the communication elements are wired communication elements and wireless communication elements, can transmit command signals of the controller to the multifunctional lamp post, the low-pressure water pump, the high-pressure water pump, the water treatment system, the electromagnetic valve, the fan, the high-pressure negative ion generator and the atomization device of the control unit, and transmit information acquired by the sensor to the controller;
