and left and right in the punching process.
The sliding seat can be connected with a motor or a control system, the movement of the sliding seat and the movement of the feeding device are uniformly controlled, the continuity of the movement of the feeding and the sliding seat can be realized, and the punching efficiency of the device is improved.
The feeding device 10 may have a structure shown in fig. 1, and includes a feeding platform 11 and a conveyor belt 12, where the conveyor belt 12 is wrapped on the feeding platform 11 and moves along the same direction. The conveyor belt 12 controls its transfer by a motor, which in turn controls its conveying speed. The rear end of the puncher can also be provided with a feeding device for conveying out the punched corrugated plate. The feeding device is high in feeding speed and low in strength requirement on the feeding device.
The feeding device 10 may also have a structure shown in fig. 3, and includes a feeding paddle 17, a rotating shaft 18, a motor 19, a supporting rod 15 for supporting the feeding paddle and the motor, and a feeding platform 16. The motor 19 controls the feeding pulling piece 18 to rotate around the rotating shaft 18, and the corrugated plate is jacked up and moved in the horizontal direction through the rotation of the feeding pulling piece. The upper surface of the feeding platform frame 26 is provided with a groove 16, and the groove is arc-shaped and has the same radian as that of the corrugated plate. The arc-shaped grooves can fix the falling corrugated plates and prevent the corrugated plates from shifting. The feeding device with the structure is simple in structure and high in feeding efficiency.

The corrugated plate to be perforated is placed on the feeding device, the feeding device is started, the feeding device moves along the direction perpendicular to the corrugated direction of the corrugated plate, and the corrugated plate is conveyed forwards. And moving the sliding seat along the corrugated direction of the corrugated plate, and removing the area to be perforated from the sliding seat. When the part to be punched moves to the lower part of the puncher, conveying is stopped, the sliding seat is moved to the lower end of the corrugated plate, the corrugated plate is supported, and the arc of the corrugation of the surface of the sliding seat is aligned with the arc of the corrugation of the corrugated plate. Starting the puncher, allowing the punch to fall down, and punching holes on the edge of the corrugated plate. Waste in punching falls into the punching hole or the groove in the center of the sliding seat, the punch head is lifted, the conveying device is started to move the corrugated plate, the next section of corrugated plate to be punched is moved to the position below the punch, and the steps are repeated until all end edges of the corrugated plate are punched.
