It can be understood that, in order to make the material disperse more uniformly, in the embodiment of the present application, the material dispersing and mixing unit 23 is further disposed in the first cavity 11, that is, the material is dispersed and processed by two material dispersing and mixing units 23, and the inner diameters of the first cavity 11 and the second cavity 14 corresponding to the two material dispersing and mixing units 23 are different, so that the material can be located in the central area of the second cavity 14 just when reaching the other material dispersing and mixing unit 23 from one material dispersing and mixing unit 23, and the material located on the inner wall of the first cavity 11 cannot be effectively mixed in the second cavity 14, thereby enhancing the mixing effect of the material in the second cavity 14.
In another embodiment of the dispersion mixer provided in the embodiment of the present application, the second cavity 14 includes a third cavity 12 and a fourth cavity 13, the third cavity 12 is provided with a material dispersion mixing unit 23, and the fourth cavity 13 is provided with a discharging mixing unit 24.

In another embodiment of the dispersion mixer provided in the present application, the material dispersion mixing unit 23 is an emulsifying disk.
It should be noted that, the emulsifying plate is one kind of emulsifier, and the emulsifying plate includes driving disk and quiet dish, is equivalent to rotor and stator in the emulsifier, through the shearing of driving disk and quiet dish, can break up the material for the material is more even with mixing.
The dispersing mixer in the embodiment of the present application may be used in any scenario for mixing materials, for example, it may be used for mixing a liquid material and a powder material, and therefore in another embodiment of the dispersing mixer provided in the embodiment of the present application, the feed port 4 includes a liquid feed port 414 and a powder feed port 424.
The liquid feed port 414 is used for feeding liquid materials into the material barrel 1, the powder material port is used for feeding powder materials into the material barrel 1, and in order to increase the mixing degree of the liquid materials and the powder materials, the liquid feed port 414 and the powder feed port 424 may be vertically disposed, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the liquid feed port 414 is disposed on a side surface of a first end of the material barrel 1, and the powder feed port 424 is disposed on an end surface of the first end of the material barrel 1.

6. The dispersion mixer of claim 1, wherein the feed ports comprise a liquid feed port and a powder feed port.
7. The dispersive mixing machine according to claim 1, wherein the first end of the material cylinder is further provided with an air outlet.
8. The dispersive mixing machine according to claim 1, wherein the material cylinder is arranged vertically.
