Description

Food for nourishing yin, conditioning physique and delaying senescence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of foods, and particularly relates to a food for nourishing yin, conditioning physique and delaying senescence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aging of the population is a global social problem in the 21 st century, and the delaying of aging and the prevention of aging-related chronic diseases are subjects of continuous research and exploration of human beings. The theory and practice of 'preventive treatment of disease' of traditional Chinese medicine have important significance on delaying senility, and the theory of constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine is a good carrier for researching senescence delaying. Yin deficiency is the root cause of aging, and deficiency of yin-related essence and body fluids, such as essence, blood and body fluids, is one of the important factors causing aging. When body fluids are insufficient, it will appear dry, dry on the skin, astringent on the eyes, and the viscera and bones will fail to operate normally and become declined. Modern researches also show that yin deficiency can cause the reduction of immunity of the organism, endocrine disturbance, the reduction of free radical scavenging capability, trace element imbalance, the reduction of anti-stress capability and the like, which all indicate that yin deficiency can cause some senile diseases and accelerate aging, and are important pathogenesis of many senile diseases such as apoplexy, hypertension and diabetes. With the aging of the population, the overall body regulation and aging delay from the aspect of physique is an anti-aging new visual angle and more conforms to the overall view idea of the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the yin tonifying, body regulation and aging delay has important practical significance and practical value.
Disclosure of Invention
