This embodiment provides a collection box, bill issuer and financial equipment, and this collection box can be fit for two kinds of models of front maintenance financial equipment and back maintenance financial equipment, has the universality. The following detailed description will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-4 and 8, a recycling bin 11 is slidably inserted into and withdrawn from the ticket dispenser 1. The recovery tank 11 includes a tank body 111, a gate 115, a first push bar 1161, and a second push bar 1162. The case 111 has a first opening 1111, and the shutter 115 controls opening and closing of the first opening 1111. The first push rod 1161 is connected to the gate 115 and slidably disposed on the box 111 for driving the gate 115 to slide relative to the box 111. The first push rod 1161 is connected to the second push rod 1162 in a transmission manner, and the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 move in opposite directions. When the recycling bin 11 is inserted into the bill dispenser 1 from the first direction, the bill dispenser 1 is provided with a push rod member 121 for abutting against the first push rod 1161 or the second push rod 1162, and the push rod member 121 drives the first push rod 1161 to move relative to the bin 111 for opening the gate 115; when the recycling bin 11 is inserted into the bill dispenser 1 from the second direction, the pushing rod member 121 drives the second pushing rod 1162 to move relative to the bin 111 for opening the gate 115; the first direction is one of a front maintenance direction and a rear maintenance direction, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction.
When the bill issuing machine 1 is a front maintenance bill issuing machine, a first insertion opening is formed in one surface of the front maintenance bill issuing machine facing the front maintenance direction. The recycling bin 11 enters the front maintenance note dispenser through the first insertion opening, and the push rod member 121 is disposed on a side wall of the front maintenance note dispenser and adjacent to the first insertion opening. The first insertion opening is an inlet through which the recycling bin 11 enters the ticket dispenser from the front maintenance direction.
When the bill issuing machine 1 is a post-maintenance bill issuing machine, a second insertion opening is formed in one surface of the post-maintenance bill issuing machine facing the post-maintenance direction. The recycling bin 11 enters the after-maintenance bill dispenser through the second insertion opening, and the push rod member 121 is disposed on a side wall of the after-maintenance bill dispenser and adjacent to the second insertion opening. The second insertion opening is an inlet through which the recycling bin 11 enters the ticket dispenser from the rear maintenance direction.
When the ticket dispenser 1 can be maintained before or after, the push rods 121 are disposed on the side walls of the ticket dispenser close to the first insertion opening and the second insertion opening.
Thus, when the recycling bin 11 is inserted into the bill dispenser 1 from the first direction, the pusher member 121 of the bill dispenser 1 drives the first pusher 1161 to move relative to the box 111, and since the first pusher 1161 is fixed on the gate 115, the gate 115 slides relative to the box 111 to open the gate 115. When the recycling bin 11 is inserted into the bill dispenser 1 from the second direction, the pushing rod member 121 drives the second pushing rod 1162 to slide relative to the box 111, and since the first pushing rod 1161 and the second pushing rod 1162 are in a transmission connection relationship, the second pushing rod 1162 drives the first pushing rod 1161 to move, and the first pushing rod 1161 drives the gate 115 to move so as to control the opening of the gate 115. The first direction is any one of a front maintenance direction and a rear maintenance reverse direction. Thus, when the recycling bin 11 is slidably disposed in the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 or the rear maintenance bill dispenser 1, the gate 115 can be opened to ensure the normal use of the recycling bin 11. The recycling box 11 has compatibility, can adapt to the front maintenance bill issuing machine 1 and the rear maintenance bill issuing machine 1, achieves multiple purposes, does not need to design a recycling box 11 for each machine type, and effectively reduces the production cost of financial equipment.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to fig. 6, the transmission manner between the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 is one or a combination of gear transmission, belt transmission, chain transmission or link transmission, as long as the movement directions of the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 are opposite. A driving assembly for driving is required to be provided in the recovery tank 11. For example, the drive assembly includes a drive wheel 1172 and a drive member 1171. When the two transmission wheels 1172 are horizontally arranged and the transmission member 1171 surrounds the two transmission wheels 1172, the first push rod 1161 is arranged on the transmission member 1171 above the two transmission wheels 1172, and the second push rod 1162 is arranged on the transmission member 1171 below the two transmission wheels 1172. When the transmission 1171 is driven by the transmission wheel 1172, the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 move in opposite directions. It is understood that the transmission manner between the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 may be other transmission manners, and is not limited in particular. The transmission component 1171 may be a belt, a chain, etc. The box 111 further includes a side cover 1114, the side cover 1114 covers a side wall of the box 111 where the transmission assembly 117 is disposed, and a cavity is formed between the side wall and the side cover 1114 for placing the transmission assembly.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the box 111 is provided with a first chute 1112, and the first chute 1112 is disposed along the sliding direction of the recycling bin 11 in the bill issuing machine 1. Specifically, the first sliding grooves 1112 are respectively opened on the side covers 1114 and the side walls of the box 111 covered by the side covers 1114. The first push rod 1161 is connected to the gate 115 through the first sliding groove 1112. Thus, when the first push rod 1161 slides along the first sliding groove 1112, the gate 115 is driven by the first push rod 1161 to move, so as to control the opening and closing of the first opening 1111.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the movement of the gate 115 is specifically described below by taking the first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 as belt transmission as an example: the box body 111 is provided with a transmission member 1171 and at least two transmission wheels 1172, the transmission wheels 1172 are installed on the box body 111, the transmission member 1171 is annularly arranged on the transmission wheels 1172, and one end of the first push rod 1161 far away from the gate 115 is connected to the transmission member 1171. The second push rod 1162 is connected to the transmission 1171. The first push rod 1161 and the second push rod 1162 are respectively positioned on two sides of a straight line formed by connecting the two transmission wheels 1172.
Further, referring to fig. 4 to 7, a first connecting member 1173 and a second connecting member 1174 are disposed on the transmission member 1171, and the first connecting member 1173 is slidably disposed on the first sliding groove 1112. A first slide rail 1175 is arranged on one side of the transmission wheel 1172, a second connecting piece 1174 is slidably arranged on the first slide rail 1175, the first push rod 1161 is fixed on the transmission piece 1171 through the first connecting piece 1173, and the second push rod 1162 is fixed on the transmission piece 1171 through the second connecting piece 1174. Specifically, the first connecting member 1173 is a slider, and one end of the slider is connected to the transmission member 1171. The slider is driven by a transmission 1171. The slider is provided with a through hole. The first push rod 1161 is disposed through the through hole, and then a screw cap is screwed on the end portion of the first push rod 1161 exposed from the through hole or a split washer is disposed on the end portion of the first push rod 1161, so that the first push rod 1161 is fixed on the slider.
Similarly, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the second connecting member 1174 is also a slider, and one end of the slider is engaged with the first sliding rail 1175 and can slide on the first sliding rail 1175. The other end of the slider is connected to a drive 1171. The slide block is also provided with a through hole. A second push rod 1162 passes through the through hole and is secured to the slide block by a screw cap or split washer. Thus, when the transmission member 1171 is driven by the transmission wheel 1172 to operate, the first link 1173 slides along the first sliding groove 1112, and the first push rod 1161 also slides along the first link 1173 in the first sliding groove 1112. At the same time, the second connecting member 1174 also slides along the first sliding rail 1175, and the second push rod 1162 also moves along with the second connecting member 1174 in the opposite moving direction to the first push rod 1161. The side cover 1114 further has a third sliding slot 1115, and the second push rod 1162 slides in the third sliding slot 1115. It is understood that the first connecting member 1173 and the second connecting member 1174 may be rod-shaped structures or other forms of structures besides the sliding blocks, and are not limited in particular.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the recycling bin 11 further includes a first returning elastic member 1176, and one end of the first returning elastic member 1176 is connected to the first push rod 1161. Specifically, the recycling bin 11 further includes a runner 1177 disposed on the bin 111, one end of the first return elastic member 1176 is connected to the first push rod 1161 or the second push rod 1162, and the other end thereof bypasses the runner 1177 and is connected to the bin 111. The runner 1177 is in the shape of a disk and is disposed on one side of the belt drive assembly. The first return resilient member 1176 is a return spring. The return spring has two hooked ends, one end of the return spring is hooked on the first push rod 1161, the return spring is looped around the circular edge of the runner 1177, and the other end of the return spring is hooked on a protruding post fixedly arranged on the box 111. When the shutter 115 is in the closed state, the first push rod 1161 approaches the runner 1177. When the recovery box 11 is inserted into the ticket dispenser such that the gate 115 is opened, the first push rod 1161 is moved away from the turret 1177. As another alternative, when one end of the first return elastic member 1176 is connected to the second push rod 1162 and the other end of the first return spring 1176 is fixed to the housing 111, the first return elastic member 1176 may be a straight line type without being reversed by the rotation wheel 1177. Specifically, when the shutter 115 is in the closed state, the second push rod 1162 approaches the other end of the first return elastic member 1176. When the recovery box 11 is inserted into the ticket dispenser such that the gate 115 is opened, the second push rod 1162 moves in a direction away from the other end of the first return spring 1176. It is understood that the first return resilient member 1176 may be formed of other resilient members besides a return spring. In addition to being fixedly connected to the first push rod 1161, one end of the first elastic return member 1176 may also be fixedly connected to a first connecting member 1173 fixedly connected to the first push rod 1161.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 8, when the recycling bin 11 is slid into the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 from the first direction (the first direction is the front maintenance direction), the first elastic return member 1176 is specifically described as an example when the pusher member 121 of the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 is first abutted to the second pusher 1162:
when the recycling bin 11 is slid into the bill dispenser 1, the push rod member 121 on the bill dispenser 1 abuts against the second push rod 1162, so that the second push rod 1162 is fixed by the push rod member 121 relative to the bill dispenser 1, and the second push rod 1162 is in a static state relative to the bill dispenser 1; when the recycle bin 11 is pushed into the bill dispenser 1, the recycle bin 11 moves in the first direction, and the second push rod 1162 moves in the second direction with respect to the recycle bin 11. The second push rod 1162 is in transmission connection with the first push rod 1161, so that the first push rod 1161 moves towards the first direction, and the first push rod 1161 drives the gate 115 to move, so that the gate 115 is gradually opened. During the opening of the gate 115, the first push rod 1161 moves within the first chute 1112 from a position near the runner 1177 to a position away from the runner 1177. And since one end of the first return elastic member 1176 moves along with the first push rod 1161 and the other end is fixed on the box 111, the first return elastic member 1176 is stretched. When the recovery box 11 is fully inserted into the ticket dispenser 1, the gate 115 is fully opened and the first return spring 1176 is stretched to a maximum. Since the pusher member 121 holds the second pusher 1162, the gate 115 is stationary with respect to the ticket dispenser 1, and the recycling bin 11 tends to move in the second direction with respect to the gate 115 by the elastic force of the first return elastic member 1176. However, after the collection box 11 has completely entered the bill dispenser 1, the collection box 11 is also fixed to the inside of the bill dispenser 1 by means of engagement, screwing, or the like, and this tendency of movement of the collection box 11 is suppressed. However, when the recycling box 11 needs to be taken out, the engaging or screwing relationship between the recycling box 11 and the bill issuing machine 1 can be released, at this time, the recycling box 11 can be automatically popped out, and the recycling box 11 can be pulled out by an operator, so that the recycling box is very convenient and quick, and the operator can conveniently clean or maintain the recycling box 11.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5-7, the recycling bin 11 further includes a third push rod 1163 connected to the gate 115. The third push rod 1163 and the first push rod 1161 are disposed in parallel, and the third push rod 1163 is slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 1112. The third push rod 1163 and the first push rod 1161 are connected to the gate 115 and are arranged in parallel, so that when the first push rod 1161 moves under the action of the transmission assembly 117, the third push rod 1163 also moves. The movement of the third push rod 1163 and the first push rod 1161 together has a guiding effect on the movement of the gate 115.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the box 111 is provided with a locking assembly 112, the ticket dispenser 1 is provided with an unlocking assembly, and the locking assembly 112 is used for enabling the gate 115 to be in a state of shielding the first opening 1111. An unlocking assembly is provided corresponding to the locking assembly 112 for unlocking the locking assembly 112. Specifically, the locking assembly 112 includes a first limiting plate 1121, a first locking hook 1122, and a first rotating shaft 1123, the first limiting plate 1121 is fixed to the shutter 115, and the first locking hook 1122 and the first rotating shaft 1123 are both provided on the box body 111; the first lock hook 1122 is rotatable about the first rotation axis 1123 for engagement with or disengagement from the first stopper plate 1121.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the unlocking assembly includes a first magnetic element 1221 and a second magnetic element 1222 corresponding to the first magnetic element 1221, the first magnetic element 1221 is disposed on the first latch 1122 for moving the first latch 1122, and the second magnetic element 1222 is disposed on an inner wall of the ticket dispenser 1 disposed toward the box 111. When the recycling bin 11 enters the ticket dispenser 1, the second magnetic element 1222 controls the first locking hook 1122 to disengage from the first limiting plate 1121 through the first magnetic element 1221. The first magnetic element 1221 and the second magnetic element 1222 can be magnets, and the opposing surfaces of the two magnets have the same magnetic pole, and the two magnets repel each other when they are close to each other.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 9 and 10, when the recycling bin 11 has not slid into the ticket dispenser 1, the second magnetic element 1222 is inside the ticket dispenser 1, the first magnetic element 1221 is on the recycling bin 11 and outside the ticket dispenser 1, and the first lock hook 1122 is hooked on the first limit plate 1121 such that the gate 115 is in the closed position. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, and fig. 11 and 12, during the loading of the recycling bin 11 into the bill dispenser 1, the first magnetic element 1221 of the first lock hook 1122 corresponds to the second magnetic element 1222 disposed on the inner wall of the bill dispenser 1 facing the box 111, and the first magnetic element 1221 and the second magnetic element 1222 repel each other, so that the first lock hook 1122 rotates around the first rotation axis 1123 under the repulsive force, and thus the first lock hook 1122 and the first limit plate 1121 are separated, so that the shutter 115 is unlocked and can move.
After the gate 115 is unlocked, taking the case that the recycling bin 11 slides into the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 from the first direction (the first direction is the front maintenance direction), the pusher member 121 on the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 abuts against the second pusher 1162 first as an example, the process of sliding the recycling bin 11 into the front maintenance bill dispenser 1 will be specifically described: referring to fig. 8 to 12, the push rod member 121 of the ticket dispenser 1 is first abutted to the second push rod 1162, so that the second push rod 1162 is fixed by the push rod member 121 with respect to the ticket dispenser 1, and the second push rod 1162 is in a stationary state with respect to the ticket dispenser 1; when the recycle bin 11 is pushed into the bill dispenser 1, the recycle bin 11 moves in the front maintenance direction, and the second push rod 1162 moves in the rear maintenance direction with respect to the recycle bin 11. The second push rod 1162 is in transmission connection with the first push rod 1161, so that the first push rod 1161 moves towards the front maintenance direction, and the first push rod 1161 drives the gate 115 to move, so that the gate 115 is gradually opened. During the opening of the gate 115, the first push rod 1161 moves within the first chute 1112 from a position near the runner 1177 to a position away from the runner 1177. Also, since one end of the first return elastic member 1176 moves along with the first push rod 1161 and the other end is fixed to the housing 111, the first return elastic member 1176 is stretched (see fig. 6 and 7). When the recovery box 11 is fully inserted into the ticket dispenser 1, the gate 115 is fully opened and the first return spring 1176 is in tension. Since the pusher member 121 holds the second pusher 1162, the gate 115 is stationary with respect to the ticket dispenser 1, and the recovery box 11 tends to move in the backward maintenance direction with respect to the gate 115 by the elastic force of the first return elastic member 1176. During the process of the operator taking out the recycling bin 11, the second push rod 1162 is still fixed by the push rod member 121, and the second push rod 1162 is still in a static state relative to the bill dispenser 1. The first push rod 1161 is in motion relative to the recycling bin 11 and closes the gate 115. A return torsion spring 1124 (see fig. 4 and 5) is provided in the first lock hook 1122, and during the movement of the shutter 115, the first limit plate 1121 on the shutter 115 and the first lock hook 1122 contact and are hooked together by the return torsion spring 1124, so that the shutter 115 enters the closed state.
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, when the recycling bin 11 is slid into the rack 12 of the post-maintenance bill dispenser from the post-maintenance direction, the pusher member 121 of the bill dispenser 1 is first abutted to the first pusher 1161, and the first pusher 1161 is fixed by the pusher member 121 with respect to the bill dispenser 1, and the first pusher 1161 is stationary with respect to the bill dispenser 1. Referring to fig. 14 to 17, when the recycling bin 11 is pushed into the bill dispenser 1, the recycling bin 11 moves in the rear maintenance direction, the first push rod 1161 moves in the front maintenance direction relative to the recycling bin 11, and the first push rod 1161 drives the gate 115 to move, so that the gate 115 is gradually opened. Similarly, when the recycle box 11 is taken out from the rear maintenance bill dispenser, the process is the same as the process in which the recycle box is taken out from the front maintenance bill dispenser, and the detailed description thereof is omitted.
