As shown in fig. 1, the solid-liquid dispersing device comprises an annular rotor 1 and a stator 2, wherein the rotor 1 is a conical impeller, blades 3 are arranged on the conical impeller, a notch 7 is formed in each blade 3, the annular stator 1 fixed on a shell 9 is arranged in each notch, a through hole is formed in the outer peripheral surface of each annular stator 1, and a gap 4 is reserved between each annular stator 1 and each blade.
The clearance between the annular stator 1 and the blades 3 is 0.5-5 mm.
The through holes can be changed as required, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the through holes are respectively small round holes, square holes and kidney-shaped holes, a gap 4 is reserved between the annular stator 1 and the blade 3, and the dispersion effect is related to the shape and the size of the through holes.
The conical impeller comprises a bottom circular plate 5 and a conical surface part 6 mounted on the circular plate 5, the blades 3 extend to the circular plate 5 from the conical surface part 6, the notches 7 are formed in the circular plate 5, annular grooves 8 corresponding to the notches 7 are formed in the circular plate 5, the conical impeller 6 rotates to drive the blades 3 to rotate, and intensive shearing and dispersion are achieved between the blades and the inner and outer surfaces of the annular stator 1.
The blade 3 may be flat or curved, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.

Claims (3)
1. The solid-liquid dispersing device comprises a rotor and a stator and is characterized in that the rotor is a conical impeller, blades are mounted on the conical impeller, notches are formed in the blades, a fixed annular stator is arranged in each notch, through holes are formed in the peripheral surface of the annular stator, and gaps are reserved between the annular stator and the blades.

The solid-liquid dispersing device of claim 1 wherein the tapered impeller includes a bottom circular plate and a tapered surface portion attached to the circular plate, the vanes extend from the tapered surface portion to the circular plate, the notches are provided at the circular plate, and the circular plate is provided with annular grooves corresponding to the notches.
3. A solid-liquid dispersion device according to claim 1 wherein the gap between the annular stator and the vanes is 0.5 to 5 mm.
