Abstract
The invention relates to a method for launching water by using a temporary anchor during ship construction, which belongs to the field of ship construction. The method of the invention is applied to the condition that the anchoring system on the ship is not built and the original product anchor can not be used, solves the problem of temporary anchor launching, and ensures the safety of launching ships and river buildings under the congenital conditions of narrow river surface and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to ship construction, in particular to a method for launching by using a temporary anchor during ship construction.
Background
Before the ship is launched, the anchoring system on the ship may not be finished, so that when the ship is launched, the anchoring system on the ship cannot work normally, and normal anchoring and anchor receiving operations cannot be carried out by using the anchoring equipment on the ship. For some shippers, it is undesirable to use new product anchors on the vessel when the vessel has not been constructed, so that the ship is handed over with the entire anchor in a perfect condition.
In another case, the width of the river surface where the ship factory is located is limited, the ship may impact the opposite bank after launching, and a certain damage risk is caused, and under the condition that the width of the river surface is insufficient, a safe ship launching safeguard measure has to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the background art, the invention provides a launching method of a temporary anchor for a ship. The method can ensure that the ship slides to a designated position in water after launching, the anchor throwing device is opened, the small thousand-gold steel rope is broken by using the impact force of the anchor weight when the anchor is thrown until the main steel rope is stressed, the launching ship stops shifting after the anchor acts, the towing wheel is bound with the main steel rope of the launching ship to command the anchor to be released, and the anchor, the small steel rope and the buoy are thrown into the river together, and then the anchor is salvaged and recovered according to the buoy.

a method for launching a ship by using a temporary anchor during ship construction is characterized in that when the ship slides to a designated position in water after launching, an anchor throwing device is opened, the small lifting rope is broken until the main rope is stressed when the temporary anchor falls, the launching ship stops moving after the temporary anchor acts, a tugboat ties the launching ship, the main rope is released by the temporary anchor, the temporary anchor is thrown into a river together with the small lifting rope and a buoy, and the temporary anchor is salvaged and recovered according to the buoy.
The method comprises the following detailed steps:
firstly, preparing a temporary anchor assembly which comprises a temporary anchor, an anchor chain, a main lifting steel rope, a small lifting steel rope, a main steel rope, a traction steel rope and a small buoy for recovery, wherein an anchor throwing device is arranged on a ship body;
secondly, hoisting the temporary anchor, namely penetrating a main lifting steel rope through the middle part of the anchor chain, wherein one end of the anchor chain is connected with the temporary anchor, a plurality of lifting chain steel ropes are arranged at the free end of the anchor chain, and the main lifting steel rope is connected to the anchoring device;
thirdly, firstly hoisting and pulling a main lifting steel rope serving as an anchor hanging steel rope to enable the temporary anchor to be hoisted and pulled in place, installing a plurality of lifting rings on the ship bow outer plate side according to a construction layout, fixing two ends of a small lifting steel rope on the lifting rings, penetrating the middle of the small lifting steel rope into the lifting chain steel rope, and hoisting and pulling the anchor chain in place;
fourthly, connecting the rope head part of a main steel wire rope at the free end of the anchor chain, and fixing the rope tail part of the main steel wire rope by using a bow deck mooring bollard;
fifthly, connecting one end of a traction steel wire rope at the tail end of the main steel wire rope, and connecting the other end of the traction steel wire rope to the small buoy;
sixthly, launching the ship, opening the anchor thrower to throw the temporary anchor when the ship moves to a specified position, keeping the main lifting rope for hanging the temporary anchor on the ship, breaking the small lifting rope by the temporary anchor due to gravity, and then falling into the water together with the anchor chain, wherein the temporary anchor plays a role, binding the ship which is launching with a tugboat after the ship is stopped stably downstream, so that the anchor rope connected with the temporary anchor which is launching is not stressed any more, untwisting the main steel wire rope from the mooring bollard, throwing the main steel wire rope and the traction steel wire rope into the river together with the small buoy, and moving the ship which is launching to the wharf;
and seventhly, fishing the small buoy from the river by the anchor handling vessel, withdrawing the traction steel wire rope and the main steel wire rope by the winch, hoisting the temporary anchor by the lifting jack after the temporary anchor goes out of water, and transporting the temporary anchor back to the wharf for recovery, thereby completing the operation of utilizing the temporary anchor to launch the whole ship.
In a method of launching a temporary anchor during construction of a vessel according to the invention, the weight of the temporary anchor is greater than the weight of the product anchor.
In the method for launching by using temporary anchor in ship building, the main lifting steel cable passes through the anchor chain at the position of 4 m, and the end of the main lifting steel cable is fixed on the anchor dropping device on the deck.
In the method for launching water by using the temporary anchor during ship construction, the diameter of the small lifting steel rope is 6mm, the diameter of the main steel rope is 46mm, and the diameter of the traction steel rope is 12 mm.
Based on the technical scheme, the method for launching by using the temporary anchor during ship construction has the following technical advantages:
when a large ship is launched, because the width of the river surface is limited, in order to prevent the launching ship from colliding and damaging the opposite river wharf and causing accidents, the ship needs to be launched, and a stern anchor and a waist anchor are temporarily added on the ship. The temporary stern anchor and the waist anchor are started to force the launching ship to turn downstream, the waist anchor and the bow anchor are basically stressed simultaneously, the main anchor forces the ship to stop shifting, the problem of difficult congenital condition of narrow river surface is solved, and the safety of the launching ship and the wharf is ensured.

Detailed Description
The method for launching a temporary anchor in the construction of a ship according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, so as to clearly understand the structure, composition and operation thereof, but the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby.
The invention relates to a method for launching by using a temporary anchor during ship construction, which comprises the steps of opening an anchor thrower when a ship slides to a designated position in water after launching, breaking a small lifting steel rope until a main steel rope is stressed when the temporary anchor falls down, stopping the displacement of the launching ship after the temporary anchor acts, binding the launching ship by a tugboat, releasing the main steel rope by the temporary anchor, throwing the main steel rope, the small lifting steel rope and a buoy into a river, and fishing and recovering the temporary anchor according to the buoy.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for launching water by using the temporary anchor in the ship building process comprises the following detailed steps:
firstly, preparing a temporary anchor assembly which comprises a temporary anchor 1, an anchor chain 2, a main lifting steel rope 3, a small lifting steel rope 4, a main steel rope 6, a traction steel rope and a small buoy for recovery, wherein an anchor throwing device is arranged on a ship body;
secondly, hoisting the temporary anchor, namely enabling a main lifting steel rope 3 to penetrate through the middle part of the anchor chain 2, connecting one end of the anchor chain with the temporary anchor 1, arranging a plurality of chain hanging steel ropes at the free end of the anchor chain 2, and connecting the main lifting steel rope 3 to the anchor dropping device;
thirdly, firstly hoisting and pulling a main lifting steel rope 2 serving as an anchor hanging steel rope to hoist and pull the temporary anchor 1 in place, installing a plurality of lifting rings 5 on the side of a bow outer plate according to a construction layout, fixing two ends of a small lifting steel rope 4 on the lifting rings 5, penetrating the middle of the small lifting steel rope 4 into the lifting chain steel rope, and hoisting and pulling the anchor chain 2 in place;
fourthly, connecting a rope head part of a main steel wire rope 6 to the free end of the anchor chain 2, and fixing a rope tail part of the main steel wire rope 6 by using a bow deck mooring pile;
fifthly, connecting one end of a traction steel wire rope at the tail end of the main steel wire rope 6, and connecting the other end of the traction steel wire rope to the small buoy;
sixthly, launching the ship 7, opening the anchor thrower to throw the temporary anchor 1 when the ship moves to a specified position, keeping the main lifting rope 3 for hanging the temporary anchor 1 on the ship, breaking the small lifting rope 4 by the temporary anchor 1 due to gravity, and then falling into the water together with the anchor chain 2, wherein the temporary anchor 1 plays a role, binding the ship to be launched by using a tug after the ship is stopped stably downstream, so that the anchor rope connected with the temporary anchor 1 to be launched is not stressed any more, untwisting the main steel rope 6 from the bollard, throwing the main steel rope 6 into the river together with the traction steel rope and the small buoy, and moving the launched ship to the wharf;
and seventhly, fishing the small buoy from the river by the anchor handling vessel, withdrawing the traction steel wire rope and the main steel wire rope by the winch, hoisting the temporary anchor by the lifting jack after the temporary anchor goes out of water, and transporting the temporary anchor back to the wharf for recovery, thereby completing the operation of utilizing the temporary anchor to launch the whole ship.
The weight of the temporary anchor is greater than the weight of the product anchor. The main lifting steel rope penetrates through the anchor chain at a position of 4 m, and the end part of the main lifting steel rope is fixed on the anchor dropping device positioned on the deck.
In one embodiment of the method for launching by using the temporary anchor during ship construction, the diameter of the small lifting steel rope is 6 mm. The diameter of the main steel wire rope is 46 mm. The diameter of the traction steel wire rope is 12 mm.

Claims (7)
1. A method for launching a ship by using a temporary anchor during ship construction is characterized in that when the ship slides to a designated position in water after launching, an anchor throwing device is opened, the small lifting rope is broken until the main rope is stressed when the temporary anchor falls, the launching ship stops moving after the temporary anchor acts, a tugboat ties the launching ship, the main rope is released by the temporary anchor, the temporary anchor is thrown into a river together with the small lifting rope and a buoy, and the temporary anchor is salvaged and recovered according to the buoy.
2. A method of launching a temporary anchor at the time of construction of a vessel according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises the following detailed steps:
firstly, preparing a temporary anchor assembly which comprises a temporary anchor, an anchor chain, a main lifting steel rope, a small lifting steel rope, a main steel rope, a traction steel rope and a small buoy for recovery, wherein an anchor throwing device is arranged on a ship body;
secondly, hoisting the temporary anchor, namely penetrating a main lifting steel rope through the middle part of the anchor chain, wherein one end of the anchor chain is connected with the temporary anchor, a plurality of lifting chain steel ropes are arranged at the free end of the anchor chain, and the main lifting steel rope is connected to the anchoring device;
thirdly, firstly hoisting and pulling a main lifting steel rope serving as an anchor hanging steel rope to enable the temporary anchor to be hoisted and pulled in place, installing a plurality of lifting rings on the ship bow outer plate side according to a construction layout, fixing two ends of a small lifting steel rope on the lifting rings, penetrating the middle of the small lifting steel rope into the lifting chain steel rope, and hoisting and pulling the anchor chain in place;
fourthly, connecting the rope head part of a main steel wire rope at the free end of the anchor chain, and fixing the rope tail part of the main steel wire rope by using a bow deck mooring bollard;
fifthly, connecting one end of a traction steel wire rope at the tail end of the main steel wire rope, and connecting the other end of the traction steel wire rope to the small buoy;

3. A method of launching a temporary anchor during construction of a vessel according to claim 2, wherein the weight of the temporary anchor is greater than the weight of the product anchor.
4. A method of launching a temporary anchor during the construction of a vessel according to claim 2 wherein the main lifting cable is threaded through the chain at a position 4 metres, the end of the main lifting cable being secured to the anchor on deck.
5. A method of launching a temporary anchor during the construction of a vessel as claimed in claim 2 wherein the small lifting cable has a diameter of 6 mm.
6. A method of launching a temporary anchor at a construction site of a ship according to claim 2, wherein the diameter of the main wire rope is 46 mm.
7. A method of launching a temporary anchor during construction of a vessel according to claim 2, wherein the diameter of the haul cable is 12 mm.
