Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating an electric meter maintenance method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electric meter maintenance method can comprise the steps S102-S106.
Step S102, detecting whether an infrared meter reading button of a meter reading terminal is pressed down, if so, acquiring the current meter reading data of the meter reading terminal; the electric meter data comprises electric meter position data and electric meter wiring data.
Specifically, the meter reading terminal can be a meter reading machine, the meter reading machine is a meter reading machine provided with an infrared meter reading button, the electric meter can be a three-phase four-wire electric meter, and electric meter data read by the meter reading machine can comprise electric meter position data and electric meter wiring data; the ammeter position data can comprise ammeter longitude and latitude data and user data corresponding to the ammeter; specifically, the user data corresponding to the electric meter mainly refers to information such as a house name, a house number, a cell and the like of a user using the electric meter, namely specific location information, and the longitude and latitude data of the electric meter mainly refers to rough range data. The electricity meter wiring data comprises a power factor and/or a phase angle; that is, the meter wiring data may include a power factor, a phase angle, and both a power factor and a phase angle.
And step S104, comparing and analyzing the acquired ammeter wiring data with preset standard wiring data, and judging whether the wiring of the ammeter is wrong or not.
Specifically, the phase angle and the power factor are used as main parameters capable of reflecting whether the wiring mode is wrong, and whether the wiring of the ammeter is wrong or not can be judged by directly obtaining numerical values and then comparing the numerical values with preset or prestored standard numerical values. It can be understood that the judgment between the phase angle and the power factor and the preset standard wiring data can be performed by referring to the existing manner, and further details are not described herein.
And S106, responding to the situation that the wiring of the ammeter is wrong, and sending the ammeter position data of the ammeter to terminal equipment of operation and maintenance personnel.
Specifically, if the connection of the ammeter is judged to be wrong, namely when the obtained phase angle or power factor is compared and analyzed with preset standard data and does not accord with the set conditions, the ammeter position data of the ammeter with the wrong connection are sent to the terminal equipment of operation and maintenance personnel; the terminal equipment can be a smart phone or a tablet computer; further, the ammeter position data of the ammeter with the wrong wiring are sent to the terminal equipment of the operation and maintenance personnel by firstly sending the ammeter position data to the background management center and then forwarding the ammeter position data to the corresponding terminal equipment of the operation and maintenance personnel by the background management center. Further, the electric meter position data of the electric meter is sent to terminal equipment of operation and maintenance personnel, and meanwhile, a warning signal is sent out. The warning signal may be a visual or audible based warning signal, which may be generated by a buzzer, and a visual warning signal, which may be generated by an LED.
In one embodiment, the electric meter maintenance method of the present application may further include the steps of:
and responding to the fact that the wiring of the electric meter is not wrong, and updating the electric meter data recorded before with the electric meter data acquired this time.
Specifically, if the wiring of the electric meter is found to be not wrong after the comparison and analysis, the electric meter data acquired this time can be updated to the electric meter data recorded before, that is, the old data is updated by the newly acquired data, and the recorded data is guaranteed to be the latest detection data all the time.
In one embodiment, the electric meter maintenance method of the present application may further include the steps of:
and detecting whether the time for acquiring the electric meter data is within a preset time range, and if not, judging that the current electric meter is an abnormal electric meter.
Specifically, when a meter reader presses an infrared meter reading button, namely an infrared signal is sent to the electric meter, at the moment, whether data return exists from the electric meter or not is synchronously detected, in addition, the time is kept under the condition that no data return exists, the time is stopped when the data return exists or the time for time keeping exceeds a preset time range, and if the time for obtaining the electric meter data exceeds the preset time range, the current electric meter is judged to be an abnormal electric meter, namely the data cannot be transmitted to the meter reading machine. In this case, the information of the abnormal electricity meter should be recorded, and the information may be sent to the background management center when necessary, and the background management center distributes the operation and maintenance personnel. Optionally, the preset time range of the present application may be 15s-20 s; more optionally, the preset time range is 20 s.
Further, in a traditional meter reading mode, a meter reader can directly input data to a meter reading machine through manual operation, in this case, the meter reader does not need to go to the site, however, most of the data input in this mode is estimated by the meter reader according to experience, which is often inaccurate, and meanwhile, the position of the electric meter cannot be located and collected, and the situation that the electric meter is unwilling to occur is not provided for a power supply company or a user, and in order to monitor the meter reading quality (mainly referring to estimation and false reading) of the meter reader, the electric meter maintenance method of the application can further include the steps of:
shooting the abnormal electric meter and uploading the abnormal electric meter to a background management center;
and after the uploading is successful, jumping to a manual electric meter data input interface.
That is to say, according to the method and the device, when the time for acquiring the electric meter data exceeds the preset time range, the electric meter is judged to be an abnormal electric meter, the electric meter data can not be transmitted to a meter reading machine, under the condition, a meter reading person needs to shoot the abnormal electric meter and upload the abnormal electric meter to a background management center, then the current interface for automatically inputting the electric meter data is switched to a manual electric meter data inputting interface, and the condition that the meter reading person conducts data estimation and reading on the electric meter when the meter reading person does not arrive at the site can be avoided. Meanwhile, the background management center can assign operation and maintenance personnel to the site to maintain and replace the abnormal electric meter according to the feedback information.
According to the ammeter maintenance method, the data of the ammeter can be timely sent to the terminal equipment of operation and maintenance personnel when the wiring of the ammeter is wrong, the situations that a meter reader estimates and copies the data and even manually copies the data in the field can be avoided, and the meter reading quality is guaranteed.
Based on the same inventive concept, please refer to fig. 2, the present application also provides an electric meter maintenance system, which may include a meter reading terminal 210, a detection module 220, a comparison and analysis module 230, and a data transmission module 240; the meter reading terminal 210 is in infrared communication with the electric meter 1 and is used for acquiring electric meter data of the electric meter 1; the meter reading terminal 210 can be understood as a meter reading machine, and correspondingly, the meter data acquired by the meter reading machine can include meter position data and meter wiring data; further, the electric meter position data can comprise electric meter longitude and latitude data and user data corresponding to the electric meter. The electricity meter wiring data may include power factor and/or phase angle; in addition, the meter reading terminal 210 may further be provided with an infrared meter reading button (not shown in fig. 2); the detection module 220 is connected to the meter reading terminal 210, and is configured to detect whether an infrared meter reading button of the meter reading terminal 210 is pressed; the comparison and analysis module 230 is connected to the detection module 220, and configured to compare and analyze the obtained electric meter connection data with preset standard connection data, and determine whether the connection of the electric meter is incorrect; the data transmission module 240 is connected to the comparative analysis module 230, and is configured to respond to a fault in the connection of the electric meter, send the electric meter position data of the electric meter to a terminal device of an operation and maintenance worker, and the data transmission module 240 may implement data transmission based on WIFI, infrared, bluetooth, and other modes. It should be noted that, in practical product applications, the detection module 220, the comparison and analysis module 230 and the data transmission module 240 may be integrated into the meter reading terminal 210.

That is to say, the data transmission module 240 of the present application may send the meter location data of the faulty connection of the meters to the terminal devices of the operation and maintenance staff by means of the back-office management center 30. Because data transmission module 240 realizes the transmission of data based on modes such as WIFI, infrared, bluetooth. Accordingly, the background management center 30 should also receive data based on WIFI, infrared, bluetooth, and the like.
Further, the terminal devices may be multiple, for example, the terminal device 1, the terminal device 2, and the terminal device 3, and the background management center 30 may perform allocation according to a position relationship between each terminal device and the electric meter position data, for example, when an operation and maintenance person holding the terminal device 1 is closer to an electric meter with a wrong wiring, the position data information of the electric meter may be preferentially sent to the terminal device 1; or, although the operation and maintenance personnel holding the terminal device 1 is closer to the ammeter with wrong wiring, when the operation and maintenance personnel is found to be working at present, based on the situation, another terminal device 2 which is idle and closer to the ammeter can be selected, then the ammeter position data is sent to the terminal device 2, and the operation and maintenance personnel holding the terminal device 2 can rush to the site for maintenance; of course, the distribution relationship of the present invention is not limited to this, and those skilled in the art can make various reasonable configurations based on the inventive concept of the present application to optimize the maintenance efficiency and the maintenance quality.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
