Be equipped with buckle elastic component 103 between theftproof buckle 105 and the box, buckle elastic component 103 is used for driving theftproof buckle 105 and reverts to preset joint position. The preset clamping position is a position where the anti-theft buckle 105 and the buckle limiting boss 110 are clamped when the gate 106 is in the preset closing position.
The box body is provided with an opening hole 115, the opening hole 115 is used for inserting the opener 102, the anti-theft buckle 105 pushed by the opener 102 can unlock the gate 106, namely, the opener 102 can push the anti-theft buckle 105 to overcome the buckle elastic piece 103 to move after passing through the opening hole 115, so that the anti-theft buckle 105 is unlocked with the buckle limiting boss 110, the limit on the gate 106 is released, and the gate 106 can be opened to open the gate port 114.
Wherein, the buckle elastic component 103 carries out elasticity limit to the anti-theft buckle 105, if the overall structure intensity of the opener 102 can not reach the elastic component force, the buckle elastic component 103 can not be pushed.
The opener 102 may be an independent device, or may be integrated on a box channel, where the box channel is used to store a box, and the box channel may be specifically disposed in a game machine, a subway ticket machine, or other locations. When the opener 102 is a separate device, it can be used as a key for opening the shutter 106. When the opener 102 is integrated into the box body channel, the opener 102 is inserted into the box body correspondingly from the opening hole 115 on the box body in the process that the box body moves in the box body channel provided with the opener 102, the opening of the gate 106 is realized while the box body is installed, and the operation is convenient.
The box body specifically comprises an upper box body 108 and a lower box body 101, the upper box body 108 and the lower box body 101 can be connected together through a box body rotating shaft 109, a locking piece can be arranged between the upper box body 108 and the lower box body 101, and the upper box body 108 and the lower box body 101 can be opened and closed after being opened through a key.
In this embodiment, the anti-theft buckle 105 forms a clamping anti-theft mechanism, and the clamping between the anti-theft buckle 105 and the gate 106 can ensure that the gate 106 is reliably locked in the clamping state.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the gate 106 may be hinged to the box body through the gate rotating shaft 112, and the gate elastic member 104 may be disposed between the gate 106 and the box body, and the gate elastic member 104 is configured to drive the gate 106 to return to the preset closing position. Through the arrangement of the gate elastic member 104, the automatic closing of the gate 106 can be realized, and in addition, the gate 106 can open or close the closing door opening 114 through rotation, which is beneficial to saving the space occupied by the gate 106.
Specifically, when the opener 102 is integrated into the box passage, the gate 106 is automatically opened after the matched box is inserted into the box passage provided with the opener 102; when the box body is pulled out from the box body passage, the opener 102 gradually exits the box body, and the gate 106 is automatically closed under the driving of the gate elastic member 104.
In addition to the above embodiments, the opener 102 may be fixedly provided with the push rod 117, and the anti-theft buckle 105 may be fixedly provided with the unlocking block 116. The push rod 117 is used to push the unlocking block 116, and abuts against the unlocking block 116 after the anti-theft buckle 105 moves to the preset unlocking position, so as to prevent the anti-theft buckle 105 from resetting. In addition, an unlocking limit boss can be arranged on the box body, and after the anti-theft buckle 105 moves to the preset unlocking position, the anti-theft buckle 105 is abutted against the unlocking limit boss so as to accurately determine the preset unlocking position.
In the orientation shown in fig. 1 to 4, as shown in fig. 1, the opener 102 moves to the right, is inserted into the box body through the opening hole 115, and gradually moves until the push rod 117 abuts against the unlocking block 116, as shown in fig. 2, as the opener 102 continues to move to the right, the push rod 117 pushes the unlocking block 116, so that the anti-theft buckle 105 moves away from the buckle limiting boss 110, as shown in fig. 3, the anti-theft buckle 105 is unlocked from the buckle limiting boss 110, the gate 106 can rotate to open, as shown in fig. 4, the push rod 117 abuts against the unlocking block 116, so as to prevent the anti-theft buckle 105 from moving back to the preset clamping position, and the push rod 117 can continue to move along the original direction along with the opener 102.
In this embodiment, the pushing rod 117 is matched with the unlocking block 116, so that the anti-theft buckle 105 can be conveniently pushed and operated, and meanwhile, the anti-theft buckle 105 can be limited at a preset unlocking position.
In any of the above embodiments, the opener 102 may be provided with a push slope 118, and the shutter 106 may be fixedly provided with a shutter switch boss 111. The push ramp 118 is used to push the gate switch boss 111 after the anti-theft buckle 105 is unlocked from the buckle limit boss 110, so that the gate 106 is rotated to open the gate opening 114.
The positions of the gate switch boss 111 and the opening hole 115 may be set according to actual needs, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, when the gate 106 is in the closed state, the gate switch boss 111 may be located above the opening hole 115, and of course, in other embodiments, when the gate 106 is in the closed state, the gate switch boss 111 may be located below the opening hole 115.
Wherein, preferably, after the anti-theft buckle 105 and the buckle limit boss 110 are unlocked, the push inclined plane 118 can sequentially push the shutter switch boss 111 and the buckle limit boss 110, so that the shutter 106 rotates to open the shutter opening 114. That is to say, the buckle limiting boss 110 can cooperate with the push inclined plane 118 to open the gate 106, besides having the function of clamping with the anti-theft buckle 105, and the number of the gate switch bosses 111 can be reduced.
One specific use procedure is as follows:
referring to fig. 2, after the opener 102 passes through the opening hole 115, the right end of the opener 102 slowly pushes the upper end of the anti-theft buckle 105, and after the buckle limiting boss 110 is disengaged from the anti-theft buckle 105, the pushing inclined surface 118 on the right side of the opener 102 starts to contact with the shutter switch boss 111, and because the shutter switch boss 111 is located above the entire shutter 106, the shutter 106 starts to be opened slowly along with the movement of the shutter switch boss 111 under the pushing of the opener 102, that is, the shutter 106 makes a circular motion around the shutter rotation shaft 112. Optionally, an arc-shaped switch limiting groove may be disposed on the box body, and the gate switch boss 111 is inserted into the switch limiting groove and can move in the switch limiting groove, so as to limit the opening angle of the gate 106 by limiting the limit position of the switch movement of the gate 106. The shutter switch boss 111 slides in the switch stopper groove while the shutter 106 makes a circular motion around the shutter rotational shaft 112.
Referring to fig. 3, as the opener 102 is inserted, the latch stopper 110 of the shutter 106 is slowly raised, and when the latch stopper 110 contacts the push slope 118 of the opener 102, the latch stopper 110 is pushed, and the shutter 106 starts to rotate along with the latch stopper 110 until the shutter 106 is completely opened.
Referring to fig. 4, the opener 102 has been fully inserted. The unlocking block 116 is located below the push rod 117 and is limited by the push rod 117. The shutter 106 is pressed against the push slope 118 by the snap stopper boss 110 and is stopped by the push slope 118.
When the opener 102 is pulled out of the box body or the box body is pulled out of the box body channel, the gate 106 is pulled back downwards through the gate elastic piece 104, meanwhile, the anti-theft buckle 105 rotates along with the buckle elastic piece 103, so that the buckle limiting boss 110 and the anti-theft buckle 105 can move back to a state of being clamped mutually, at the moment, the gate 106 is completely closed, and the anti-theft buckle 105 takes effect again.
The pushing inclined plane 118 may be a plane, an arc-shaped plane, or other shapes, as long as it is ensured that the pushing inclined plane 118 can provide tangential pushing force with the gate rotating shaft 112 as a circle center to the buckle limiting boss 110 and/or the gate switch boss 111 in the pushing process.
In this embodiment, the push rod 117 and the push inclined plane 118 automatically and sequentially complete the contact clamping of the anti-theft buckle 105 and the opening of the gate 106 in the process of inserting the opener 102 into the box, and the gate 106 can be conveniently opened only by performing the insertion operation of the box and the opener 102 without performing other actions.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the closing process of the gate 106, in order to make the buckle limiting boss 110 smoothly slide into the clamping groove 121 in the anti-theft buckle 105, the radian of the surface of the anti-theft buckle 105 can be correspondingly set. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a limiting protrusion 122 is disposed at an end of the anti-theft buckle 105 away from the buckle rotation shaft 120, a circular arc-shaped catching groove 121 is formed at a side of the limiting protrusion 122 close to the buckle rotation shaft 120, and a guiding inclined surface 123 capable of guiding the buckle limiting boss 110 is formed at a side away from the buckle rotation shaft 120. In the closing process of the gate 106, after contacting the guiding inclined plane 123, the buckle limiting boss 110 slides along the guiding inclined plane 123 and slides into the clamping groove 121 beyond the top end of the limiting protrusion 122, so as to complete clamping.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, an anti-theft structure can be arranged in the box body. The limiting surface of the opener 102 is matched with the shape of the anti-theft structure, and the opener which can enter the box body can be limited through the arrangement of the anti-theft structure. The opener 102 can sequentially pass through the opening hole 115 and the anti-theft structure, and then push the anti-theft buckle 105 to unlock the gate 106.
Preferably, the anti-theft structure and the anti-theft buckle 105 are arranged on both sides of the gate 106 along the axial direction of the gate rotating shaft 112, so that the box body is more safe and the entering of the paper money or other stored objects from the gate opening 114 is not affected.
In this embodiment, the anti-theft structure and the anti-theft buckle 105 in the box body together form an anti-theft mechanism, the anti-theft structure can form a first anti-theft mechanism, and since the internal structure of the box body cannot be predicted in advance outside the box body, if the anti-theft structure is not matched with the opener 102, the anti-theft structure is difficult to pass through smoothly, meanwhile, the opener 102 matched with the anti-theft structure can only move forwards stably in the box body if inserted into the opening hole, and if the opener is unmatched, the opener is difficult to move stably in the box body even if inserted into the box body, the moving direction is easy to shift, so that the unlocking block 116 cannot be pushed due to missing of the unlocking block 116, and the matching between the opener 102 and the box body is improved; the anti-theft buckle 105 forms a second anti-theft mechanism, and the anti-theft buckle 105 and the gate 106 are clamped, so that the gate 106 is difficult to open only by using other conventional cracking tools if no corresponding matched opener 102 performs opening operation in the clamping state, and the anti-theft mechanism has high safety characteristics.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the anti-theft structure may be specifically a gear 107 rotatably connected to the case, as shown in fig. 1 to 6. Accordingly, the opener 102 is provided with a tooth surface 119 for meshing transmission with the gear 107. Specifically, for embodiments in which the pushrod 117 is provided, the tooth surface 119 may be provided directly on the pushrod 117, such that the pushrod 117 forms a rack.
Before the anti-theft buckle 105 is not opened by the opener 102, the anti-theft buckle 105 is snapped with the buckle limit boss 110 on the gate 106. As shown in fig. 1, the buckle rotation shaft 120 is fixed on the lower box 101, the middle portion of the anti-theft buckle 105 is connected with the lower box 101 through the buckle elastic member 103, the gate 106 is connected with the upper box 108 through the gate rotation shaft 112, the lower end of the gate 106 is connected with the gate elastic member 104, and the gate switch boss 111 at the upper position of the middle portion of the gate 106 is located in the switch limit groove facing the box. The gear 107 is connected to the upper case 108 via a gear rotation shaft 113, and the gear 107 is flexibly rotatable on the gear rotation shaft 113. Wherein the gear rotating shaft 113 may be fixed to the case by a pin.
The buckle elastic member 103 may be a tension spring, and one end of the tension spring is connected to the anti-theft buckle 105 and the other end is connected to the box body; or, the buckle elastic member 103 may also be a torsion spring, the torsion spring may be connected to the buckle rotation shaft 120, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the anti-theft buckle 105, and the other end abuts against the box body.
After the opener 102 is inserted into the opening hole 115, if the opener 102 corresponds to the box body, the tooth surface 119 on the opener 102 is in meshing transmission with the gear 107, that is, the linear motion of the opener 102 can drive the gear 107 to rotate, and after the gear 107 is driven to rotate, the opener 102 can continue to be inserted into the box body to push the anti-theft buckle 105. Only after the opener 102 successfully passes through the anti-theft structure, the opener 102 contacts with the anti-theft buckle 105 and starts to function, specifically, when the front-section moment of the opener 102 is greater than the moment of the buckle elastic member 103, the anti-theft buckle 105 starts to rotate, and the gate 106 is automatically opened along with the pushing-in of the opener 102.
If the model of the opener 102 does not correspond to the case, after the opener 102 is inserted into the opening hole 115, the gear 107 may catch the opener 102 because the tooth surface 119 cannot be engaged with the gear 107, so that the opener 102 cannot move further toward the case, or the opener 102 cannot be stably moved in the case to cause the unlocking piece 116 not to be contacted.
In addition, the strength of the anti-theft structure is preferably greater than the strength of the space structure before the thimble structure, so that the opening of other special stealing tools can be further prevented.
In this embodiment, the gear 107 and the tooth surface 119 are matched to realize the arrangement of the anti-theft structure, so that the assembly is facilitated.
Still alternatively, the anti-theft structure may be an anti-theft channel provided in the case, the anti-theft channel extending along the insertion direction of the opener 102, and the cross section perpendicular to the insertion direction being a predetermined irregular-shaped section, which may be arbitrarily set as required. The shape of the stopper face of the opener 102 matches the shape of this cross section of the anti-theft channel.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the surface of the anti-theft passage is an irregular surface formed by a groove and a protrusion, and after the opener 102 enters the anti-theft passage, if the position-limiting surface of the opener 102 is attached to the surface of the anti-theft passage, the opener 102 can smoothly and stably move in the box body.
More specifically, the opening hole 115 of the box body, which is communicated with the anti-theft channel, may be a hole with a regular shape, such as a circular hole, a square hole, etc., so that the opening hole 115 does not form a constraint on the limiting surface of the opener 102, and the opener 102 is constrained only in the anti-theft channel.
In the embodiment, the anti-theft channel is provided with the surface with the irregular shape, so that the anti-theft performance is higher.
