A preparation method of polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium health-preserving noodles comprises the following steps:

The manufacturing method of polygonatum sibiricum and dendrobium health preserving noodles according to claim 3, wherein the mixed medicinal materials of panax notoginseng, ginseng, jujube, medlar, polygonatum odoratum, gastrodia elata, angelica sinensis, bletilla striata, turmeric, codonopsis pilosula and angelica dahurica are decocted in step ② at least three times, clear water is added, the mixed medicinal material juice is extracted by filtering after the mixed medicinal materials are decocted for three times to be thick.
