The invention discloses an oil heating type centrifugal device which comprises two frames, wherein a bearing is fixedly arranged on each frame through countersunk head screws, a locking end is arranged on each bearing, a shell is arranged between the two locking ends, the shell is divided into an outer shell and an inner shell, annular rubidium magnets are arranged at two ends of the inner shell, mounting grooves are formed in positions, corresponding to the rubidium magnets, of the outer shell, electromagnetic coils are arranged in the mounting grooves, the mounting grooves are sealed through iron rings, an array of through holes are formed in the outer shell, an oil cylinder is arranged on each through a sealing piece, a heating device is arranged on each oil cylinder, and a temperature sensor is arranged on each heating device. The invention adopts inclined-plane rotary centrifugation to separate substances with different masses more thoroughly, and the shell is provided with the oil array type oil cylinders with the fatty oil, so that the oil is heated uniformly and the oil is convenient to replace.

As shown in fig. 1-4, an oil heating type centrifugal device comprises two frames 1, wherein a bearing 2 is fixedly arranged on each frame 1 through countersunk screws, a locking end 3 is arranged in each bearing 2, each locking end 3 is of a conical structure, six concave tooth grooves are formed in the top surface of each locking end 3, the center position of each locking end 3 is a cone, a shell 4 is arranged between each locking end 3, the shell 4 is divided into an outer shell 4a and an inner shell 4b, annular rubidium magnets 5 are arranged at two ends of each inner shell 4b, mounting grooves are formed in positions, corresponding to the rubidium magnets 5, of the outer shells 4a, electromagnetic coils 6 are arranged in the mounting grooves, the top surfaces of the electromagnetic coils 6 are 3mm away from the top surfaces of the mounting grooves, sealing rings are arranged between the mounting grooves and the iron rings, the surfaces of the mounting grooves are parallel to the top surfaces of the iron rings, the upper ends of the inner shells 4b are provided with annular rubidium magnets 5, the outer shells 4a are provided with oil heater cylinders 7, and the oil heater devices are arranged in the oil heater cylinders 8. The frame 1 comprises a left frame and a right frame, and the height of the left frame is half of that of the right frame. The diameter of the inner housing 4b is one third of the diameter of the outer housing 4 a. The other end of the locking end 3 on the left frame is connected with a rotary driving mechanism 10, and the rotary driving mechanism 10 is fixed on a support. An inverted L-shaped hook is arranged on the left frame through a screw, and a hanging ring which is matched with the L-shaped hook is arranged on the outer shell 4 a. The electromagnetic coil 6, the heating device 8 and the temperature sensor 9 are all connected with the electric cabinet through data wires, and the power wires of the electromagnetic coil 6 and the heating device 8 are also connected to the electric cabinet. The locking end 3 is engaged with the housing 4. The installation heating device 8 comprises an installation seat and a heating wire, wherein the installation seat is further provided with a through hole, and a temperature sensor 9 is installed in the through hole. The output end of the rotary driving mechanism 10 is meshed with the left bearing 2 to drive the inner ring of the bearing 2 to move. The inner ring of the bearing 2 is connected with the locking end 3.
When the device is not in operation, the outer shell 4a is hung on the L-shaped hook, in this state, the feed inlet at the upper end of the inner shell 4b is exposed outside, and the lower end of the inner shell 4b is also provided with a liquid outlet. During cleaning, cleaning water is filled from the feeding hole, and flows out from the liquid outlet. At this time, the cleaning water flows on the outer case 4a, but the outer case 4a is sealed as a whole, and the outer case 4a is only required to be cleaned. If the outer shell is not influenced by the clean water, a water pipe can be externally connected on the liquid outlet hole.
During operation, the medicine to be centrifuged is poured into the feeding port, and the liquid outlet is in a sealed state. The medicament may occupy at most two-thirds of the height of the inner housing 4b, typically one-half of the height. Because upon rotation the liquid in the inner housing 4b will form a vortex with an inclined surface. Before the rotation driving mechanism 10 works, the electromagnetic coil 6 needs to be started through the electric cabinet, and then the iron ring on the outer shell 4a is manually aligned with the rubidium magnet 5, and the rubidium magnet 5 can adsorb the iron ring. The electromagnetic coil 6 is electrified, and the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil 6 acts on the rubidium magnet 5 so as to suspend. The inner case 4b is disengaged from the outer case 4 a. And then the heating device 8 is electrified, and when the temperature of the cavity between the inner shell 4b and the outer shell 4a reaches the required temperature, the rotary driving mechanism 10 is started to drive the inner shell 4b to be placed for centrifugation. Because the inner housing 4b moves at a high speed during rotation to generate wind pressure, heat in the cavity flows in a direction that two sides are not sealed, so that the inner housing 4b is completely in a 'hot hood' environment, and the inner housing 4b is in a completely heat balanced environment.
When in installation, the two ends of the inner shell 4b are solid metal rods, and the two ends of the metal rods are meshed with the locking ends 3. When installing solenoid 6, need through buckle etc. with solenoid 6 chucking in the mounting groove, there is the shallow recess that suits with the hoop in the outside of mounting groove, the outside of mounting groove has the screw hole that is equipped with corresponding on the hoop, and both pass through the screw fixation.
